My son got the asada tacos plate after his soccer game, and I got myself a caldo de res. I can't speak for the tacos because I didn't try any, but I liked my caldo. The beef was a little overcooked and it was a bit dry, but the soup was rich with flavor. It was a large bowl that took me a while to finish. The corn tortilla that came with the soup was store-bought, and the quantity of rice accompanying the soup was meager. I loved the huge pile of freshly diced onion and cilantro. We ordered at the counter and picked up our own food when it was ready. We also bussed our own trays afterward. The dining space inside was small, and the tables were tiny. As clearly indicated by the sign, they do not have a bathroom for the customers.

My partner is all about the Carne Asada Fries burrito wrap, I've been to a lot of Alberto's in my area. Menu is packed so I threw a lot of shots to give a little closer view. Hard to scan off the drive through otherwise. This Alberto's is open the earliest which you late nighters won't be concerned with but if you're a morning shift person, 7am here vs 8am in most others. They have an extended take out window with a rotating tray to complete transactions. Food is solid and I appreciate the service in the mornings.

Had the carne asada burrito with rice beans and cheese. The carne asada was on point! Extremely flavorful, and the rice and beans were perfectly seasoned. Not too spicy at all. Didn't go inside, so I can't speak too much of the ambiance but I went thru drive thru and it was quick, efficient, and staff was friendly. Price for the burrito was just a tad bit over $10 but it was big and very filling. Red/orange salsa they had was delicious too! Not too spicy and not too bland. 8.5/10 for me. Glad we found this spot!

The service was awesome and the food was as delicious as expected with lots of love put into it. The place is clean and felt great eating in as it was the chill spot to eat for the very last day.

After reading the reviews on the asada fries I decided to come here. These were so bad A little over $30 for 2 carne asada fries. I had to go home and chop up some toppings for my fries and threw my own sour cream on top. And they're so stingy on the beans and cheese. So disappointed.

This place was so good! I ordered a asada hot Cheeto burrito and it was amazing. The hot Cheetos carne asada fries were just as good. I also ordered an Horchata and a Cucumber water, they were very good as well. Price is reasonable for the amount of food. I will be coming back very soon.

Food on point !!! Burritos are we wanted to order almost everything on the menu !!!! But I'll work myself through the menu lol. I think I'm going to make this my Friday night spot bcz I don't like cooking in Fridays ( but that's another story) anyway... this building establishment has had a few tenant restaurants mostly burger ...the others never really got my attention but when I saw Albertios move in ... I had to pump my brakes a little bcz I knew they were going to be and today I finally stopped by and I was proven right salsa was fire the taquitos were sooo good my kids licked the container every taquito was bathed in guacamole, and cheese !!! Keep it up Ambertio ! Also your drive thru person (guy with beard) was really nice and patient with us bcz we were just so excited and overwhelmed with the deliciousness!!

Burrito only had meat no rice or beans, the agua Fresca tasted like freezer burn from the ice used . Won't be coming back.

If you're craving authentic antojitos from Ciudad Guzmán in the southern region of Jalisco,…read moreAntojitos Los Cuates in Compton is absolutely worth the drive. As someone who grew up enjoying the flavors of Jalisco, I had been yearning for the famous raspadas--large homemade tostadas--and the variety of traditional antojitos that are so popular back home. My family and I decided to give this place a try, so we made the drive all the way from Riverside County to Compton, and I can honestly say we were not disappointed. This is a small, family-owned restaurant with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The food tastes homemade, just like the meals your mamá would make in Jalisco. You can tell that every dish is prepared with care, tradition, and pride. We ordered the tostadas, tortas ahogadas, and tacos duros, and every item was packed with authentic flavor. Unfortunately, we arrived around 3:30 PM and missed out on the pozole because they had already sold out for the day. That alone tells me it's a favorite among their customers, so I highly recommend arriving early if you're hoping to try it. The service was excellent, and despite the restaurant being very busy, the staff remained friendly and attentive. Keep in mind that this is a small family-run establishment, so your food may take a little longer to arrive. However, that's because everything is made fresh to order, and the quality is well worth the wait. Places like this are becoming harder to find. If you're looking for authentic flavors from Jalisco and want to support a hardworking family business, Antojitos Los Cuates is a hidden gem that deserves a visit. We'll definitely be back. A little taste of Ciudad Guzmán, Jalisco, right here in Southern California.

The tacos were incredible, extremely fresh. I had a shrimp taco that was served with a medley of grilled vegetables and it had just enough crunch. It was LOADED with plenty of shrimp. Overall, some of the most unique interesting flavors I've had. Thanks Chendo! I'll definitely be back. Wishing this place all good things

Their barbacoa is wonderful, really juicy, and I love that they garnish with pickled red onion. I also tried their Tinga Masala, yes that's chicken tinga cooked in curry! I'm just shocked I overlooked this spot, I live really close and they just opened a coffee stand in the same spot which I also recommend! All the staff are friendly and lively, they were very nice to chat to!
