We have never been disappointed except for when we're craving it and she's not open! Tonight we had shrimp & grits, catfish dinner, fried bologna sandwich and the fried okra. The grits are nice & cheesy, topped with shrimp, sausage, onions, bell peppers and a lil bit of bbq sauce. It's very filling so expect to have some leftover for later or share with someone! The fried bologna sandwich also has a fried egg, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles and cheese on it. Bologna isn't for everyone but if you're a fan I definitely recommend this sandwich. It's like the ultimate breakfast sandwich only we had it for dinner lol. And the catfish meal...no skimping here! The pieces of catfish are generous and delicious! Comes with fries sprinkled with what tastes like bay seasoning. We love her catfish - best in Vancouver for sure! Finally, fried okra. We always get this too. This food truck is parked in the lot of the Main Street Dispensary and there's always been plenty of available parking.
