Marty was great today! Showed up 5 minutes ahead of schedule -- good start! We have an older carpet that had some awful high traffic areas. Marty vacuumed first and then went to work with his carpet cleaning machine and nice citrus-based cleaning liquid. He worked on the bad areas several times. Overall, the results were terrific. I had asked for a couple of area rugs to be picked up. One had been stored so it was a hit or miss the other was my rug for my living space. The guy showed up and I had everything ready to . I didn't receive any paperwork nor a business card..because I was desperate I had been calling every carpet place I found on Google. I was told my rugs would be done 3 days later . 3 days go by and nothing.. I couldn't remember the company name and it wasn't on the truck that came to p/u my rugs. I called every place in Google again looking for them on day 6. To no avail I was unsuccessful ( my bad for not writing down the info). Now its been a week and still nothing. I was preparing myself to go purchase new . On the 8th day the guy shows up. He told me they ended u I getting really busy . Then he advised that the one rug was difficult and didn't really come clean.. as I expected. He took the charge off for that one. My larger living room. Rug he advised was still damp. It was rolled up . I had expected it to be dry like he had stayed and considering all the extra time. After he left. I unrolled the carpet to lay it out to avoid mold. The carpet was barely damp in spots . I was kneeling on it and expected that fresh carpet feel. Instead I saw dirt. As if it hasn't even been vacuumed. There was a spot where my pup had peed ) i told him about upon p/u)and that spot was still there ! She went right back to that same spot and peed even though I had turned the rug. My husband came home and I asked what he thought about the service. He agreed that there mag have been some water sprayed on it a bit but it was NOT cleaned! I could have saved 100$ and used my hand shampooer! Never again. I should have guessed when he didn't offer to help me roll it out! Not to mention it was almost 9pm when returned. He moved some furniture pieces so he could get under them. I did not want to use steam cleaning on our furniture and Cleanpro was a good option. Had an appointment this morning at 10:00am, and Marty (+ another employee, sorry I forgot his name) came 10 minutes early - punctuality is always nice! They did an amazing job cleaning my couch! Marty was very responsive and communicative. He was running a little behind but made sure to let me know (I'm sure it's because he made sure to get every spot). He was able to come over within a day but he worked with my schedule and came two days later.
