The El Paisano Taco Truck is now the El Paisano Taqueria! I've been a fan since their $1.50/street…read moretaco days at the original truck. What's cool is that they got to keep their same location as before! Also so clever that the brick-and-mortar restaurant's takeout window for to-go orders has the mural of the taco truck with the pickup window lining up perfectly! I stopped in for a late lunch after the rush. Unfortunately, no taco Tuesday deals but the waitress gave me the to-go/window price for the tacos ($3-$4) instead of the sit-down restaurant price ($3.50-$4.50) even though I dined in. Complimentary chips and salsa bar. Spacious, with mural decor and comfy booth seating. High windows, not sure if there is ample patio space. For street tacos the meats you can pick from are pollo/chicken, asada/steak, carnitas/deep fried pork, spicy steak/adobada, marinated pork/al pastor, or beef head/cabeza. Lengua/tongue, veggie, or tripa/tripe are +$1, and shrimp governador street soft tacos are +$2 each. I got one asada, one cabeza, and one lengua street soft taco with everything on them, and these came with cilantro and onion in two corn tortillas. Radish slices, lime wedges, and pickled jalapeno/carrots on the side, and rojo salsa on top. They do also have lunch plates but those start at $16. Appetizers, quesadillas, caldos, burritos, bowls, even breakfast. I think they do have some aguas frescas as well.

What a cute little spot! I stopped by after building up an appetite shopping in Woodland and…read moredecided to sample their tacos. Service was very kind and prompt! I loved the crispness and crunch of the corn tortillas. Their salsa had just enough kick too!

I came here for lunch on a Friday afternoon. I was stopped for gas across the way at AMPM and I…read morenoticed the food truck and I didn't have my lunch yet so I'd give it a shot. Usually it's a crap shoot. Vhs food trucks. However, this one is the exception to the rule. This one was amazing. I got four fish tacos and these were the best fish tacos I ever had in my life! Whatever sauce magic they're putting on here is incredible. With the amount of fish you could probably make an extra taco each out of the single Taco. The tortillas were amazing as well. I wonder if they're using the homemade tortillas at the tortilla truck across from it? Anyway, I had to write this review to remind myself to come back here anytime. I'm working down this way. Please go and support them. Amazing fish tacos!

My new favorite spot in Woodland for burritos! Everything is fresh, tastes amazing and customer…read moreservice is great! I've been here three times so far, every time is consistent with quality of food and customer service being excellent. Location is easy to find, right next to AMPM gas station. There's one table outside of the truck to sit down. My first time, I ordered a carne asada burrito how it comes. I really didn't care for the lettuce and tomatoes. Second visit, I did remove the lettuce and tomatoes from my carne asada burrito and added cheese. It was sooooooo yummy!!!! The burrito is huge. I like how they cut the burrito in half. Presentation on point with jalapeños, grilled onions and radishes on the side. I would like to try other items from their menu and will return again!
