I would try the steak burrito with added cilantro and onions. The steak burrito is just over a pound which was tasty with fine diced moist steak on my visit so it was tender with no big chewy pieces. I enjoyed it and I thought that it was tasty but steak, cilantro and onions is a great pairing of flavors for my tastes so I'm a little biased. The green sauce was my favorite with good flavor but I would like it hotter. The red was hotter but not as tasty as the green. We went from a Mexican food desert in this area for years and now we have a brick restaurant and three food trucks just a block off hwy 100 or on hwy 100.

Can't find anything on Yelp but I did find their Facebook page so I am adding them to Yelp so you all can see what they offer. The guy in the truck says that this is the permanent spot and I can find him there next time I come back. The menu has all the usual Mexican dinners/foods/meat choices, see the menu pictures. What would be my first sampling, the steak burrito is usually what I get but I got the Carne Asada Quesadilla. The Carne Asada Quesadilla smelled wonderful and it was just big enough because I was not burrito size hungry. It had a nice golden slight crisp on the tortilla with perfect stringy melted cheese holding all the steak in. The Quesadilla was tasty with flavorful steak, all trimmed well with no fat or gristle and not cooked to dry, thank you. Dam now I wish I would have got a fulley dressed steak burrito. The brownish sauce that came with it had some nice heat and complements the Quesadilla well. I would definitely stop back and try other items from this truck, I stopped to watch it from across the street for five minutes before I went over and it had a steady stream of people stopping by.
