Loved it. We came in about 30 minutes before opening and they were as friendly as if it was 30 minutes after opening. The portions were very large and the burritos were delicious with a perfect balance of plenty of meat and rice and beans and salsa!! Delicious! The fries were hot and crispy. Came here the other day, and it was an unpleasant experience. When ordering, I asked about a special offer and the lady helping me was very rude. She said their location doesn't do that, which was confusing because I've been to other locations and they all honor their own specials. When I received my food, the bag was already soaking with oil from the bottom. The chips were just tossed into the bag, touching everything else. The bag became so greasy that it eventually ripped, and I had to twist it from the bottom to keep it together. The food itself was disgusting--the tortilla tasted undercooked, and the chicken didn't seem grilled at all; it tasted more like boiled chicken with no flavor. My tacos fell apart and everything was overly greasy. I let my dog eat it . Overall, this location is horrible. I'll be sticking to the Eastern and Bonanza location instead. read more

I decimated these birria tacos as you can tell! So sorry for the picture showing it partially eaten! This is my first birria taco experience and I give them a 10/10 for overall. Everyone was SO friendly and kind, the food came out hot and FRESH. The flavors are amazing, don't get me started on the cheese pull, I'm also someone who likes peace and quiet when it comes to having food so this place delivers on that for me as well. I will definitely be coming back even though it's out of my way just for the fact that they gave me an amazing first time experience and were so friendly and welcoming. I was almost blown away by the wind walking here from another taco place I took a Lyft to that ended up being closed due to a power outage and I can't complain because I discovered this place! Oh my goodness! This was the perfect place to stop for a take out order after we returned from a day out at an orchard. While it wasn't a long or hard day, we did get a lot accomplished and were in the mood for a carnitas burrito. I decided on a Pierna Torta, some chorizó tacos, and plain chicken tacos for our lil ones. Talk about legit Mexican food! This is one of those places that I will come back to over and over again when in the area. Wife wanted just carnitas and beans on her burrito so I ordered it with extra meat. It did not disappoint. The tortilla was the right texture without being dry as most flour tortillas can be. Chorizó tacos were on point with the right amount of meat, chile, cilantro, & onion. Chicken tacos were consumed by our lil ones with no complaints. These were washed down with some homemade horchata and jamaica. The last item was actually really good but a the pierna de jamón was a bit too salty for our taste. Unsure if it was an off day, but the bread for the torta was nice, fluffy and toasted perfectly. The serving generous. Willing to give it another try as well. Masks required, plexiglass and plastic sheet divider between customer interface and cashier, [cash or credit] seating available, clean unisex restroom. Expected wait time was 15 minutes [actually 20+] but we'll worth the wait. Order was correct and was given some salsa 3 green and 3 red to take home with our order. We've ordered from here twice. The first time we got a taco plate and sopes and everything was very good. The portion sizes were generous and the plates came with rice and beans which were well seasoned. We also recently got the breakfast burritos with bacon which were also very good. My only criticism is that I thought it had too much potato and not enough egg. The salsas that came on the side were also great. I've only done take out but it's been ready very quickly both times. The inside of the restaurant was clean but a little basic as far as decor. I don't really pick places based solely on their ambiance so I'll definitely order from here again and look forward to going there to sit down for a meal read more

I placed a $100 order through Yelp and there were several missing items. I absolutely despise botched pick up orders. When I called about the missing items, they were very responsive, but having to drive back to the restaurant is annoying. She also had a chicken quesadilla that was also small and had little or no chicken, and when she held it up, grease/oil dripped out of it. Authentic Mexican food. I offer come for the fish tacos but occasionally have one of their hearty soups. I choose either Pozole or Caldo de Res . And always have one of their large drinks of horchata or cantaloupe . The food is always great and the service is friendly. The only drawback is slow service . It's mostly due to a small staff ..one counter person who has a lot to do. But that shouldn't stop you from coming here. Reasonable prices, and plenty parking as it is next to Smiths groceries. This place doesn't look like much from the outside but once you walk in it's like you're walking in to a authentic restaurant off the streets of Mexico City. The food is great the orders come fast the salsa is fresh and fantastic they make juices from scratch they have Mexican sodas and a great great large menu to choose from including breakfast 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Second time here, first time I ordered the cabeza burrito. It was cook well and even though it was around 8:pm the meat tasted delicious. This time I ordered the fish filet plate. When reviewing an eatery, I always consider the overall value. At $1.50 a taco (carne asada and al pastor), I've gotta say I've had way better for less cost. The carne asada lacked any unique flavor. It merely tastes like meat. I would have appreciated a slight lime or chile flavoring of sort. Heck, I'd take a salty peppery taste (the easiest to achieve without messing up the taco). The al pastor had a nice sweetness to contrast the slight spiciness; however, the meat and the onion and pineapple mixture had all turned to mush. The taco lacked the basic "meat" texture a taco needs to make it feel like you're eating a taco. I also ordered a fish taco ($2.00) which was alright. It wasn't battered and deep fried (Baja style) but grilled instead. The fish flavor was present, but, much like the carne asada, there was no real seasoning to set this taco apart from any ol' taco place. The tacos were standard street size (fit in the palm of your hand, double tortilla). The place was really clean. The green and red salsa were GREAT with the complimentary chips I received. Overall, this place isn't terrible or anything. It's just nothing to rave about. If you're looking to get your taco fix, you can get it here (I just can't justify paying more than $1.00-1.25 per taco....yes, 25 cents makes a BIG difference, especially when ordering for a family). read more
