So in true Crystal form you know I pulled over snatched up some Japanese food. $17 a bowl which came with rice noodles and vegetables for me. I think it was amazing ! I took pictures of my part of the order. The quesabirria tacos were good; had a lot of meat and a good portion of cheese to even it out. I have to say that for the price of the aguachiles, I got a lot of shrimp compared to other places. It is a food truck so they only had 2 stools, a small bar area attached to the truck to eat, and a trash can to dispose of trash. They were parked under big trees that offered a great amount of shade. Glad we gave this food truck a chance.

The Sirenita was absolutely delicious and super bountiful, perfect for sharing but honestly I did not want to. The shrimp ceviche taco was crunchy and flavorful with a great balance of veggies and shrimp. I also loved that they did not skimp on the drink. It was generous and refreshing.
