    Suadero, tripa, asada taco

Came on a Wednesday night at 10:30 and there wasn't a big crowd, but a decent one! Food took about 10-15 minutes to come out because there's only two people working. We ordered three tacos and one quesadilla and it came out to $25 so it's definitely more on the expensive side. The quesadilla was pretty fire - I got a mix of asada and pastor for my meats and I liked it! The meat here is cut in bigger chunks so it has more of a bite to it - I liked that, it's different! I would say this spot has more of a homemade taste to it compared to any other taco spot I've had in San Jose. No outdoor seating but there's a little table attached to the truck that you can eat at. No card payment. Cash/Zelle/or Venmo accepted

Al pastor quesadilla and Al pastor tacos with green salsa and orange sauce

I've been seeing this spot a lot on social media and decided to give it a try. There is no menu to see how much each item are and it is cash only. You can call or text them your order. We ordered ahead of time by texting them our order so we did not wait long for our food. We came at 8:30 PM when they opened and there were already cars parked on the curb waiting for their food. You can see the al pastor on the trompo. The food from this food truck smells really good. Food: 10/10 It looked like they are known for al pastor so we ordered al pastor tacos and an al pastor quesadilla. The white cheese they use in the quesadilla was so good! I wonder if they make just the cheese quesadilla. The quesadilla was a big portion too. The taco tortilla is a bit thicker and a little bigger than the street taco size. The al pastor is SO GOOD! I'm used to al pastor looking like little bits and pieces, sometimes dry, or sometimes too oily but this place has big cuts of al pastor and the marinade was amazing too. The green and orange salsas are also light because it wasn't too thick and it paired well with the tacos and quesadilla too. The herbs and grilled onions taste very fresh too. Will definitely come back and maybe try different meats next time.:) Ambiance: The workers were nice and friendly. There isn't a parking spot but a lot of cars just wait in the cars on the curb.

Hands down best taco spot in San Jose. The al pastor tacos are soooo good and affordable. Also try the quesadilla its super yummy. Sometimes the wait is a little bit long but it is definitely worth it.

I would rate this place higher but DAMM does it take them a long time. Usually the wait for me is like 40 mins to sometimes over an hour. It is open late-late which is pretty nice. This place has really good (PRETTY GASS) al pastor tacos. Sometimes the quality various though. Really big fan with the pineapples and everything. The red sauce has a nice to kick to it too.

A lot of people were telling me about this place. I hope it is just a fluke the night I went. The quesadilla was better than the tacos. No menu, no prices and the signage was poor. Service is friendly and efficient.

Best Al Pastor tacos in San Jose. Disclaimer: they don't sell Pliny.

The Al Pastor tacos are delicious, the meat is so tender and juicy. The portions are great and the tortilla is nicely toasted. A++

    Quesadilla al pastor

I have tried many taco trucks around the Bay Area and this truck has my favorite al pastor in the Bay Area. The adobo used is really flavorful and the meat quality is real good and juicy. Both their tacos and quesadillas smack, it's a must try. The salsas are real good as well. It's a real popular place as there's always people there ready to order, but that's how you know this place is bomb. That being said, their opening times are inconsistent. Sometimes, they arrive to the location at 9 or even 10 pm. It's best to call them beforehand to see when they arrive. But, they are open real late anyways, so this would be real good for some late night tacos. The 2 guys running this joint are real friendly and really created a friendly atmosphere. There isn't any seating. The only table is the small surface attached to the trailer. Make sure you bring cash or have a Venmo account ready to use. They don't accept card.

Before any of these food trucks became popular, we'd always refer to these trucks as "Roach…read moreCoaches!" Do any of you remember that? Whenever I'd hear about a food truck back in the day, the first thing that would come to mind is prepackaged food. However, those days are long gone! These food trucks are now capable of whipping up gourmet meals that could potentially rival any local sit down restaurant. At this particular location, the trucks only come out on Friday night, with 9-11 different trucks to choose from. They also provide live music and fun games for the family. They do provide 5 gallon buckets that are used for seats, and a couple of planks/boards that can be used as tables while you are scarfing down your food. Some folks just bring their own chairs, as those buckets eventually make your ass pretty sore. These are the trucks that will be here on Friday 10/30/15 333 Truck Chairman Truck Fairycakes Gold Rush Eatery Oh Miso Hungry Sam's Chowdermobile Sanguchon Treatbot Waffle Amore As you can see, it is pretty diverse. From a cupcake to a lobster roll, take your pick! Side note: If you plan on staying for a few hours, bring your own chairs! Your ass will thank you later. Conclusion: Who wants to keep track of where a certain food truck is going to be next week at 11:30 AM on Wednesday? Show up on a Friday night and you can treat yourself to about 10 trucks at once. It doesn't get any better than that. ***Minus 1 Star for some of the ridiculous prices***

Super generous about their lobster! - First time, I've never had the Po Boy (andouille - slightly spiced) but it was good and oily though. Fries were bomb! - Chairman's pork belly bun was delicious, a wee bit on the greasy side - Ice cream flavors we had were Ube - Purple Yam, Old School Vanilla, and The 408 - Caramel Ice Cream with Oreos and Fudge. I loved my "The 408" so yummylicious! - Always a great way to spend time with your friends and family.

I was excited to see Shrimp'n Ain't Easy back for Gordon Biersch Night Markets for Summer 2026…read more Their Chop Cheese and Cheesesteak are still my favorite menu items, with juicy shrimp and crispy meat in each bite. Sometimes they provide green tomatillo sauce on top of the traditional orange sauce, which is great for cutting through the grease and cheese as it's tangy and sweet. We tried the Magnolia Chop for the first time and while this was great too, the hot link makes everything slightly saltier than I'm used to and is much more heavy and filling. I'll stick with the cheesesteak or chop cheese next time but will try more of their menu items going forward. Food arrives quickly even during the crowds and long lines at the night market. I've never waited more than 35 minutes combined for both the line to order and being called for our number to pick up our food.

Very generous with the crab and huge succulent shrimp. Super cheesy too. I'm actually glad it's not also vampiro style. Whatever you order, be ready for the cheese, because they are super loaded, and luckily I love both cheese and seafood. For the quality and generosity you get, these are well worth the price (Crab - $10, Vampiro - $8), and I was quite full after these two. Very fast service too, even during busy afternoons.
