I was sold a poor quality product. Poor customer service once you have paid. Called.for assistance and finally someone answered and told me to contact the manufacturer myself. (Thanks) My RV is 2 years old. Chased lots of dead ends and nobody seems to care. The fiberglass on the exterior was Brown now its turning white. The service department said they have seen it before.( They know about this issue) Wont happen again. You are not going to have any repeat customer here. The manufacturer is Monaco. Monaco responded back with a "Sorry" you are on your own. Have a nice day!

Just saw this on TV, funny that I was told they couldn't get my monthly payment lower than $200.00.

When I was growing up my family owned a small trailer. I have wonderful memories of camping in that trailer. I always wanted one with my family but we couldn't afford it and instead "tent camped." Finally I am able to go shopping for a trailer. I had spent the weekend looking for a trailer. I had decided on one at Tacoma RV, however my roommate's Dad told us, "go to Poulsbo RV". When we arrived we met Bob, he showed us a Cascade Forest River trailer. We liked it and told him that we were looking at a RV at Tacoma RV and they were checking with the bank. I did say I liked the Cascade better. He said, "we will treat you right". We told him Tacoma told us we didn't have to put down a down payment, to keep our money and spend it on the trailer. We told him Tacoma was paying for the tow package & class. He said I can throw that in, he gave me a sheet with what we wanted. And once again, "we will treat you right". We went inside and he gave us a quote of $218.00 a month and he told us his boss would not let him give us the $800.00 PDI, but could deduct the $500.00. I told him we could not do it if it was over $200.00. He said, "if I put down $1.000.00 on my credit card then it would go below $200.00. I reluctantly gave him my card. I didn't want to put $1,000.00 on my card. We then went into Patrick office, where he did the financial part. He told us he could get us $214.00, I told him it had to be under $200.00. That is why I gave him $1,000.00. He worked the numbers and got it under $200.00. We left and then noticed we were being charged for the tow package. We returned and Patrick removed the $500.00, worked the numbers and got us back to $197,00. Now today I received a call from Laura, she told me that the bank she was working with could only get us $258.00 a month, she said she might be able to get it down to $218.00. I was sick, once again the amount that was originally given to me before the $1,000.00 down from my credit card. I tried calling Patrick or Laura but got voice messages. I wrote to the dealership about my disappointment but received no call back. Even though I loved the trailer and was so disappointed in the thought of not owning it. I felt a company who did not return my calls or try and honor the amounts they were quoting wouldn't be there for me down the road either. Now I'm back to looking for a trailer.

When I got the camper home the antenna was gone and the app couldn't find the camera. I called to ask about it and you would have thought I said the fridge was gone by the way the service writer was asking questions and saying I needed to bring the camper in so they could see it was missing. Very bad customer service. There are way better ways of handling it. Definitely not going back if they treat customers this way on the after sale. UPDATE: The service manager saw my review and called me. He explained that stuff on the outside of campers fall off and I know they do. They should have asked for pictures and requested a refund and or new part from the manufacture. He said once he had the pictures from me he would have got a new part and they would have delt with the manufacturer. I agree that is what should have happened. They are sending me a check to refund me for buying the part myself.

Tony was hands-down the best RV representative we worked with throughout our entire search. When we were discouraged and ready to give up, he stepped in, fought for us, and genuinely helped us find the right travel trailer for our needs instead of just trying to make a sale. What really stood out was how attentive and personal he made the experience. My husband is extremely tall ("jolly green giant" tall), and Tony actually took the time to send us recommendations that would realistically fit his height and comfort needs. That level of care and thoughtfulness meant so much to us. If you're looking for someone who is honest, responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely wants to help you find the right RV, ask for Tony Cowan. We're incredibly grateful for all of his help and highly recommend him to anyone shopping for a travel trailer or RV!

Camper Dan listened to our wants and requirements and pointed us to a Surveyor made by Forest River. He said the roof was seamless for realtively maintenance free use. The floors were made for pest, etc. etc. We also purchased our extended warranty in finance for that added piece of mind. Well, just over a year in. the roof leaked, service couldn't find it the first time, and damaged our cabinets. Yay!!! we have an extended warranty. NOPE. It doesn't cover seals, fittings, on and on. I research because rv's and travel trailers don't have a "Consumer Reports", an unbiased tester, or do they? People think Airstream is good, but I don't want to spend 90k+. Let me tell you research everything and if your think Forest River ANYTHING is good, I wish you the best of luck. Camper Dan is a great salesman, but that's about it. Our trailer sat in service for months and they are still not done. They let us take the trailer because the flooring, with pink mold, is still on order. Here is what we decided to do. We are trading in our beloved piece of crap Surveyor and getting a real travel trailer. My advice to EVERYONE is to do a touch of research. Unfortunately you will not buy from Baydo's, but there are brands that are truly good.

Our salesperson was very nice and assured us she had our best interest at heart. And we really shouldn't have trusted her, so part of that is our fault. She said the unit had solar (not solar prep, solar power), she said the unit had GPS, she said the dealership offered "same day service". Based on these statements, we decided to go ahead with the purchase. The only negotiation we did on price was to ask that the dealer bring down the cost of the PDI. They agreed, but said we needed to finance in order to get that deal (we were going to pay cash). We agreed and they gave us a $2,000 credit toward our trade in to offset the $4,000 in PDI. We pointed out some items which were either broken or dirty to the salesperson and asked if we should send a list of the the things we found. She said, "No need. I have a great eye and will catch everything." When we arrived to pick up our vehicle, none of the items had been fixed and the unit was dirty (dirty floor, stained curtain, bathroom not clean). I thought the $4,000 included a cleaning and examination of all the major systems. The cleaning was not done and our refrigerator on first use was malfunctioning. We paid full retail price for the extended warranty (which we definitely wanted), but the finance person quoted us a $15,000 price to begin with and then came down to $11,000. After all the paperwork, we paid $12,000. He did give us free Mariner tickets. I would prefer no Mariner tickets and be reasonable and truthful about the price. When we signed all of our paperwork, the manager at the store and the parts person were great. No issues and they took care of the broken piece. They accepted our trade-in with no questions or hassles. Although they gave us $36,000 for our trade, and are now selling it for $92,000, that's on us for not negotiating more. Still stings though :) What hurts the most is just the dishonesty of the experience. We came in good faith, gave them a great trade-in and paid practically full price. We received a unit that was misrepresented in what it contained, dirty, and malfunctioning. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Fortunately, we have an extended warranty and should be able to get it fixed (not "same day" as we were promised but likely 2-3 weeks.)

This was about being lied to, strung along for days, and treated like our time meant absolutely nothing. We came in on Monday, and Betsy was very pleasant. She processed our information and confidently told us we'd be picking up our camper the next day. To say that is too good to be true is an understatement, Betsy was complicit in the delayed information, false expectations and neglect. The following morning, we even received a text telling us to come in and sign paperwork, only to then be told everything had to be pushed back a few days. After multiple text messages and four phone calls before I could finally get anyone on the phone, I was told the finance manager wasn't in, our paperwork simply hadn't been completed yet, and that everything would be finished by Wednesday around noon or 1:00 p.m. We were told to come in, and Betsy would meet us there. When we arrived on Wednesday, Chris, the manager, informed us that our financing had actually been declined on the 28th--the day before we ever stepped foot into Camping World. So while employees were telling us our paperwork was still being worked on, scheduling us to come back, and asking us to wait for the finance manager, they either had no idea what was going on or simply couldn't be bothered to tell us the truth. When I asked what our options were, Chris responded with, "I don't know, I'm not the finance manager." When I explained how frustrating and disappointing this was, he literally shrugged his shoulders and said, "Okay, nothing I can do." That level of customer service from someone calling themselves a manager is unacceptable. No apology. No accountability. No attempt to help. Just complete indifference after wasting several days of our time. It amazes me that Corporate would be ok with this mentality, not even including the excessive amount of bad reviews. Thankfully, we left and went to Tacoma RV Center. The difference was night and day. Their staff treated us like customers instead of inconveniences. They got everything approved and completed within a couple of hours. Even more impressive, when they learned we were hoping to have a camper for the Fourth of July weekend, they rearranged their delivery schedule and moved our walkthrough and delivery date up so we wouldn't miss out on our holiday plans. That's what real customer service looks like. Camping World lost a sale because of poor communication, disorganization, and management that couldn't care less. Tacoma RV Center earned our business because they actually value their customers and were willing to go the extra mile. Save yourself the frustration. Skip Camping World and go Tacoma RV Center. Just down the road and turn right (I think)

Throughout the week, we had been communicating directly with Kevin (the owner) about a used Lance 1172 truck camper. We exchanged multiple emails, photos, and details to make sure it was worth making the one-hour drive to inspect it. On Friday, the day before our visit, we confirmed that we would be coming down Saturday morning. We arrived around 9:30 a.m., and Martha initially helped us with a few things. We then spent nearly two hours thoroughly inspecting the camper. Before making a purchase, we simply asked to have the camper hooked up to water so we could verify there were no leaks and confirm the water pump worked. At that point, Josh walked by and said, "You're wasting your damn time. You're not going to find anything." I replied that I simply wanted to verify there were no leaks and that everything functioned properly. He then said, "It's sold," and walked away with an attitude, ignoring me when I tried to confirm what he had just said. I went back to Martha to ask what was going on, and she confirmed that a deposit had been placed on the camper the previous day. My question was simple: if the camper already had a deposit on it, why weren't we told before driving an hour each way and spending two hours inspecting it? We had confirmed our appointment the day before, yet no one mentioned that the camper was no longer effectively available. Throughout the inspection, we also had to repeatedly ask for basic things such as the keys, the slide-out remote, and water to test the plumbing. The battery was dead, so we couldn't even start the generator. Every request felt like an inconvenience to the staff. The only bright spot was one employee who was polite, helpful, and appeared genuinely frustrated by how we were being treated. Unfortunately, I didn't catch his name. Poor communication is one thing, but allowing customers to spend hours inspecting a camper that already has a deposit--and then having an employee speak to them disrespectfully--is completely unacceptable. Based on this experience, I will never do business with this dealership, and I cannot recommend it to anyone else.
