The cactus and vegetables and grilled queso were flavorful. The sauce tied everything together and the bacon wrapped shrimp was so yummy. In addition to a giant bowl of flavor, we got a plate of rice, beans, guac/sour cream/pico, and tortillas. The inside was clean and had some fun decor. The team taking care of us was attentive. We ordered the Ultra Meltathon (grilled cheese), a Brisket sandwich, and truffle fries. The Skout version of a grilled cheese, augmented with bacon and jam, was the standout for us. The thin cut and crispy truffle fries were also very good and were gobbled up quickly. On the other hand the brisket was a bit dry but serviceable today rather than a standout. Maybe add some bbq sauce to elevate it a bit? I loved the curated craft beers on tap so check these out if so inclined.
