Tried this place out during my lunch break . The layout of the restaurant is a little funky but the food is good . While i don't remember exactly what i ordered it was good . The tacos are not street sized tacos so you get your moneys worth and it's packed with the meat of your choice. The meat was steaming so i had to let it cool down. Whoever isn't giving this place 5 stars is tripping. First off I honestly had low expectations, my co worker would always invite me but I was always hesitant. Then I took him up on his offer. And I regret, that I didn't try it sooner. This restaurant specializes in tacos Al vapor (steamed) letting the meat cook to the most tender you've ever had. I tried 2 asada tacos and 2 labio (lip) and wow they were one of the best I've ever had. Transported me back to Mexico. Seasoned perfectly, not greasy and the tortillas were amazing. The restaurant is very basic with no decor with about 8 tables so there's room to eat. Customer service is ok but nothing bad at all. The flan was freaking bomb. I tried the queso flan and the texture was a bit thicker than a mousse but had all the flavor of a flan with a hint of cheesecake and the liquid caramel at the bottom meshed perfectly. Driving down the street and saw the eatery decided to give it a go. Parking lot is private so there's plenty of space. Wasn't too sure what to expect but this is an order the counter type of spot. Literally only serves tacos which was both refreshing and surprising. They have 3 types of meat (I'm not sure if it's only these 3 everyday or they switch off). Honestly only remember the cachete...it was AMAZING. Habernero sauce to top it off sent my mouth off running for a beverage (they have classic sodas as well if your into that along with tamarinds, horchata...the works). Sauce was fantastic and the regular green sauce was flavorful. Side bar for all your jalapeño, cilantro and cucumber needs. Great place, very clean and staff were friendly and helpful. read more

Cabeza!!! Came in on Saturday afternoon, it was packed, so we were able to order pretty quickly. There are no menus, or anything telling you what they offer. I had to ask the cashier and all they serve is Asada, Cachete, Cabeza and Lavios. Thought that was unique, I went with the cabeza tacos. The tacos were bomb!!! My wife and I went this taco shop called Tacos El Negro in the city of Bell Garden. It's a nice restaurant with flat screen tv around perfect to watch soccer or Mexico League and the Premium League who's a fan of Soccer. The restaurant serve only tacos and it have a limited small menu they only three meats to choice but the meat smell very aromatic know they know how to cook meat right. The tortillas are steam like they do it Mexico that keep the tortillas moist not dry like other place they a flat grill to cook the tortillas. We meat choice for our tacos is carne asada. By the way the tacos are steaming hot but delicious. The tacos have a good portion of meat in each taco. If you like hot sauce on your tacos they bottles of hot sauces of your choice green or red both of them have a kick just warring you guys. This place is LEGIT! My co-worker recommended this place to me and I'm in love with the tasty meat choices they offer here for tacos. They have cabeza, labios, mejillas, and asada. My favorite is the labios tacos because the meat is deliciously fatty. I tried el flan de queso and it's flipping bomb! This hole in the wall taco place is such a gem. There's ample spaces in the parking lot during lunch hour and there's a lot of seating. They're super fast with your order if you're in a hurry. HOOOOOOLY SHIT. Best tacos I've had in a long while :O Stopped by here after work and I was starving. The people who work there don't seem to speak English but that's alright. I ordered 2 cabeza and 2 labia tacos and they were sooo fatty and flavorful! Very quick service - was served about 5 minuted after I ordered and the food came out HOT. I ordered to-go and decided to just try a little bit of meat before I drove out. After the first taste, I literally INHALED the other 3 before I even hit the freeway less than 5 minutes from there. I felt like fainting they were so damned good - but also could have been because I was so hungry......nah. I'll attribute it to the delicious tacos. I was ready to pick up my best friend in Long Beach and drive our asses back over there cuz I just had to share the news. Today I tried tacos el Negro for the first time. IMO people hype this place until and it is not up to par. Again this is my opinion. I walked in and there were a few people. I was able to order. However, it was 2 p.m and for some reason they only had 4 meats. I believe asada, cabeza, labio, and, cachete. I bring up the time because Im not sure if I arrived too late and other meats ran out or if maybe they just don't always carry various meats. The price seemed fine. I'm use to tacos being $2. Once I got my plate I ordered asada and cabeza. The tortillas I believe are steamed. The taco was hot so that was good. I honestly wasn't a fan of the meat being chopped up so fine, in bits almost. Both tacos were both a 5/10 nothing special about them. I wanna bring up that the seating kind of sucks. Tables and chairs are crammed up making it hard to sit on both sides. There was no menu just a list of the meats available. I'm not sure but I think that they only serve tacos. They had a little area where they had sauces, cucumbers etc. It was quite sucky that the line was blocking the little sauce bar.
