We bought our trailer just under a year ago. The purchase was as can be expected. We probably could have done a better job negotiating on our behalf but that is on us. I think industry wide the cost of the PDI is where you can really save some $$. Right now what they charge is overpriced in my opinion. Service wise, they carry a lot of the extra things you will need for a trailer. I've had it in once for warranty work and the delay was all on the manufacturer not Fife RV. Will never do business with them again. Could not get follow through from service in fixing multiple items that were promised to be fixed at purchase. (rv was brand new but with damaged components). Two 1/2 years later still nothing even after I've reached out to them multiple times (I get told that they'll look into it and then I never ever hear back). Shaun is our sales salesman. He's been aware of the issues because I have emailed him and told him. Rather than seeing the process through and supporting his customers he immediately shucks us off to service rather than fully inquiring about what is going on or following up to make sure that things were taken care of. The business gives you free items to give a good review before you leave their establishment and then literally does nothing more for you the minute you walk out the door. So if you're seeing positive reviews, I can guarantee you that that is why. Each year send an email or call to ask how our rv is treating us and then when I actually tell him the problems that we're having I get dead air and ignored. Then the next year comes along and I get the same email and phone call which is astonishing that he does it with zero clue that he's calling back and unhappy customer that his continually asked for help. He cares about making a sale but does not care about building burning return customers or positive word-of-mouth which is what makes a business successful. Doing business with Fife Rv has been one of our biggest mistake. We've had broken components, right out of the gate, over sold items for RV such as extra solar panels that were unnecessary, left with an inverter. They had all of its connector wires slide right out so we had to tear things apart to get to it to fix it., other components that should've been installed in order to make the inverter work we're not installed like they were supposed to be, and we didn't realize until later. Again, we called Sean and immediately he sent us to service and never asked any other questions, never showed any empathy or desire to follow up to make sure things were made right and show that he desired any future business from us. We were interested in a trailer at Fife and the original salesperson was great. We decided to put money down and started our trip up to Washington from California to check it out. In the meantime, we hired an independent inspector and after the inspection, halfway through our trip, we decided not to move forward with the purchase. We kindly asked for our down payment back, but were told that it was a non-refundable deposit, to hold the trailer for us even though we noticed that they never even took the internet ad down. We ended up getting our money back through a formal dispute through our credit card company, but I suggest that you be careful when doing business with these guys. read more

When we went to Fife RV center, and purchased a used 2016 C class, at the time we saw there a few issues that we noticed right away. One was there looked like there had been a leak over the cab and the batteries were bad. we were told that they would fix the leak and would replace the batteries and they would run through the motorhome and make sure that everything in the motorhome was in good working condition like new. So we agreed and purchased our motorhome. Once they had everything fixed we did our walk-through and took possession of the motorhome. We were told that our roof was guaranteed for 10 years for no leaks. One year later our motorhome is leaking and the same place. The whole front of the cab and the bed pads were wet and had mold starting to grow bottom of them. We made an appointment for them to look at it, and we were told that, of course it's not the roof that's causing it. It's the running lights in the front of the cab that is not part of the roof. That we would have to pay to have it fixed, even though we were promised that the leak and the roof would not leak for 10 years. we called and talked to the sales manager, and he agreed that they would fix running lights were the service manager said the leak was from. we took it back in to have them fix it. when we got it home. There was still so much water and dampness in the front of the cab. the only thing they did was calk the running lights they did not even dry the lights out! We still have moisture in them and the front of our cab is still water logged. We called to see why they did not even try to dry out any of the cab or the lights was basically told that was our problem they were only fixing the leak! read more

Update on issues with my coach. First, I wanted to share that a person that works for a manager told me that if I took my Yelp review down and gave them a 5 star review, I could get the $50 they offer for a positive review. They offered this after my new buyers walk through with service. I'm happy to say, I kept my 1 star yelp review. With more trips and asking them to redo work they had done before, I finally have the original items repaired to my satisfaction. These are the events as I remember them. read more

When I called, I asked for Clint Mock and I knew he wasn't with the company anymore, but when I went to ask for someone else, I was rudely hung up on, and then once I tried to call back, she hung up the phone and didn't take the call. When she only assumed why I was calling and didn't get any information to see if someone else could've helped me. The CEO or corporate office should be ashamed. I will not let this go and I will go higher up so this doesn't happen again to someone else. read more

We brought in our RV to trade in for a newer one and made an offer of $85,000 for a Forester and the salesman says, "let's make it 90." Red flag number 1. So we put $10,000 down and $5,000 was cash and when they totaled up all of their fees and their "Lifetime Warranty" it came out to over $124,000. How does an $80, 000 purchase go up $44,000 and yes just under $11,000 was due to taxes. They had offered us $45,000 on our trade but the paperwork said $40,000; red flag #2. Our credit union financing agent told us not to take the vehicle because I've would be $20,000 upside down before we even take possession of the vehicle. Red flag #3. My partner and I were texting with another sales person about these fees and so-called warranty and we were able to do away with some of their "fees" and we agreed to go sign the new deal at $107K. Well the sales manager met with us and said he wasn't refunding the $4000 for sealing the roof and walk through inspection. Why isn't this done to begin with? Red flag number 4. Then he refused to knock off the fees, their $7500 "free warranty" and rang us up for $122K. I told him I took our RV to Camping World up the street and got trained how to use everything for $175 so how do they come up with $4000? The sales manager went on to the intimidation mode and said we tied up an RV for a week and they are selling out of that model so they are keeping $5000 plus we signed a non-refundable deposit. I never signed that document. When we went there all of the Foresters were still parked there unsold. There's plenty of places to buy RV's so I suggest you go elsewhere. read more

We purchased a new 2025 Riverstone back in September from Fife RV Center. Sean, our salesman was great. We paid cash and I made it clear to Sean that we were NOT interested in sitting in a finance box and listen to a finance guy talk and talk about how we should buy all the add on crap. When it came time to pay, we still were subjected to 45 minutes of talk talk talk about how we should buy this and that. At the end of it, the add on warrantees and other gimmick crap added up to, no joke, $28,000. We politely said no thank you, and paid for the rig. One of he items, pressure bands for the tires for $800, I found out later, were actually already installed. I suspect they would've let us happily pay another $800 for something we were already getting. We didn't argue with the $3,995 PDI, which is a complete waste by the way...dealers are not interested in helping you. "PDI" by a dealer is a complete conflict of interest. They are ONLY interested in getting your payment and you leaving with the rig. Once that happens they wash their hands of you. The few items we asked to have corrected were half assed at best. I have also attempted to get spare parts to no avail. They don't return calls or simply ignore us. And DO NOT be fooled by the WARRANTY FOREVER gimmick...that is all it is. Once you get into the fine print, the ability to actually use it is extremely inconvenient and time consuming, so much so that I am sure most just never use it. Anyway, don't think this is exclusive to Fife RV. This is how the RV dealership world works. If you go into it knowing this, then there this less chance of disappointment. Your best ally is arming yourself with knowledge before you buy. Overall this is generally the typical RV dealer experience. Now all that said, had Fife RV Center not put us through the finance box crap, and fixed the PDI items that we wanted (really fixed them), and were at least responsive to follow up phone calls for support and parts, then they would've gotten a 4 star. I recommend watching You Tube Channel Rigor RV...this guy has a lot of good content for RV buyers out there. Arm yourself with knowledge and negotiating ideas and you will do just fine working with RV dealers. And, this is very important, once you find a rig you like, even if it is brand spanking new, hire a third party inspector and participate with the inspector! The dealer won't like it, and if they resist or refuse, then move on. We looked at a lot of brand new Riverstone fifth wheels, and you would be amazed at the issues some of these new rigs had. The absolute worst RV service center! For this reason, I would not recommend buying an RV from Fife RV. The guy in the service department is the most unpleasant person to deal with and it's clear he doesn't like what he's doing. The parts and service department don't communicate, despite the fact that are less than 10 feet apart. The communication between parts and service is up to the customer. When you bring your rig in for service, the service department makes the customer confirm with the parts department that the parts have been ordered and delivered before they will perform the repairs. Our rig has been in there for over a month, and we found out yesterday the awning they ordered is the wrong one and according to their service department, it will take two months to get a replacement. The options they gave us is to go without the awning or let them install the wrong, substandard awning, neither of which is acceptable. I've made three attempts to get someone from management on the phone and no one has returned my calls. I even talked to our salesperson, who was sympathetic, but not much help. We have had issues with the service department at Fife RV from the beginning, but we knew going in they had a bad reputation. Our current experience with them has been the worst and it's the last time we take our rig to them for service, we will find another service provider. We have also been contemplating purchasing another 5th wheel, but it will not be from Fife RV, we will go out of the area or state, if need be. read more

I need to leave. He kept me there talking about his family and all the pictures on the wall as I kept informing his I wasn't feeling well. Needless to say, I didn't understand him. When we picked up our trailer, the service guy smelt of alcohol, and he broke the overhead AC vent, the trim on the fridge, and left the black water valve open which made our first trip out a disgusting mess, he also left the sliding bedroom door unlatched so when we got home the door had broke away from the brackets. Fife RV called about 1 month later to see how our delivery experience was and if we would give them a 5 star rating...absolutely not. After sharing the above details the lady said she would give the write up to the service manager..and we haven't heard a single word since! I'm not sure the rv manufacturer would be pleased to know their brand is represented this way at Fife RV. read more

Rating -25. Run, don't walk from this RV seller. Earlier this year we purchased a used 2016 Tiffin Class A. Let me preface by saying that we love the lay out and design of the Coach. We also understand that is used and would come with some issues. Now to the unpleasant stuff. #1-During purchase, we were told that 5K is added to the sale price to cover the PDI(Pre-Delivery Inspection). All dealers do this. #2 The morning of delivery, the person giving the walk through knew little to nothing about the coach. #3 Generator would not start. Asked the person if that should not have been checked during the PDI. Reply, "should have been" 45 Min later, a Tech was able to get the gen set working. #4 Get home and 4 way flashers do not work. PDI Check. #5 Toilet does not hold water. PDI check. #6 Bathroom ceiling fan does not work. PDI Check. #7 Shower Faucet leaking. PDI Check. #8 Entertainment system does not work. #9 Basement Vacuum so full I had to break things loose to get it cleaned. PDI Check. The list goes on. Contact them to express my dissatisfaction. Few days later, get a call from the Service Manger. He states the PDI was actually performed when the coach was received by them several months back and in that time, things may have broken. I asked several times for that PDI Check Off, still don't have it. He contacted me again to sate that the service I paid 5K for indeed was not performed. They knew they were caught. He said bring it in, I said that you've already lied to me and stole my hard earned money. No way I was bring it back to you. I was offered a Winterization free of charge though :-). First trip, Check Engine light comes on and Gen Set quits working(again). They never touched this coach and stole 5K from me and my family. I've owned several RV's over the past 25 years, I know what to look for. I have since fixed most of the issues, at my own expense. I have given them numerous opportunities to make this right, Crickets!!. I have also contacted the Sate Attorney General. Please let anyone you know looking for an RV to avoid this place. read more

It is with confidence and pleasure that I submit a review for Fife RV Center. There are not enough positive stars available to convey my appreciation for the treatment I received from this Company, and especially its salesman Sean Parker. Let me give you the backstory as to why I feel compelled to provide such a glowing review of Fife RV. I am a recreational vehicle "newbie." I have never pulled a trailer, driven a truck or RV, and can barely put up a tent by myself. However, as a retired wanna-be adventurer, I felt I needed to rectify this situation -- so off I went to the Tacoma RV show looking for some sort of trailer that could be pulled behind my mini-van. It was my good fortune to come across Fife RV! They had a little 10-foot trailer that was so cute it was love at first sight. HOWEVER, there were some major hurdles that needed to be addressed: (1) Could my van pull this (or anything), and (2) would it fit in my garage? Shaun Parker to the rescue! Even though there were people lined up to buy this trailer, he allowed me to put a refundable deposit on it until I could figure out my van's towing capabilities and investigate getting a hitch. He also gave me a GREAT deal on the price! Of course, I had no idea how to find the official tow rating for my van or where to get a hitch. Once again, Shaun and the good folks at Fife RV helped with that dilemma. I got a call from Dave (Sales Manager) who set me up with their in-house parts department to see if they could save me money on the cost of the hitch and wiring. Although my van ultimately required a specialized build which was something they didn't do, the gang at Fife RV patiently educated me as to what I did and did not need to pull this trailer safely and easily. Then came the sad fact that the trailer was too tall for my garage. I almost backed out of the deal because I had no place to store it since our HOA does not allow parking in the driveway. Shaun went to his manager and came up with another solution. They would store it for me at Fife RV's storage. When I went to pay for my trailer, I met with Keith in Financing to do the paperwork. Another standout employee! The transaction went smoothly and quickly, and his patience in educating me on the nuances of trailer life was much appreciated. The level of customer service at this company is outstanding! I cannot recommend them highly enough. I only hope if you are on the fence about dipping your toe into the pool of outdoor adventures, you race down to Fife RV and see my man, Shaun Parker. I strongly encourage anyone looking to buy an RV to NOT go here!! My elderly friends purchased a brand spankin' new 2018 Class A Coachman Pursuit motorhome. There has been constant repairs needed (see list below). Before my friends left for holiday to Norway, December 4, 2018, they took their motorhome in for repairs. AFTER 3 MONTHS AND 9 DAYS, THEY HADN'T EVEN STARTED WORKING ON THESE MAJOR REPAIRS (Note: This list was written up and handed to Frank Maher): 1. Bunk bed motor doesn't function. 2. Outside television receiver does not work. 3. The framing of the dining room seats are loose on both sides. 4. The dining room table sinks down while driving. 5. The blinds over main couch do not retract. 6. We had to repair the Air Conditioning while on the road in Nevada as the line was severed at factory (photos were provided). 7. Bedroom window is leaking. Problems with other windows, as well 8. Mattress has become black with mildew due to leaking window. Needs to be replaced. 9. Toilet isn't attached to the motorhome flooring. 10. Shower's hot water is cooler than in kitchen. 11. Had to replace a battery for the motorhome, as the steps wouldn't work, while on the road in Nevada. Our warranty states you will reimburse us for this (receipt attached). And after 3 months and 9 days, they picked up their RV only to find the bathroom toilet had no seal and was leaking everywhere. The few personal items they had left in the RV were stolen, including receipts for other repairs that hadn't been done correctly. Now, they're trying to sell their RV (at an insanely low price) just to get on with their lives. How can any business treat people like this and stay in business??? The 'new' units were unbelievably bad build quality. Missing screws, trim off, and panels not aligned. Shocking, really. We looked at 6 units- all had big issues. Also- they tried to add a $2000 Pre Delivery Inspection to the advertised price. This covers a 10-20 min inspection that should be done automatically before a unit is ever sold. Can you imagine buying a brand new car and they chare you thousands to make sure it works as its supposed to??? So crazy. This is a scam lot to say the least. They sales woman promised a number of things that the sales manager blew off and told us the sales person (who worked there many years according to her) didn't know what she was talking about. Do not trust Fife RV. They have a stack of cases against them in Pierce County. Fraudulent activity. I purchased a brand new 41' 5th wheel from them. A year later I took it in for repairs. They sat on it and did nothing with it. They had it towed and would not tell me who they used. No notification to the financial institution. The tow company didn't report it to the financial institution either. Finally, it showed up like 3 yrs later on when the tow company finally came forward. It was trashed. The tow company stated it was trashed at the time it was picked up. The lien holder attempted to work with Fife RV when it was "towed". Fife RV gave them the run around and would not cooperate. Very shady and reported to the BBB. read more

These folks did a stellar job of taking care of us Stevie Ray Vaughan was our sales guy. We are very experienced RVers and he listened to what we're were looking for and really helped us find the Motorhome we wanted to replace our 5th wheel. The business guys were fast and efficient. Highly recommended. If I have one criticism, the prep and PDI process is slower and less efficient than it should be. While we all want our RV to be prepped and ready, 3-4 days should be ample time in 90% of cases. We have seen other dealerships that were faster at this. read more

My 2014 forest river trailer was stolen and taken 4 miles away parked in mchord ft Lewis property it was found by military police 1 hour after being stolen they had it impounded and 3 days later i received a letter telling me it was abandon on military property it cost me 525.oo to get out they cut the cables to steal 2 deep cycle batterys they didnt lift stairs and bent them up good causing some minor body damage they stole 30 amp 50 ft cable and one slide is stuck .So i explained this to service guy made an apt told him i want them to weld cable ends and install 2 batterys fix slide but need to wait see what state farm would pay first next day i called was told pictures of damage were sent a week later i received a stupid offer from insurance.I asked service guy to send an estimate for repairs and parts to insurance and email it to me so i can figure out what i had to work with he said he already sent to insurance and would send to me then i tried to ask a couple questions and was unbelievably kirt and told me he has other customers the call was under one minute and im blown off later that day i found out he never sent estimate to me or insurance all together he talked to me 3 minutes then they wouldn't answer phone the worst service ive ever seen so i took my trailer waste of time they want me to spend a couple thousand but im not worth they're time at all i worked 27 years in auto sales ive never seen such service these two service guys are allowed to do whatever they want they did nothing for me total waste of time would rate them a capital F read more

They lied about the 4k dealer prep and inspection. Walk through a joke. No DEF! Parts missing. Lied about bumper to bumper extended warranty. Downstream sensor for DEF dead. Mercedes stated the obd2 was accessed and code for def sensor was cleared FOUR times. It's new so they say...Mercedes said, it's new? I've had the unit for about a year. They had it for FIVE (5) months trying to fix the slide out. It was stuck on a belt buckle. Sheesh! Now it lists. Screws falling out...and I'm going back for warranty service? Yep. Bought a 5th wheel from Fife RV, spent over $150,000 and the sales transaction was fine. The service department on the other hand leaves a lot to be desired. Took our 5th wheel in for some warranty work, many of the soft close drawers don't work properly and won't stay closed. The service department supposedly ordered new drawer slides and a few months later we took it in to have the drawer slides replaced, under warranty, an antenna mounted on the roof and a handle added to our steps. Fife RV had our rig for two weeks, so you expect the work to be done. When we got our rig back, the drawer slides were not replaced, and when we called about it we were told they were adjusted. However, they still don't work properly and many of the drawers won't stay closed. My husband also discovered they broke a bolt on our steps when they tried to add the extra handle and drilled several extra holes in the new handle trying to retrofit it. We also noticed the refrigerator lock was removed and sitting on the counter, not sure why. They did an okay job mounting the antenna but left a mess of sawdust in the closet. It seems like they don't have anyone overseeing the service department and I didn't see a service manager or general manager listed on their website. We had reservation about buying our rig from Fife RV because of the bad reviews, especially with the service department. We were assured they had made changes in the service department and things were much better. From what we can see and have experienced that doesn't seem to be the case. read more

Scummy sales people only wanting money ! Our salesman was newer ( I wish I could remember his name) That didn't bother us any because he was helping us perfectly. The other salesmen clearly picked on him WHILE we were still with him. This occurred multiple times throughout our RV search. I felt so bad for him because we were enjoying our experience with him. We wanted to take our time and browse a lot of options because we were new to the RV world and wanted the find the perfect layout. He had to excuse himself MULTIPLE times because I'm assuming he was being talked to for not making a sale yet. And he seemed to feel pressured by management to make a sale even though we still wanted to look at more models. We weren't even with him for that long, maybe 45 minutes from start to finish. While we were brought to the sales room to discuss numbers, one of the other salesmen made a comment out loud how many sales they were about to get. It's VERY CLEAR they do not want to try and help you find the one you're looking for, they want to sell you one just so they can make money. Needless to say, we walked away fast, and will not return. Your work environment is horrendous if potential customers can pick up on it in less than an hour. read more
