Marty and Anthony cleaned a sofa and chair for us just before Christmas and came back today to clean our 2nd floor carpets. Short review: Call these guys. They are the best! Longer review: Our microfiber sofa was last cleaned 5 years ago. At that time the upholstery cleaners came and took the sofa away to clean it. Five days later we had it back. Marty and Tony were here for just over an hour and did a better job (for about 25% of the price). We were so happy wit the job that we asked them to clean our carpets. Like the first appointment, Marty texted me a reminder the evening before and then updated me on their arrival time this morning. Communication with Tacoma Cleanpro is excellent! After asking me to show them any stains I knew of, they proceeded to vacuum the carpets and look for stains themselves. When they left I was told that the carpets would be dry in a couple of hours. I've heard that in the past but it always took 6-8 hours. NOT TODAY. I turned on a few fans and in two hours all but a few small areas were dry. The carpets look great and feel very soft. I can't say enough about these professional, friendly, hard-working guys. ACTUALLY... I can say one more thing: I was told to call them again in 2 years. In the past, carpet cleaners always said to clean every 6-12 months. Marty said he would love to make more money, but since we don't wear shoes in the house, and have only 2 older kids at home and a small dog, we should be be able to wait two years. So they are HONEST too! I will tell all my friends to use Tacoma Cleanprpo! Do not hesitate to call them yourselves. read more

Don't hire anyone else for carpet or sofa cleaning. Marty is so nice, careful and sincere. He has done four jobs for us, every time perfect. The only complaint is I wish there were 2 of him or he had more people working with him since he has gotta very busy. read more

These guys do excellent work. They returned my initial call very quickly and got me scheduled. They came as a 2 man team and immediately got to work. My carpets had a lot of stains on them, some from kids spilling stuff, others from pets (from people who previously lived here). Marty and his partner made my carpets looks practically brand new. They even repaired an area on the carpet that had split at the seem in the middle of the room - thanks you guys! They also gave me some pretty cool tips on how to 'naturally correct' some discoloration on the carpet where someone used bleach or something. All in all, I'm super happy with the job they did. It was done in a reasonable amount of time and dried within a few hours. BEST OF ALL - what ever they use to clean the carpet does a great job, smells fresh and clean and does NOT leave a funky residue on the carpet. After the carpets where dry, they felt soft and clean, love that! I've used other places where there was a 'residue' feeling on the carpet that never quite went away. Wonderful job! Hired them because of the reviews on here , and so glad I did! Two guys came , which was wonderful for when they moved my furniture to clean every area and then put it all back. They vacuumed everything first then went to work .. my living room is small so it only took about 30 min. And only about an hour to dry ! I used Yelp to look for a new carpet cleaner, because I wasn't happy with the last one we had used. Cleanpro got great reviews so I decided to give them a try. We have light beige carpet which soils very easily. They had a three room special, and it really turned out great. Marty and Anthony were on time for the appointment and very courteous. Their process uses no chemicals and very little water, so it dries very rapidly. I am very pleased, and will definitely be using them again. I've had them out to clean my house again and they did a super job. Such nice folks and I love that the carpet is dry in just an hour or so. Just had my carpet clean, and they look amazing! Literally brand new, thanks to Tacoma Cleanpro. My daughter had accidentally spilt RED candle wax on our beige carpet. I thought this would be permanent. Another area of concern was the transition from the kitchen to the dining room (high traffic area), but I'm extremely please with the results! I booked an appointment with Matry he was super polite and flexible sonce it was a pretty short notice that we needed our carpet clean. Marty and his helper were great! They arrived on time (more like five minutes early) and went right to work. We had some heavy traffic areas as well as some pet stains (medicine-related, not urine). Our carpet had not been cleaned in over 10 years, and it looked so much better afterwards! Amazing. Marty is AWESOME! Very friendly and very professional. We were selling our home and needed to get our upstairs carpets cleaned before we closed. Had my carpets cleaned by Marty today and I can't say enough about how awesome he is. He arrived on time and texted the day before to remind me of the appointment, which was a good thing because we are in the process of moving and I had totally forgotten. He got right to work, didn't need to plug into a water line or anything, just needed an outlet and a faucet to fill up his bucket. He and an assistant took about an hour, maybe less and when he was done - Oh. My. Goodness - No more nasty smells, no more stains, just a brown carpet in the same condition as when we moved in.
