This is the most unprofessional and unethical company I will never recommend them to anyone [[HIGHLIGHT]]from the buying experience when we bought are 2026 cougar keystone my wife liked it nuts wanted different seats she asked do you have this exact one but with the other seats yes we waited for it it comes its different no sound bar no TV swivel mount light where different i asked you said it was the same well same layout that's not the same either there lying are do not know there products we buy it anyway[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] buy a second a/c unit it was supposed to be done in 10 days we said OK the day it was supposed to be done they call us saying they never received the part we had to pick it up go camping drop it back off for them to put in the a/c unit that should have been done we take it in for inspection its still less then a year old they say it needs to be fully sealed all the way around roof windows everything less then a year old we have a warranty they said its not covered the s3als are only covered for 90 days we called keystone to ask if that was true they said no seals are covered for a year so once again either there lying are don't know the products we where driving to go camping and the whole window balance feel off and the others are loose all over so either this is a terrible terrible product because we have had nothing but problems with a brand new trailer and the company we bought it from keeps coming up with different reasons why the product they sold me keep having issues is not there fault and make it super difficult to repair. There is a lot more all I can say is they are liars and cheats just look at the rest of the reviews as well you will have nothing but problems here. read more

1-Star Review - My Experience With Tacoma RV I purchased a motorhome from Tacoma RV for almost $100,000, and the entire experience has been extremely disappointing. First, they told me that CarFax is not available for motorhomes. That was a lie -- I checked it myself later and found out the motorhome had been in an accident, something they never disclosed. This is completely unacceptable. Second, they overcharged me for tax, license, and registration, and I was supposed to receive a refund. It never happened. Every time I reached out, they played games and avoided giving me a straight answer. Third, when they serviced the vehicle and changed the oil, they overfilled it. My monitor kept showing warnings. Very unprofessional work for a dealership that sells six-figure RVs. Overall, this dealership is not honest, not transparent, and not professional. The staff has been great and has gone above and beyond to not come across as the "hard sell" we've gotten elsewhere. So far, everything they've told us has proven true, which has not been our experience elsewhere either. Now to the good stuff: As mentioned, we were allowed to walk through at our own pace without someone breathing down our necks. We were able to look into things we wanted to know about instead of being told what we should look at, and spent ample time investigating the trailers we were looking at. The staff was available if we had questions, but stayed in the background otherwise. It was refreshing. Once we got down to the nitty gritty, we still felt no pressure. To complete our sale, we required a fit-test as our parking location is narrow. We're about 90 minutes away and yet they agreed readily. Additionally, our parking situation makes it impossible to use the bridge-type stairs. TRC investigated other options for us. Once the fit-test was successful, we finalized the sale quickly, without pressure and TRC worked with Torklift (at no cost to us) to retrofit our new trailer with stairs that fit our needs. There is so much more that I can go on about, but suffice to say, when we need to purchase a new trailer in the future, we will look at TRC first! read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I bought a trailer here about a year ago. They did zero maintenance to the trailer before I bought it. The trailer had sustained massive water damage within one year of having it. I would expect buying a trailer from a dealership they would make sure all seals were good and sealant replaced. I would not Recommend purchasing a used RV from this place. I know have a 40,000 dollar travel trailer that needs 11,000 dollars worth of repairs. I have used it one time off my property in that year time. Tacoma RV will take zero responsibility for there oversight on maintenance. One would expect a 40,000 dollar travel trailer not to leak within a year of purchase especially with one use. read more

The process of purchasing has not been as seamless as it should be. Poor communication from the start and very old school unprofessionalism (assuming my co-signer is my spouse across multiple representatives even though I've stated otherwise on several instances. No acknowledgment of their assumption or apology offered.) In addition, 11 days after sale was completed, dealership contacted me wanting me to sign "the correct contract." The clarification that was provided was that we signed an in house universal contract not the specific contract from the bank. As a compromise, I have requested to sign the two documents digitally- however, the links conveniently don't work. Gas cards are offered as reimbursement however that does not take away this poor customer experience. I am now weary of my ownership of the unit I purchased as Tacoma RV has broken my trust to do fair and honest business. My husband and I were shopping for a fifth wheel and we went to tacoma RV first. I liked that they had all of their vehicles open, and that one could look around without a salesperson breathing down one's neck. However, when we did show interest in a model it was difficult to find someone to help. And then...even though we were obviously interested, the salesman excused himself and said he had to help other customers. I was dumbfounded since we were looking at purchasing a 120k 5th wheel!!! Then we showed ourselves into the center and we're seated behind a glass barrier to meet with a salesman who mumbled and presented us with inflexible numbers. He gave us this song and dance that the "predelivery inspection" usually costs money...but Tacoma RV Center charges nothing (this is not true...it should always be free). He wanted to charge $2495 for undercoating and other treatments of fabric etc. (the same company/same services cost $1700 from another dealer). Took the travel trailer out for our first weekend, two kids in tow only to find out the kids' window windows leak next to where they sleep, the skylight leaks over our bed leaks, the bathroom leaks; clearly ZERO inspections and maintenance was performed to sell a new trailer... and they DID NOT fill the propane tanks as they say they do. This place will do anything to make an extra buck off you. My new personal mission is to let everyone know how awful this place is. Well, we paid $3,000 more LAST WEEK for the same Travel trailer you can find at Camping World in Burlingame. I'm so furious. When we do upgrade (and we all do) I'll never go back to Tacoma RV. We took our 5th wheel in for service back in June 2023. The service department charged us twice on services and didn't do the work they said the did. When we picked up our unit, we spent another 2 and a half hour there so they could work on the issues we were having when we took it in. The 5th wheel was already there for a full month. We got our 5th wheel home and everything that we took it in for still has the same issues. We have an endless warranty on it that is not worth it. I do not recommend Tacoma RV to anyone. Tacoma RV Center. We just purchased a used travel trailer for over 30k... and upon receiving it EVERYTHING has gone wrong. We are living in it with our four children and have BEGGED them to look at it because at this point the propane and electricity do not work, and in this cold we can't keep it warm for our children. No one at this place seems to care. They like to keep reminding us it is a used trailer and complications should be expected. VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND QUALITY OF TRAILER... if a RV dealer doesn't do a good job at either one than what do they really have to offer? It seems so small now, but our door also does no latch closed which they wrote into contract that they would fix before we picked up... guess what... they didn't. I thought okay then why would I bring it in so early but wasn't needing the trailer so left it as I figured it was so they could get to it sooner if able... [[HIGHLIGHT]]After 2 - 2-1/2 weeks of not getting a single update or call I reached out and the same service advisor said that the technician was literally on my trailer buttoning up the last item as we spoke and that he should have paperwork on his desk later that afternoon.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Well after another week or so I finally called back to see what the status was and was directed that I needed to leave 'my' advisor a VM since they weren't in that day.... I started getting frustrated and the gal said she would have someone else give me a call.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]About an hour or so later I get a call from yet again someone who almost seemed annoyed to have to talk to me and give an update and I was told that the trailer JUST got wrapped up and was ready for pick up.....? (Someone was clearly fibbing because I've heard this now twice)...[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] we pick up the trailer later that day and go to use it a few days later (Friday of Labor Day weekend) when I notice some trimming they took off in the bathroom cabinet was never put back on... my fridge didn't work and screws that hold 2 of the main storage drawers they were fixing were ripped out of the magnet lock... so, [[HIGHLIGHT]]I called to speak with a tech regarding the fridge as it was of highest priority and to see if maybe they could help me trouble shoot what was going on with it in case it was user error... it was the morning of the day we were loading up to head camping when we realized the fridge wasn't working on propane (no one's fault and didn't blame anyone of course).[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Well we had been on the trailer since 9am and called at almost 12pm asking for assistance as we had called a technician friend, a friend who owns the same make of trailer and YouTubed everything we could trying to fix it. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I told the tech we probably had cycled the fridge nearly 100 times or more and his response was a chuckle and 'I highly doubt that but okay'. Like seriously? I don't care if you think someone is exaggerating or not that is so disrespectful and unkind.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I mentioned we had been on the trailer for nearly 3 hours cycling the damn thing. I get that warranty work doesn't always (mostly not) pay well and it can be a nuisance but we spent a pretty penny on this trailer and want it in good shape for as long as able. I get that shit happens as I have many years experience in the recreational industry so I always try to be polite and understanding. I just feel like my experiences with this company have not been great and they will ultimately be losing what could have been a lifelong relationship. There is definitely more that I have skipped around but this is the gist of it. If you're looking for a company that strives for customer satisfaction then I would look elsewhere. Especially when it comes to service work. We bought our trailer new in 2016. Which includes a lifetime warranty. Which is only valid if you take your trailer in for an annual inspection at our cost. They then go over the trailer full inspection to find anything that needs attention. Which isn't covered in the lifetime warranty. We have been taking our unit in since we purchased it. Last year they found a small leak and fixed it on our cost. This year after taking it in for annual visit they notice leak has gotten worse and now would cost us 2500$ to fix. Again at our cost. Pulse we now need to have the roof resealed costing us 900$ all not covered on lifetime warranty. We had a camp trip booked and came to take trailer and they told us we couldn't take trailer until repairs we done as it could cancel lifetime warranty... very very disappointed read more

This dealership and service center is the worst. Don't ever buy from them, go somewhere else. We purchased 2 RV's through them and both of them had roof issues they refused to fix. We have a 2018 Durango 5th wheel we paid 70k for, it had its annual inspection done 8 months ago through them and they said everything was perfect. I had some work done to my 5th wheel a few weeks ago and the awesome company that did it (Anything & Everything RV) noticed water damage to my roof due to poor sealant around my vents which looked like it was months and months in the making. Tacoma RV refused to touch my RV even though I bought it from them and I have a lifetime warranty through them. This place is a joke. Now I get to spend 20k out of pocket to replace my roof. read more

Overall, we have been really satisfied with our experience so far. I don't think the travel trailer we got was a great deal price wise (probably what you would pay anywhere) but the the service we have received so far at both the service department and during the sales experience has been great! I purchased a KZ half ton 5th wheel new in 2021. In 2022, i took it for a 6 week trip to Texas from Ronald, Wa. Immediately had numerous problems that are too many to list. Granted, they didn't make the thing so that is not their fault. Unfortunately, they have to do the repair work. Trying to schedule repairs is a nightmare. I live 100+ miles from the service center. I called, had to wait 1 month to bring it in. Then wait 1 month for them to find problems and order parts. Had to go pick it up and wait months for parts. Once parts were in, had to schedule another appointment to bring it in. One of the problems was the furnace. I told service rep it was not the thermostat, it was the circuit board. Learned this from YouTube. Well, I had to drive, pick it up, brought it home. Furnace still didn't work. Called our service rep, Sean, but of course I had to leave a message. Which he never called back. Between scheduling another appointment and driving 100+ plus miles to drop it off, then have to schedule another appointment to pick up, it wasn't going to happen. Had a mobile tech come out and in 2 hours he replaced a bad circuit board and rewired the thermostat that Tacoma RV had replaced and had wired incorrectly. Out $600 but at least I didn't have make 3 trips to get it repaired. Never going to deal with these folks again. Scheduling, traveling back and forth to pick up/drop off, not listening to customers, terrible quality control of work done, ugh! Sleazy and crappy! We couldn't leave fast enough when it was over. We were in the market for an all-weather 25-30 ft. RV. We were treated like crap the entire experience. This place wants your hard earned cash and wants you to pay for horrible customer service and attitude. The arrogance was astounding! Or shall I say "trailer park" attitude? Needless to say we did not purchase anything nor even considered doing it. The ride to Sumner was well worth the gas and time. Decent and respectful service from everyone we encountered. Bought trailer with "we owe you" bubbles at front fiber glass panel. They said they will call me back once they have a warranty approval from Keystone RV. Well, they never call me. So I followed up with them a few months later. This time they said they don't need an approval from keystone. Th rep. Told me that she could not understand why they told me that and this issue was not even in their system to call me and she will enter that in their system and will call me again when a busy season is over. Again, have not received any and it is going to be a busy season again. Almost year has gone. BEWARE!!!!! Don't believe what they tell you. All they trying to do is waste your time and tell you a different story. I'm going to try to contact with them once more and see what different story they are going to BS with me. read more

We bought a 2016 Cougar half ton with the "lifetime warranty ". Each year you have to take the trailer in for an inspection. The first year was fine,the second year they claimed the roof needed to be resealed and it cost $800 for that. The vehicle wasnt even 2 years old mind you, and I looked on top after they finished and noticed that only a few spots had been hit with new RTV. $800 for a tube of sealant? The next year the furnace went out and that actually got fixed at no cost other than the inspection. On the fourth year they claimed all four wheels bearings had gone bad and contaminated all the brake assemblies so everything would have to be replaced. We had not traveled more than 5000 miles but I gave them the benefit of doubt. $1800 out of pocket for that. This year was the final straw. I had to reschedule my appt and talked with someone who seemed not to know what he was doing and kept snacking gum on the phone. When I finally did take my rv in I was 1.5 hrs early to drop it off and was told they had no spots for me to drop it. All 7 drop off lanes were empty and there were only 4 appts ahead of me. Decided to just cancel altogether because I'd had enough and the lady on the phone nearly slammed the phone down when I did. They are rude, I dont trust them and really think this "warranty" is a scam. Sales was excellent ! Service is horrendous . Good luck! read more

I hate getting the run around and a severe amount of empathizing. Unbelievable. Avoid these guys at any cost. Lifetime warranty means you come down and pay 140 bucks a year to be inspected. I'm fine with the yearly fee. The problem is how they handle it. I was "too early" for the inspection, and would thus need to come back again in 2 months. This is AFTER Tacoma RV scheduled the appointment. Winterize today, come back for the required inspection. The service guy had the nerve to ask how far I had to drive from and then proceeded to tell me how "that's not that bad" and "people drive from further" I had to ask them if they needed the keys for their "inspection", and it's a good thing I did. The refrigerator (covered service) quit working and I was told to blow it out with a hose. Absolutely do not buy from these guys. read more
