She's a picky eater and for the longest time would only eat asada tacos... now she ONLY orders al pastor from here. Their al pastor is their signature for a reason. It's honestly some of the best in the city, no lie. I've even ordered a full pound of it (which comes with tortillas plus a side of cilantro and onion) just to take home, reheat, and throw into my buldak noodles. If I'm not in the mood for al pastor, the birria quesatacos are amazing and seriously underrated. And for a taco spot, their breakfast goes crazy too -- the chilaquiles are legit. All with corn tortillas but they charge you $2 extra for corn tortilla on the quesadilla but they didn't charge for the consume which was good. The corn tortilla for the quesadilla was a bit thick for my preference but I think that's the only way to keep all the meat inside and not break. I suggest getting the flour tortilla on quesadillas. But, the birria meat and consume were really good. And, you get a lot of meat in a quesadilla. It's big enough for 2 people. Al pastor was good too. Still need to try the carne asada. They charge 2% fee for credit cards so bring cash unless you ordered online. No parking except street parking which can suck around dinner time as they get busy. They also have few seats inside so you see people order ahead (online or phone) and double park to pick up. And, it's best if you speak some Spanish to communicate. Having said all this, perhaps a 3.5 is my rating.
