Went to this Dutch Bro to get a sticker. One sticker per drink. I ordered a bottle of water and a coffee. A Hispanic girl brought my drinks out to me, a cup of water and my coffee. I told her I paid for a bottle of water. She rudely turned around and said, I'll check on that. Next the manager on duty comes out and says, oh I will get them for you. Walks over to the shed and grabs it. So basically. There were no water bottles in the booth, so rather than walk to the shed to get me what I paid for, she gives me a cup of water. I'm a daily Dutcher and I've been to multiple locations and never had a bad experience until this Dutch in Woodland Ca. The staff seems very unhappy with their jobs ( not the normal good vibes) the service was horrible and the drink was flat and they didn't even fill the cup up because I asked for light ice! Everyone seemed confused and not very knowledgeable of the products and most of all how much change to give back to the customer. I gave the employee correct change where he wouldn't give me back coins just even bills and he gave me back coins and less money. ‍. The kids who work here are so friendly and sweet, I always leave with a smile on my face. Anytime I'm sad I come to this location and they cheer me up. Gabby is the sweetest manager I have ever met. I went through the drive through yesterday, 9/23 around 9:40am? The girl came and took my order. I'm sure she'll remember me by this review. I told her my order which I get every single time and never had an issue. Small iced peach mango green tea Add 3 scoops liquid cane sugar Soft top She said okay, asked If I was sure I wanted that many scoops or she was telling me they use different measurements, can't remember exactly. I said yeah I always just ask for 3 scoops liquid cane sugar and then she starts explaining the measurements and honestly idk wtf she's even taking about. I just wanted 3 scoops liquid cane sugar. Same thing I always ask for. We kind of just went back and forth. She kept questions and trying to change my mind about how many scoops. Like I don't always order that much. Finally I was over it, and just said do whatever you think then. I even told her I LIKE IT REALLY SWEET. She said okay. I tasted it once I got to work. Tasted like water. No sweetness whatsoever. My first time trying Dutch Bros ever! I'm from San Jose so there's no Dutch Bros near me, but I've heard so much about it. After visiting a friend in Woodland, I decided to stop by this location to get some caffiene in before hitting the road back to SF/SJ. The drive-thru line appeared a little long but it moves quickly. A worker was outside taking orders. We told the employee that it was our first time trying and he was really helpful!! I wish I got his name, but he gave truly excellent customer service. He gave us tons of recommendations based on what we liked (sweetness, coffee or tea, level of caffiene desire, different flavor options, etc.) and took his time explaining the menu to us. I did check out the menu online ahead of time but I still wasn't sure what to get until the employee helped me decide on a Golden Eagle with caramel drizzle and topped with foam. Yummy, milky, and sweet! My friend got a decaffienated Golden Eagle. We both enjoyed our drinks. I didn't get a picture as I was just focused on driving back home. The drinks were aesthetically pleasing as well though. If I'm near another Dutch Bros again, I'll be sure to try other drinks out too! read more

It is shocking to witness how far down the quality of this Dutch Bros location has dropped within the past few years. I used to be elated and excited to visit to get a Strawberry Kiwi Rebel or a White Mocha from this location. The West Side Dutch Bros was always the destination to go to when you're with a group of friends to get something sweet and refreshing. Shoot, I used to heavily defend this location when the debate would occur of which Dutch Bros in Woodland was best! I believe the ongoing saying for this Dutch is, "West Side, Best Side". Oh how times have changed. Going here created plenty of delightful memories, but as of lately the only memories made here are regretful and incredibly disappointing. Of course a few mishaps is understandable, it happens to everyone, but repetitive poor service and half-heartedly made drinks consistently occurring cannot be unrecognized. The employees as of lately are too young and immature. I have been going to Dutch Bros for a long time now and the employees are always within a young demographic, which is completely fine, but lately they are VERY young. My point with this is that they are teenagers with no sense of customer service or empathy. They need to be aware of a, "The customer is your priority" mentality. It isn't right to assume this as I am, but I do think that their age is correlated to their immaturity because they do not have too much experience with real-world interactions. I acknowledge that It is stereotypical to credit their immaturity with their age (I know plenty of people who are older and maintain an immature personality), but with such a large number of staff members being this young and careless is quite detrimental for a, "business". Aside from the age demographic, the quality of drinks has dropped exponentially as of late. The flavors are an echo of what they once were. I used to order their Strawberry Kiwi Rebel blended nearly every week (that's quite shameful, yes) and one of the most recent instances of me ordering it had me receive a drink with a crack in it. I was on my way to the Roseville Galleria and I kept noticing my hand getting sticky. I could not initially pinpoint why this was occurring every time I took a drink of my Rebel- it looked fine to me. But once I got out of my car to walk into the mall I came to discover that my drink had a large crack on the side of the cup. Once I lifted the drink out of the cup holder I discovered this and immediately threw it away because it was leaking all over my clothes, and left a sticky mess in my cup holder. I contacted Dutch Bros via Instagram and they simply read my message with no reply. This was the first time I started to notice the quality dropping. Another instance was where my friends and I went to Dutch Bros and I ordered a London Fog. The girl who was working outside with the iPad was very confused and asked me what it was exactly. Once I thought she figured it out, we crept our car forward and one of the employees comes running out from the store and asks me in a very confused tone on how he should prepare it. Now I'm feeling confused, because I only wanted a London Fog, not a mess of an interaction. When I received my drink it was too hot to have immediately so I did not realize until I got home that my drink tasted like dirty water. It did not reflect any similarity to what a London Fog should have been. My friend who was with me was the individual who got me hooked on London Fog's and I had him try it and he can testify that whatever they made me was definitely not the fruity deliciousness that a London Fog should be. The last time I came to this Dutch Bros was the final straw. (No pun intended.) My brother and I approached Dutch, and I was already feeling cautious based on my previous experiences. I decided to play it safe. I ordered a small Americano, no room. That's it. Espresso shots and water, what could go wrong? When the "Broistas" handed me my drink I noticed that my cup was a little wet. I should've known better than to drive away. My cup was a dripping mess of Americano spillage. It was getting all of my cup holders wet yet again, and once I got to my destination I lifted my drink up to view how poorly prepared my drink was. Not to really try to rub it in, but at the time I was driving a BMW and the Americano dripped onto my tan leather seats and stained them while also spilling onto my clothes. My trust with the associates at this location was completely broken. Even my brother was mad, and he insisted on buying me a new drink at the Nugget Market right next door. I appreciated that my brother would do that. I was so mad I did not even want to put up with any more interactions with this Dutch Bros. I am done with this location. I have never been back, and never plan on it. This Dutch Bros needs to (literally) clean up its act. This review is long overdue. West Side Dutch Bros, it was nice doing business with you. read more

What is there not to love about Dutch Bros? I find myself going to DB more then Starbucks now. Its pretty self explanatory why I go there so much now. However I still go to starbucks alot. As for DB the vibe is always hip (fake or not) they make you feel like they are really interested in your day and or what you are doing for the day. Im pretty loyal to this DB. Its the people who work there, who are super friendly and never seem to be down. Drinks are made pretty quick, and if the line is super long there is always someone outside going door to door taking orders. If you are paying with your card there is usually no reason to wait at the window for your drink. They say hi......Hand you your drink.......and they say bye as you drive away. Im one who likes to try different drinks, so if im scrolling through instagram and see a new drink that they have posted, Ill try it. Sometimes the employees will make recommendations on the drink. (adding something different) Never the less the drinks always come out tasting great. I usually never know what to get when I go, since I like all of the drinks, so ive let them pick out what im gonna have. I can tell you that they have never given me any bad drinks yet. I only wish they had a place to sit, so I can use the wifi. :) read more

Wow, this location is so much better than the one in Davis.....maybe because it's larger and there are more employees? The drink I ordered, a blended Annihilator, came as I specified, with none of the mishaps or accidents that usually happen at the Davis location, and with service that is just as friendly and actually more efficient than Davis's. The Annihilator was delicious, as usual, with the perfect balance of sweetness and coffee that is nowhere near bitter or burnt-sour. Their prices are also very reasonable and determined by cup size (with a free upgrade of medium ICED drinks to large), not by drink type (so the price is the same for iced, blended, or hot drinks). Will definitely stop by this location again if I'm in the area! read more

I must say, any of the Dutch Brothers is a much better option then Starbucks! They are very good at making coffee and smoothies here! And they are very good at keeping the line of cars moving, which is a huge plus In my book. The coffee my wife loved it, and the smoothie I got was real refreshing and well blended, I would most certainly recommend this place! read more

Coolest staff ever. Lines are almost always long but always worth the wait. Definitely on the more pricey side but all taste great. I will say it's definitely more sugary kinds of coffee but i personally enjoy it. Muffin tops are always a good way to go. Worth a shot if your into more sweet drinks. read more

I've been getting a carmel freeze for yrs now... but I've been pretty unhappy lately.. first they have closed off one lane at 7pm.... So the line is ridiculous, my husband gets my coffee he is ex military so a small is $3.25.. he ALWAYS pays with $4.00... (he saves all his change) so 3 times in the last 2 weeks they have tried to pass off a nickel as a quarter!! No joke 2 times hubby brushed it off. Yes, I will be the 5th great review for these guys! But lets keep them coming!! I was having a not-so-cheery morning today (extremely rare). I also did not have my daily dose of morning coffee yet, and remembered driving past this place once or twice before. I kept my eyes open on the road and luckily found it! Made a quick turn and boy am I glad I did. Kyle along with 2 very nice female employees were working the shift, and boy were they friendly! Their excitement was bouncing off the walls, and I'm sure that translates over to their customers that come here. I have no doubt in my mind that they cheer up somebody's day, everyday. They also have some funky names for their specialty drinks here. The 911 has 6 SHOTS in it? Holy Shit! I'm a caffeine addict, but I think that even I'd have to build up to that in one drink. I had the caramelizer, which was good. It was mocha spun w/ caramel, and surprisingly not too sweet =) I'm actually really looking forward to coming back to this location again. The customer service of Dutch bro's is on a whole nother level. The people are lively even at the brightest hours of the morning. Also, I love how the coffee beans are roasted that day and the coffee is 100% fresh and not burnt like other mainstream places. I always order the iced cocomo when I get coffee or a red raspberry and pomegranate iced Rebel. They are always made to perfection and drinks are rewarded with a stamp that when you add ten drinks, the next is free. My favorite coffee shop by far! read more

When I went to my boyfriends place in Woodland, he wanted me to taste these coffee/smoothie place. What not to like that its a drive thru and getting a huge large cup of your favorite drink. Perfect for a hot day. Now that I have gone there a couple times, I get the Double Chocolate Dutch Freeze with one shot (I think), my boyfriend a Cocomo Dutch Frost, and for baby Jayden a kids Strawberry smoothie. He loves it. He gets all excited when we are waiting for it. Also, I don't know if they want the workers to dress in a certain way or what, I disapprove their dress code.
