The restaurant was extremely clean, my pickup order was ready and waiting when I arrived, and the entire process was quick and easy. What really stood out to me, though, was the staff. Everyone was genuinely kind, welcoming, and went out of their way to make sure I had a great experience. It was one of those small interactions that leaves you walking out thinking, "I definitely want to support this place again." Great food is important, but customer service like this is what makes people come back. I really appreciated how I was treated and wanted to make sure the staff got the recognition they deserve. 10/10 experience. Meanwhile, we were still waiting. It was frustrating to see a larger walk-in party get seated before us when we had already been waiting and had specifically asked for a lower table. I understand that seating can be complicated, but the way this was handled did not feel fair or like good customer service. Unfortunately, this experience left a bad impression and could have been handled much better.
