Even though I booked 2 weeks prior to service, I was told there were no town car's available (only 4 passengers) and all they had was a limo, at a much higher fee. I was assured after paying for the booking I would get an email with itinerary and receipt of payment. It took email and 2 phone calls to get the receipt and copy of itinerary. The driver did not seem to know we were stopping to pick the other passengers up and asked us for the address for drop off for the event we were attending. I wish I would have read these reviews before I coughed up $650+gratuity for this complete waste of a business. A birthday party for my son and friends... they didn't show up on time and when I called, they said that they had confused the pickup time I had scheduled with what was supposed to be the dropoff time. Fatuous apologies on the phone at that point and then they said they'd be an hour late. Showed up 1:10 after the scheduled time with a different limo than I had booked, older, obviously rode hard for a long time, missing door pulls, radio knobs, etc. Driver was courteous enough, but the website is full of fine print and hidden charges. (Not worth reading it anyway, just don't give them your money.) We ended up making the whole thing work but it was in spite of them, not because of them. Total amateur cluster*uck that doesn't deserve one star, but there's no way to give them zero. You're better off throwing your money in the street and taking a bus. What a sh**show. Update: When the credit card bill arrived 3 weeks later, total amount that was charged included tip even though I had been told that I needed to pay the tip (in cash) directly to the driver. Used them for our flights to the Caribbean about a year and a half ago (only getting around to reviewing now because I realised I hadn't when I went to go find them again!) since we were going to be gone over two weeks so it was cheaper than parking. I was a little iffy on them because of the reviews and I didn't receive a response when I replied to the confirmation, but I crossed my fingers and figured we'd just suck it up and pay for parking if they didn't show up. 2 am Saturday morning rolled around (yay for 6 am international flights!) and they were in our driveway as scheduled. We had to make a quick stop to help another driver, I think he said, but it was very quick and didn't delay us, especially since there was no traffic at that hour. The return was even better with our driver waiting for us at baggage claim. We quickly loaded up and were on our way. read more

We pre-booked an airport pick-up several weeks prior to the dates of our bookings. Our shuttle service from our residence to Seatac was spot on, the driver was on time, assisted us with loading and unloading our luggage, was prompt with driving. However, when we landed home at Seatac, we had to call the shuttle service (they had our flight information) and then we had to wait for car at curbside and were picked up in a Prius, not a sedan as we were picked up in and is stated on the website. We just landed from a 10-hour flight and and were extremely exhausted, needed assistance with our luggage, and our phones were near dead. On top of it, the driver decided to automatically add a 20% gratuity. I would have been happy to tip 20% if he had been waiting for us at the airport and assisted us with our luggage after arrival. Will certainly look into other options for future bookings. read more

Scheduled a special night for my wife to be taken to Tacoma Dome concert with a group of friends. Scheduled weeks in advance with Shawn and my credit card was charged $785 in advance, including a $130 20% gratuity. They claim to have an "on time guarantee" - more than 15 minutes late, the ride is free. That, like everything else about this company is a marketing mirage. They didn't show up at 5:30 pm as scheduled. When I called at 5:40 pm, it became clear they had completely dropped the ball on my reservation. Then they wanted me to agree to an SUV rather than the stretch limo I had paid for, and when I told them to forget it, a limo magically became available, but not for 45 minutes after my reservation. I made clear that if a car was not there by 6:15 sharp, that they could forget it. Then THAT time came and went, and I was told they were STILL at least 20 minutes away...bottom line: my wife's birthday evening was ruined, they had to drive themselves to the concert down in Tacoma, and were late. Worse, still nobody from the company has been in touch with me to get my money refunded, so have had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Also, I made my reservation through Tacoma Limo, but my confirming email came from Seattle Limo with a different phone number...a shady, poorly run operation who I would never consider doing business with! Buyer beware...if you trust a special event to these folks, you might end up very, very disappointed! We hosted a wedding 7/23/2016 and required transportation for many people between the hotel and the wedding venue. We ordered two vehicles; a party van for guests and an Escalade for the bridal party. (we were clearly made aware of the 20% tip in the reservation confirmation email). I reconfirmed three days prior to the event and the manager asked if I would prefer a newer vehicle than the Escalade as they had just received a new Yukon XL with all the options and the Escalade was 3 years old. (same pricing) Both drivers were professional, courteous and made sure we all got back and forth from the two locations in a safe and timely manner. We received quite a few complements from our guests about the drivers and the transportation. Thank you! read more

Their poor communication resulted in my daughter having to hitch a ride to her wedding. I made a reservation two months before the event and spoke to them on the phone two days before the event, and at no time did they say that they required my credit card info before they would dispatch a vehicle. I assumed the driver would scan the card on arrival. They didn't ask for the information so they didn't get it and an entire wedding was disrupted because they didn't show. They say they tried to contact me the day of the event, but I was out of touch that day because I was setting up an outdoor wedding. Use Pierce Transit instead -- at least the bus is dependable. read more

Do not use this service!! I booked a town car for my 90yr old mother in law to the airport. Not only did they not have her reservation when she called wondering why they were late, they picked her up late in a dingy taxi cab! The taxi cab driver demanded money from her after I had been charged on my credit card the day before. read more

Total Scam. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They lie about quotes and run a scam where they call you an hour before pick up and double the price. I complained about the change in price so close to the pickup time and I was threatened with having my personal information exposed and being put on youtube. read more

The night prior to the wedding I received a bill from this company for $22 more than the agreed upon price, and when I looked at the bill they had put in an automatic tip without service being given. We had agreed for a 9:45 pm pick up on the night of the wedding, and when 9:45 rolled around there was no town car in sight. We had to make our grand exit @ 10:20 (35 minutes past the scheduled pick up time) with my sister in law driving my car away from the venue for our exit vehicle since there was no towncar to take us. As we are leaving, we passed the town car pulling up to the driveway of the venue at 10:30 pm (45 minutes past the scheduled pick up time). When the driver arrived, He was asked if he was aware how late he was. He said yes, no apology, no concern for his tardiness, and no remorse. After I spoke with him on the phone to tell him he would not be receiving our money, he said "ok", tossed my friends phone out the window and drove away. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL!! Do not use this service! They are not reliable, charge too much money, and have the absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Spend your money somewhere else. read more

We had a midnight flight. We scheduled our service a few weeks in advance. Driver was 5 minutes early. Loaded our bags politely opened the door for my wife. Same service at airport. I sent email night before our departure to confirm pickup. Our flight landed 30 minutes early so I expected to have to wait, instead after landing I turned on my phone to receive text message saying they seen my plane was ahead of schedule, text them when I have luggage and they would be waiting at curb side. read more

If you're looking for someone to give you a ride that will fit your needs, you need to look elsewhere. If you're looking for a full blown bait and switch plus a shakedown, please use this service. We requested service for 8 people who each had 4 bags (40 bags total) from SeaTac, and we were charged for a full blown bus that would fully accommodate us. Instead, we were sent a van that fit all of our luggage and half of our party. When we called to ask for a negotiation on price after we couldn't fit the amount of people in this van, they told us that we were liars and the van is what we requested. So we proceeded to our destination with 50% of our travelers, 100% of our luggage, and got 100% ripped off. I felt dirtier than my dog does when he rolls around in mud just to make me angry. If you use this service, please add it to your life regrets, because you'll wish you had never met Tacoma Limo Services. As a member of the military, I hope that all my service members and red blooded Americans do not give business to such a classless organization. I award you 1 star because I'm obligated to give a minimum 1 star, and may God have mercy on your soul. read more
