Just mapped breakfast spots near me pulled up a menu and ordered something fresh to go. I got the vegetable omelette with hashbrowns and you get the choice of toast or pancakes which of course I have to get pancakes. It was ready about 10 minutes. The staff was very friendly and I can tell they work well together. Definitely worth the price as it was very filling and tasty! Love the crispy hash browns !! 10/10

We were on our way to visit Mt. Hood that day and I saw that Nayhely's Place wasn't too far from where we were staying. The reviews were solid, and the food looked delish. I didn't want anything too heavy or massive and I could tell that the food there had a homemade touch. The prices were reasonable too. Upon arrival, we easily found a parking spot right in front of the restaurant. The restaurant itself was pretty bare bones, but clean, and there were several groups of older folk dining in. It was around 10 am, but it was quiet and peaceful. I love that this restaurant is family-run, and one of the daughters quickly seated us at a comfy booth. It didn't take too long for us to decide on our meals. I went with the corned beef hash breakfast while my husband went with the bacon breakfast. Both of us chose scrambled eggs, hash browns, and sourdough toast. Our food arrived pretty quickly, and I was so excited to dig in. The corned beef hash was perfectly seasoned, with plenty of onions and bell peppers. I've never had good corned beef hash (besides the ones from a can) and this was excellent. The meat was tender as well. The hash browns were perfectly crispy on the outside while soft on the inside, and the eggs were fluffy. The toast came buttered but we asked for jam as well. I had a bite of my husband's bacon and it had the most satisfying crunch. We added Tapatio to our eggs and I also added ketchup to my hash browns. Both sauces definitely elevated my breakfast. Overall, I was very pleased that the meal was balanced in terms of portion size and flavor and not very oily. I left feeling full, but not stuffed, which is always key for me when dining at a breakfast spot. My digestive system also doesn't always enjoy breakfast food after, but I had zero problems with the food here. I'm so glad we stumbled upon Nayhely's Place while searching for a yummy breakfast spot in Vancouver, and would love to support this family-run business again the next time we visit the PNW!

We were looking for a place to grab a quick lunch while in the area. My wife did her usual Yelp…read moresearch and came across Kitchen Table Cafe. She noted that it was a place where I could get a burger and she could get a salad, and that it closed at 2:30 p.m., which fit our timing. We arrived a little before 1 p.m. The restaurant is located in a small strip mall on NE 134th, very close to where I-5 and I-205 merge. Inside, the décor was fairly plain, though they did have some Christmas decorations up. Most of the tables were occupied, and it appeared to be quite busy. The menu felt extensive, with roughly half dedicated to breakfast options, which explained why breakfast was still being served. The other side of the menu offered burgers, salads, and lunch items. We also learned that they have three locations in the Vancouver area. My wife ordered a chili burger without the bun or cheese along with a side salad, while I chose a bacon cheeseburger with tater tots. Her side salad arrived first, and she immediately noticed it wasn't chilled. She also felt the lettuce and tomatoes were past their peak and commented that she was glad she hadn't ordered a salad as her entrée. Our entrées arrived shortly after. She enjoyed the chili burger overall but felt it could have been served warmer. My burger was fine but nothing memorable, and the tater tots were the standard frozen variety. Like my wife's meal, my food was also on the cooler side. Service was adequate, but we both found ourselves wondering why this location holds a four-star rating on Yelp. For us, the experience landed squarely at "just OK," which feels more like a three-star experience. We left with our hunger satisfied but are unlikely to return, as there are simply too many other options in the area.

Vincent took great care of us. There were two of us and we couldn't decide between sweet or savory so we opted to share two dishes. Everything was incredibly delicious. I loved that they offered locally made salsa/hot sauce (from Battle Ground) and had three different types. I went for the hatch chili salsa, which went magnificently on the scrambled eggs. They offered habanero and serrano varieties as well. Great coffee and delectable lattes. We did not get any sweets from the bakery side this time, but we'll have to come back another time for them. They looked glorious. Lovely, comfortable and clean.

Was greeted after I was seated but it took another 10 minutes to get my order which I had to emphasize I was ready for both food and beverage order. My Americano (pictured) came in this massive mug versus the smaller one and what used to be a sweet presentation. I ordered a basic classic breakfast. Sad that they deep-fry the potatoes even for a short amount which takes away from what could be amazing flavor of the bit of rosemary. Croissant was small and flaky not so much buttery. As a person who has traveled Europe many times just wish the cute ambiance translated to the table and service.

We arrived around 11:30 on a Wednesday. It was still pretty busy, and only two booths were open. We were first on the wait list. We only waited about 5 minutes for the host to clear the tables and set them. Staff was friendly and welcoming. You can tell it's a popular place by how busy it was on a weekday. This restaurant occupies an older building in downtown Vancouver. There is street parking available. It's a small establishment, but they do a great job of utilizing every inch. They even have a nice waiting area by the door with two long wooden benches. There are both table and chair seating, as well as a few booths. Our server was friendly, helpful and attentive. We ordered the croissant club sandwich with fries and the triple play with half a reuben sandwich, Celtic Caesar salad and a cup of Irish stew. My hubby also asked for a side of bacon. The food came out rather quickly considering how busy they were. Everything we ordered we devoured. The ingredients were fresh and delicious. I added avocado to my club sandwich and it was so yummy! Prices are more than reasonable compared to other establishments. You get a generous portion as well. Overall we were happy with the service, food and prices. We'll definitely return to try their breakfast options. Everything looked so appealing as it came out of the kitchen. Would highly recommend!
