It was a HUGE hit, as guests raved about the delicious, hot, made-to-order dishes! Troy and his crew were friendly and efficient. It seemed that they'd done this a thousand times, so they required no direction from us. Topped off the evening with the most delicious lemon squares (highly recommended, by the way!). Spoiler alert: the man is the consummate professional. The level of detail this guy focuses on is insane. The floral decorations on the bar top and the hors d'oeuvre platters come to mind. The whole experience was elevated because of the catering - the food, drinks, service, and presentation created a legit classy atmosphere. I felt like we were at a Hollywood premier reception - very fancy. I almost forgot to talk about the food itself lol! The reason we chose Scott in the first place was because we loved his dishes. We were impressed with the tasting menu meeting and selected our menu. When the day came...everything was so delicious! Here's the real proof. As hosts, we rarely get to eat much of the food at the event itself. We are too busy entertaining and talking with visiting family. THANK GOD they send the leftovers home with us!
