Quesadillas

I've been here twice now. The food is amazing, the prices are great, the portions are "Oh my". The rice and beans are very very good. The service was outstanding. Very kind and friendly, nice conversation with the lady at the front counter. Plenty of seating inside, small, but the food comes out of the kitchen very quickly. Hot food every time, great tasting green sauce. Fresh ingredients. The Carnitas tostadas are my favorite, 2 tostadas W/rice & beans for $13.00, choice of meat. Great tasting tostada shells, very crispy and crunchy. Very quiet and clean inside. Parking lot is small. But totally worth trying to find a spot to park, even if it's down the street a bit, completely worth a short walk if you want great tasting and very authentic Mexican food, with great prices and portions. Don't miss out on this place, I highly recommend going here. I have tried the tostadas W/carnitas, the cheese enchiladas W/green sauce. Next time, the taco's or quesadillas is what I'm trying next. Their carnitas is done perfectly, such great flavors. The creama sauce drizzled on top is really good. You won't be disappointed in this place.

Great food, great service, clean interior, consistently good. Not a 5 star restaurant by definition, but since the food is a 6, they get my highest rating. Much more than just delicious tacos and huge tasty burritos! Small parking lot in front. Cans and bottles only, no soda machine; they do have Horchatas and one fruit drink. Indoor dining. Good red and green salsas. A handy mini mall location for quick yummy Mexican food.

We came here because it was the birthday girl's request, and honestly, we're glad she picked it…read more Tim and I shared the Supreme Tostada Nachos and absolutely demolished them. Seriously, who would've thought nachos could be that good? Every bite had the perfect amount of toppings, and somehow they stayed loaded from the first chip to the last. Our friends ordered the Fiesta Chicken Nachos and loved theirs too. They didn't quite clean their plate, but Tim and I are foodies and can throw down like that. We also shared a pitcher of margaritas, which were delicious and paired perfectly with all the food. The service was great from start to finish, and the ambiance was fun and lively without feeling overwhelming. While we were there, we saw a bachelorette party and even a wedding party celebrating, which just added to the festive Vegas vibe. I'd never even heard of Nacho Daddy before this trip, but it ended up being one of the most surprisingly enjoyable meals we had. Great food, great drinks, great service, and a fun atmosphere. We'll definitely be back the next time we're in Vegas. ‍

If you're grabbing from the top of the pile the bottom chips are mostly bare. I didn't notice the dish we got had melted shredded cheese instead of a queso sauce, which I wish I had caught beforehand since some of their other options have it. Ask for queso on the side if you order these and like your nachos saucy - these ones weren't. The Daddy's burrito with carnitas was bad. Way too much rice, barely any meat, and the carnitas was dry from being cooked too long. The salsas tasted like the red and green ones you get straight from a Sysco distributor with that processed aftertaste. The fish taco was actually the best thing we had. Cool idea using paratha as the shell, lots of good layers, texture, and chew. The fish itself wasn't anything to rave about though and the salsas still lacked seasoning. Service was friendly but hard to flag someone down when we needed them. Music was way too loud to have a conversation. Honestly if I want loaded nachos next time I'd just go to Yardhouse. Cheaper and still hits.

SO GOOD! Favorite spot of the day , hands down. What a great way to end our day trip to Vegas!…read more We started with two appetizers which were more on an amuse bouche. Small in size but packed with flavor. The Himachi? We could've eaten ten of them. Deeeelicious. The main course came out while I stepped away for a few minutes so I missed the fire show, but got to see it when another table got it later. The taste of the beef was absolutely amazing and loved the accrucements that accompanied it as well. We ended our meal with an almost missed Tres Leches. (Silly me didn't ask for the dessert menu, almost had grounds for being left in Las Vegas!). I'm so glad we circled back and got it, cause it was fan freakin tastic Service also was amazing - our server was so patient and kind

I came here for brunch, and the menu was small but tasty. I had green juice, coffee, and sparkling water. I was for sure very thirsty. For food, I shared a potato flauntas which is a must order! The taste was great and super flavorful with the sauce all over it. I ordered a gem salad because I was feeling like I wasn't eating enough vegetables at all during this trip. Service was super nice and overall I did enjoy all the drinks and got super hydrated. Wouldn't mind coming back to check out their dinner options for sure.

I'm very picky about Mexican food being from Phoenix and eating it at least 1-2 times a week there…read more I've tried a few other recommended Mexican restaurants and Carolinas did not disappoint!!! The salsas, guac, and their chips...out of this world flavor! Loved the tomatillo based salsa...SO good! I ordered the Cheese enchiladas as it's been years since ai had good enchiladas....ordered them with the Tinga chicken and they were amazing!!! The flavors were excellent, the cheese melted just right, and the chicken so flavorful and tender. I also ordered the Horchata hoping a praying it wasn't the watered down stuff you find everywhere....nope! It was creamy, thick but not too thick, cinnamon, rice, and I tasted a hint of a little something else...nutmeg.....surprised and blew my mind. I will most definitely be coming back here to order food again! So amazing!!!

They do have chips & salsa for a charge, but the chips are excellent and the salsa is yummy. We ordered birria egg rolls and our guests got Vegan enchiladas and tacos.
