Young man taking orders was courteous and funny! We were pleasantly surprised at the quantity of food. With high prices everyone has decreased the size but these were pre 2020 Bull crap! Staff looked to work well with each other and kitchen/dining area were clean. Reason for a 4 rating is chicken ranchero burrito could have used a little more flavoring. Good job team! read more

I generally use the drive thru. Staff are friendly and fast, the food is good and my order is always correct.

I stopped in this place and ordered a number 1 combo. My issue is two fold. The female taking the order had such a thick foreign accent that it was very hard to figure out what she was saying. That was frustrating for both of us. Further the menu has some odd items in it, but their stuffed tots are the best ever! So yummy! read more

Ewww... after ordering, while waiting for my food, I noticed one of the food prep personnel, without wearing gloves, reach her hand into the bin with the tater tots, grab one, eat it, then continue prepping other food. Secondly, there were no ladles for the salsas. When we asked for some, they said just scoop it with the plastic utensils. Really?!?! Gross. Avoid!!!! Flies galore!! Like mentioned before by a fellow yelpers if I could Rate below 1 star I would. Dirty, no soap in the bathrooms, paper in only one bathroom, and I watched an employee use it and do nothing about the situation even after I mentioned the issue. I don't think they have done any maintenance in the last decade. Or cleaning... Blue plastic on my sons taco.. Wow!!!!!!! Super slow. One star Wish I could give zero. First- they forgot most of our order. After having our order correctly remade (they were annoyed with us that our prder was messed up)....it wasnt worth the 13$ we spent. The chicken soft taco had two tiny pieces of chicken.....literally and had half a head of lettuce. The stuffed potatoe tots tasted like they were cooked in old grease and the chicken quesadilla was limp and mushy. Not good. We ended up throwing everything away and paying for a meal elsewhere. The customer service is always kind, respectful and friendly, the layout is cozy and the food is right inline with every other TT I've been too. Nice place with nice people, we come often! Negatives: no indoor bathroom. Outdoor bathroom hygiene not sufficient. Watched the employee pull my burrito out of the microwave. Watched an employee fill a large cup, just a quarter of the way full of tea for a drive thru customer and then fill the rest up with ice. Positives: Bumped into an acquaintance who notified me that this was the location of the first and largest bioterrorism attack in U.S history. After reading about it for the next two hours of car riding, I'm not sure why it is not a major motion picture. Check out the article written in the Oregonian a few years ago about the incident and the people involved. Other than that, no positive things to say about the restaurant. Gave it 2 stars just for the story. None for the food. Just two stars for the story surrounding the bioterrorism attack. Great PNW history. read more

When I first moved here this place and food were decent after the remodel it seems the food has gotten worse. I ordered a couple meat crisp meat burritos along with some Mexi fries the inside of my burrito was cold the fries had no flavor at all. Won't be going here again. read more

Taco Time opens at 10am. We got there at 10:10. Doors locked, guy working inside sees us, but won't unlock the front doors. We call, and nobody answers. This is easily the worst taco time I've ever been to. I ordered 2 meals and the only thing they got right is the mexifries. I ordered a beef soft taco and got chicken and a super chicken soft taco and it was chicken rancheros. I also ordered another taco and didn't even get that. Well I rate them as a zero. The customer service was horrible! The lady was rushing us when making our order, being very rude asking us if "that was it" after we ordered the first item. We just felt rushed and felt that we were being disrespected as a paying customer. When we asked to speak to the manager, the manager said she overheard the order... she didn't seem to care about the poor customer service. They weren't even busy. I ordered my food and then watched an employee touch money, feed a dog a dog treat at the drive thru window(the dog licked his hand) and then he touched the food, never once stopping to wash his hands. When I asked about him not washing his hands he became very angry and threatened to leave his shift stating that I could take over for him. A second employee then became angry as well. This was the worst Taco Time I have ever been to. I ordered a chicken quesadilla and a meat burrito. They don't even specify what type of meat is in the burrito, you just look at the picture and you think "Oh that kind of looks like meat." My quesadilla was pretty bad, but what made my meal so terrible was the grease burrito that I ordered. As i swatted away flies from my meal, I saw there was more grease in my burrito than actual meat. It tasted like baby food wrapped in a hard shell. This restaurant pisses me off almost every single time I come here. I should just stop coming here altogether but it's kind of hard in a town with little choices. Any time I order anything that comes with tomatoes in it, which is pretty much everything but crisp burritos, I always ask for no tomatoes, and every single time I have to dig through my food when I get it home because it always has tomatoes in it! How hard is it to accomplish this request? I hate them and don't want them in my food, they can be used for someone else that likes them. On some things you can pick them off, yes, but trying to dig them out of a burrito loaded with a bunch of other things is nearly impossible and a pain in the ass. But bottom line is I shouldn't have to dig through my food to take out things I asked not to be put on there in the first place. If someone asks for something to be left off it's for a reason. What if it was because I have an allergy instead of just a hatred and I forgot to mention it? Who am I kidding, this has happened so many times I could say I have an allergy and I'd still be digging them out of my burrito. read more
