I am so pleased with The taco lady. If you are having an event I'd definitely recommend their catering services. I had a party of about 70 people for my daughters 1st Birthday at a park and they brought the food cooked and it tasted excellent. Along with 3 meat options they brought rice, beans, tortillas and a salsa bar that included onion, cilantro, limes and 3 different salsas(The spicy chipotle salsa was my favorite). Please don't second guess getting their potato and soy chorizo taco meat option. It's vegetarian and it's SO good !! Just make sure you have containers to pack any left over food, that I wasn't warned about but luckily I was able to make it work with containers I had used for other things at the party. I recently had the Taco Lady cater my backyard wedding. They showed up on time and got everything ready for a set service time. My guests raves about how good the food was and the salsa bar they set up. The servers even asked if they had served more than a hundred people. They did not. I just had many guests get up for seconds and thirds! I can't thank Sofia enough for making my wedding experience pretty stress free. I am 8 months pregnant and it was nice to not have to worry about the catering. I would recommend her to anyone for any event. Loved the carnitas they make! I'm not an el pastor fan so loved that she offers carnitas. Family loved the burritos and quesadillas! My dad loved the fresh grilled peppers and onions. Perfect meal! read more

We ended up using Taco Lady and everything was delicious! Communication was great. Sofia responds very quick and answers all questions. They arrived on time and set up very quick. The meat was very juicy and the salsas were delicious!!! They packed the left overs for us and left us burritos with quesadillas ready to grab for the rest of the night. We scheduled to use the Taco Lady catering services for a baby shower on July 11th but because of the COVID-19 we decided to cancel the baby shower. We had already given Sofia a deposit. I contacted Sofia and she totally understood. We didn't want her staff to have any problems. Sofia gave us back our deposit without hesitation. She understood that health and safety comes first. Our wonderful PFA hired Taco Lady for a special lunch for Teacher Appreciation Day and the food and service were amazing! A few weeks later I hired them for a friend's retirement party at my house. Keiko and Kyle were wonderful and the food was absolutely delicious! We had a lot of leftovers, so Keiko and Kyle wrapped everything up for us and I was able to send home goody bags with our guests. I contacted Sofia about catering my husband's birthday party. I was very eager to to give her a deposit and confirm the date with her. I sent several texts and didn't get a response In a timely manner. Even though she had confirmed that she would be avaliable to cater my event. I didn't feel like she was very interested and should have just told me she was already booked for that day and not waste my time. Had I kept waiting for her to give me a time to submit a deposit I would have not had any food at my party. I ended up using the Taco Man from Pomona they did an amazing job. read more

They have catered at our annual Christmas party At Beach Creek Apartments. (I want to say for 2-3 years now) We look forward to it! Everything is freshly cooked, they serve up huge portions, tons of options and drinks. I can't vouch for the pricing because our apartment management handles that. Had some yummy chicken and carnitas tacos and huge quesadillas and all of it was delicious!!! Love the options of the salsa and impressed with there display. I also loved that before they were leaving they made appetizers for the party with some of the left over food such as bean and cheese burritos, chicken beans and rice burritos and chicken quesadillas and was easy for us guests to go back and eat.
