My wife and I had dinner here recently on a saturday and there was no wait to be seated. Our server was really great and gave some good recommendations on their in-house beers. The inside is a nice moody modern feel, and there are big garage door windows for when thw weather is nice. Looked like they had outdoor seating as well. They also had a window where you could see into the brewery area. We started off with a festbier and the house brown with the garlic cheese curds. This course alone was so good that we will definitely be back for drinks and apps! The cheese curds were very fresh and hot, so much that the smaller curds of cheese were fully melted inside which was so delicious! They did not have that squeaky cheese feel that some other places have with their curds. The festbier was really good, kind of a cross between an oktoberfest and a summery citrusy beer. The brown ale was also good. For the main course, we split the steak tacos and the BT burger. The tacos were good - steak was tender and juicy, but the chips were kinda meh. The burger was really good and perfectly cooked (medium rare, obviously) and juicy. We didnt have room for dessert but the options looked good on the menu! Can't wait to come back!

We started with the Spinach and Artichoke dip. Very little cheese, but was hot after waiting 35 minutes for it. We then put in our dinner order which was their summer celebration special Mahi Mahi Tacos $16, the burger$15 and chicken bites$10. When we received our dinner 35 minutes after we got our appetizer, I looked at my fish tacos and with all seriousness thought they just forget to put the Mahi on it, the server even did a double take. The Mahi was shredded to bits. She took it back and brought it back to me and said the GM said it was weighed and was correct. Now, I'm not sure if the Mahi was supposed to be a 1/2 ounce or not, but I sent it back. AT NO TIME DID THE GM COME OUT AND TALK TO ME. Folks this is business 101, if you have an upset customer you deal with them to try to retain them. At no time was I asked if I wanted something else. I would have honestly gave them a second chance if that would have happened. Now I'm on here spreading the word, DON'T order the tacos and if your food isn't up to par, tough luck on your part. Such a shame, that this cute little restaurant failed not just coming through with their food but letting me know customers don't come first. And honestly I was in shock and didn't get a picture. Nothing is better with chips and salsa than bubbles. I highly recommend Plato Ranchero. One of the best dishes I have ever had. The Flautas are also tasty. I would order the salad on the side next time only because we spent quite a bit of time chatting. Salas are delish. Ask for the spicy one. You won't be disappointed. Staff....beyond friendly and accommodating. Both visits we had a wonderful experience. Atmosphere is beautiful. Absolutely a must stop.

The second time was better because I had the time to sit down and enjoy my food. I was greeted upon entry and treated like a queen for my entire duration. My needs were anticipated and my server delivered. This is a great place to dine alone, with friends, on a date, having a gathering, etc. There is plenty of space as well as a couple of private rooms and outdoor patio area. On the day I visited. I ordered the shrimp tacos which were plentiful and authentic tasting with the corn shells. They were cheesy and running over with a side of rice. Just what I like. Would I go again? Absolutely! Would I get the same dish? Yes, plus more.

Once he drops off the drinks he ask if we're ready and my husband said "not yet, can we get just a couple more minutes". I kid you not, this man literally rolled his eyes at us. At first my husband and I thought we were just crazy till we just noticed more attitude the rest of the night. A few mins later he comes back, takes our order. Me and my husband ordered the steak street tacos and after my husband was done ordering I asked him if the tacos came with a spicy sauce, I asked this because it's supposed to but some places are bad about giving it, he said "yes" but walked away before I could say anything else. For all he knows I could've been telling him I didn't want it. Few mins later he brings me a completely different sauce and just sits it on the table, couldn't even tell him that's not what I meant. We also only got three limes for all 6 of our tacos. We ran out of salsa while we were waiting on our food but he never even came back to check on us until our food was ready. Mind you, he had been near our table multiple times but made sure to never make eye contact with us or anything. When we received our food, I asked if we could have more salsa and he didn't say anything. Had no clue if we were getting more or not. He ended up bringing it surprisingly but not sure why he suddenly forgot how to speak. Lastly, like 5 mins after we received our food he brought us our check and never came to check on us again after that. He also turned off the TVs, assuming to rush us out. We arrived around 8:30, they closed at 10 pm. We got our food around 9:05. There was absolutely no reason to rush us out or treat us the way. We also were not the only ones there. We just happened to be the only ones with a rude server. All the others servers were great. Safe to say we will not be back. Not sure what his name was, but he was the only male waiter there besides the one working the host stand. If I were the owner/manager I'd have a serious word with him if I were you cause dude needs to learn some serious manners if he ever wants to get a good tip.

Although the parking lot was full we didn't have to wait and were seated immediately. The interior is larger than it looks from the outside. As soon as we sat down we were served chips and salsa, and both were very good. We ordered drinks and food, and everything was served in a timely manner. Each of us ordered a different entree, and we were all very happy with our selections. Servings were generous, in particular the burrito was HUGE! Service was attentive, our glasses were refilled promptly. Prices were very reasonable. This turned out to be just the dinner experience we needed after a full day of walking and shopping at Covered Bridge Festival.

Arrived and noted that there were not many donuts in the display, but we were told they would make them for you. Okay, great. No worries. We ordered two donuts, the breakfast tacos, and a breakfast sandwich. We got milk and a regular coffee. The breakfast items came out fairly quickly, but no donuts or coffee. Kind of waited for a little and then finally had to ask, nothing was being made. Able to get my coffee and the donuts finally arrived. They were not the normal quality at all. I am not sure what they are doing. PROS: A donut place between Avon and Danville, so great for the community Parking is not an issue, but not many ways in the lot CONS: Place was not clean, tables were dirty Process to order and get items was in disarray. (they were training a new employee on the register, no issues with that at all, she was doing what she could and was being trained, they were doing a great job with that. She was not made to hurry and was learning, so all good) Items received were not the quality expected as they are making the as you order, rather than having items available so poorly made. Meaning, when they finally realized we had no donuts, they asked what we ordered and made them. The donut with chocolate icing with sprinkles was just chocolate thrown on it, melting everywhere and it was not appetizing at all. I hate to leave a bad review or a low review, but we are not planning on coming back to this facility. I will definitely try the other options.
