I stopped in to get a quick bite to eat. They were super friendly and very accommodating. I had my dogs with me and they brought them a bowl of water without me even asking. Jessa checked on me several times and was super friendly. The food presentation was wonderful and definitely exceeded my expectations. I had two chicken pastor tacos and one Carnitas taco that look like works of art. They tasted just as good or better. They had great Charles beans and excellent chips and hot sauce. There was miscommunication with my order, ended up with two entrees. The manager I presume was the manager inquired with other patrons how things were. Did not ask nor look my way. The blanco queso was barely room temp, store bought had better flavor. Service was lacking inside as the focus was on the patio. The margarita was okay, the grilled shrimp with cilantro rice was delicious, full of flavor 10/10 on the shrimp. For $22 expected a slightly larger portion for dinner, this was giving lunch portion. My visit here was really good. It was a beautiful day and the patio here is perfect on a great day! I ordered the Veggie Bowl and it was delicious! The cilantro rice was amazing. Came here recently with my mom & sister. I didn't realize it was still so new! T&A is a cute little place with some seating inside & really nice patio seating (watch out for the birds). I was skeptical about the avocado hummus but it was so good! I had the Jarritos Paloma which was really tasty. I also had the vegan rice bowl (forgot to take a picture of it but it was pretty). It was alright but when I took it home & added some vegan cheese, lime juice & Nando's hot sauce, it was even better (think Chipotle). My sister had the chicken fajitas and my mom had the chicken chimichanga. They liked theirs & they smelled amazing. Service was good, very friendly. The tortilla chips and salsa are pretty basic, but the chicken tortilla soup was delicious, and my husband really liked his enchiladas. We were really disappointed, however, that the large shrimp cocktail appetizers were no longer available, because we loved ordering them as a happy hour special. However, they had absolutely NO flavor. Literally tasted like the cast iron skillet they were served in which was just a charred smoke flavor. I took one bite and stopped. Asked my husband to take a bite to confirm the tasteless flavor. He confirmed they were terrible. They asked how everything was tasting so I politely told them the fajitas were very poorly seasoned. I suggested someone please taste one from the uneaten portion of my plate. The server returned and said they had changed meat suppliers. I don't think I this was a supplier issue! What a cute new spot! We dined in on a Thursday night and enjoyed the coziness of the inside dining area. Our server was prompt and attentive. We enjoyed the house margaritas and chips while perusing the menu of some really great choices. My wife opted for the fried avocado bowl while I went for the quesabirria tacos. We were not disappointed. The quesabirria tacos were packed with flavor and the portions on the plate were more than enough to fill me up. My wife's avocado bowl had two generous halves of fried avocado with carnitas and some other veggies. Her only knock was that the carnitas were a tad fatty. Other than that, everything was great. The margaritas were my favorite part of the night as you could tell the were made fresh and not from mix. We will definitely come back as we want local restaurants to do well in the area.
