Wife went to pick up an order like most weeks. They quoted her 20 minutes and she arrived in 20 minutes. They said her order was ready as she proceeded to stand there for another 20 minutes before she received it. When she got home the order was way wrong. We ordered pork and chicken tacos, and got some al pastor looking tacos. So she went back. This is where things get bad. She told them our order was wrong, instead of an apology, the young little manager asked where the rest of the food was. She explained that's what she was given 3 boxes. He proceeded to tell her he gave her 3 more boxes than the 3 she brought back, and asked if she left the rest at home, and if she was basically trying to rip them off. Oblivious to the fact he had probably sent out multiple wrong orders at this point. Right....so my wife after working all day, makes two trips for a total of over an hour and a half to get dinner for her family, to steal 3 boxes of the wrong food? She's also the most honest person I have ever met....but ok....Unbelievable. After accusing her of stealing, he begrudgingly tells the kitchen to fix our order. Again no sorry. In fact he never apologized FOR HIS MISTAKE, not.....one....damn.....time. Even when he handed her our correct order....not even a have a nice day. She left, but not before telling him this is the worst service they have ever provided, never got an apology at the very least, and that they made her feel like a thief, instead of a valued REPEAT customer. He didn't say a word I guess, except "ok". When she got home we realized the tortillas for our tacos were the reused al pastor tortillas, (they were red), and so stale, we couldn't eat half of them. The kitchen scraped off the al pastor meat and put our meat in them. Can't tell if this was gross laziness or spite or what, but they were disgusting. My wife who never gets mad, and has been in customer service her whole life, was shakenly mad. So I call them and speak to this guy. Within 5 seconds he started profusely apologizing the the angry man on the phone. I told him he had a thousand opportunities to say that to my wife, and fix the issue. He then copes an attitude with me and says verbatim, "call back in three hours, we are really busy, she already walked out of our door with the food." I mean really great customer service guy. Sucks when one of your favorite places, that you have probably spent $1,000 at, treats people like this. Hopefully the owners find a better person as the face of their business, as they have lost loyal customers for life. Want to mention also that Tortilleria Perches once got our order wrong (out of 1,000 correct one) and Jesus, the owner, apologized and fixed it quickly. My wife or I would never have been treated that way there. So we'll stay loyal to them from now on. Bye forever El Champu. read more

"The tacos at this place are amazing! However, on Taco Tuesdays, it can get quite busy, and the staff may need some extra help to keep up with the orders. During my last visit, I ordered tacos to go, but unfortunately, they missed two orders. It was a bummer for the people who were left without food. Me and my girlfriend went here and got the asada fries and the b tacos and they were so good. The waiter also came up to us and told us they are open till 3:00 A.M. and that there's pool tables in the back. Excellent service and food. Would definitely recommend! read more

I always get the Birria Tacos and they're bomb! It's very authentic and delicious! The drinks are amazing as well
