Unfortunately, the carne asada was very tough. Not sure if they marinaded it at all or what,but was very tough. This is my wife's go to meal when eating Mexican, so she is very familiar with how it should taste and even cut. Sadly the tortillas were very greasy, which you can see in the pictures. Not sure if they sprayed them with oil before heating, but not great. My tamales were just ok. Meat was very dry even when I added a a lot of hot sauce. The rice and beans were ok as well. They never arrived. I ended up ordering shells from Walmart delivery because I didn't want to take my young granddaughter out in the cold.
