The fries were crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and loaded (and I mean LOADED) with perfectly seasoned carne asada. The steak was tender, juicy, and packed with flavor -- not dry, not chewy, just melt-in-your-mouth good. The toppings were fresh and balanced everything out beautifully. Creamy sauce, fresh pico, just the right amount of cheese -- every bite had the perfect mix. It wasn't just "good food truck food." It was legitimately some of the best asada fries I've had anywhere. You can tell they care about quality and flavor. Everything tasted fresh, hot, and made to order. On top of that, the service was friendly and welcoming -- the kind of place that makes you want to come back and try everything else on the menu.
