The place to go for Mexican food!

Amazing food and service as always! Worth the drive yum! I got the shrimp burrito this time and it's so delicious

Pastor taco, horchata, cucumber agua

These tacos are the best in town!! Everything is so fresh and the variety at the salsa bar is amazing! The flavors are unmatched!

Mini Pancakes Half N Half Berries + Cinnamon Crunch

YUM! Definitely recommend giving this place a try! Very tasty tacos @ Tacos El Yiyo, and the cutest dessert shop right next door with the best sweets!! I ordered the mini pancakes, and oh my gosh, this is a new favorite!! Thank you for the delicious food!!

My charge for 4 asada tacos.

The prices used to be good but they keep going up. I remember when 4 asada tacos were $8.65 out the door two years back. Then it became $10.40, then $11.60 and now I just paid $13.06. The tacos are good but rather small so it's no longer compelling. Update: If the asada tacos are $2.50 and I get 4 of them then the total price should be about $10.90 with tax. I was just in there on Fri and was charged $13.06. Something isn't adding up. Looks like you're overcharging customers on credit card payments.

Tacos here are really good. The setting gives me that back home, small town in Mexico vibe. Plenty of parking here, staff is friendly & really good Taco Tuesday specials. A good local grub spot recommendation IMHO.

Always on the search for good tacos! Tacos el yiyo did not disappoint. The location is a good decent size, with indoor and outdoor seating. Customer service was great, friendly and fast. They have daily specials which is always a plus, specially on Tuesday $1 tacos! You can't beat that. I ordered asada, al pastor tacos and quesibirrias. They were friendly with the meat on the tacos and had double tortillas. The meat had good taste, the al pastor is one of the best ones I've tried so far. The quesibirrias were also really good! They have a salsa bar, their red sauce was so spicy! But the guac sauce was good too! Will be coming back!

I placed a to go order for some Carne Asada fries, customer service was great both over the phone and in person. I ended up getting a Horchata as well which was very delicious! The fries were super fresh and the meat was savory and moist! Can't wait to come back! Super affordable and quality was not lacking!

This place has some of the best quesobirria tacos in the west valley. Their staple carne asada tacos and trips tacos are also winners. The menudo is very flavorful and taste fresh made. There is a salsa bar with real guacamole- for FREE. If you stop by also try their hand made tres leches cakes! 10/10 would recommend.

Upon arrival we were greeted with a friendly voice. The man at the counter asked if we had been before. We told him it was our first time. He began to share what his favorites are as well as the most ordered items. We placed our order of various tacos and Aguas fresca. He brought each dish out to our table and pointed out the salsa bar. It was filled with various salsas and veggie toppings. We were a party of 4 and we were all very pleased with the food and service. They also have various flavored cakes which are also very good.

I found this spot tucked away in a Fry's plaza honestly surprising since I've been in the area…read moreplenty of times and never noticed it before. I stopped by on a Saturday night to finally check it out. As soon as I walked in, I noticed the trompo right away, which is always a good sign. I stepped up to the counter and was greeted with a warm smile from the young lady up front. After looking over the menu, I ordered two tacos de tripa and two tacos de suadero. She asked if I wanted the tripas extra crispy I said no. I also asked how they prepare the suadero since I didn't see a choricera, but she wasn't sure. When the food came out, the tripas were a letdown. The texture was off, almost like a stale chip, and they were clearly overcooked. I asked if I could swap them for something safer, so I went with asada instead, but that didn't impress either. It didn't taste very fresh. Now here's the reason you should come to Tacos Chilangos: the suadero. Even though it's not cooked the traditional way, it was absolutely delicious. Perfect meat-to-fat ratio, super flavorful, and easily the standout. The guacamole salsa was top tier. I kept going back to that one over the others. All in all definitely stop by to try the suadero as for as the other two I'd would probably give them a second try.

I would say inside is similar to a Filiberto's, but I don't really care as long as the food is good. I'm a big taco fan and the tacos here are just ok. (Pastor way too salty, asada seemed blah, but suadero was good) I did make a lil drive to come out here but probably wouldn't do it again unless I'm just in the area. If o had to compare, I would say taco boys, ta carbon and tacos calafia are well above this spot. Good visit though and really just stopped to try.

Yes, Yes, Yes! Today, my husband said let's try this place…read more I said ok! As we got closer, I realized I've been in the area several times. I have never ate at any of rhe places though. You order at the counter and the food comes out to the table. You can tell this place is family owned. The owners, whom I assumed were there tonight, were lovely people. While we waited, the woman who took our order brought out a basket of chips with refried beans and fresco queso on top with a side of salsa. Woah! What? Epic. But wait! A few minutes later, a precious girl with the most warm inviting, and beautiful smile came out with 2 warm, homemade corn tortillas, with salsa and cheese for us. These were just complimentary extras we didn't expect at all. Soo good. The restaurant is a humble place. Cute, clean, inviting and roomy. There is an inside seating area and an outdoor section. Someone was grilling meat out front. I think, the owner. I ordered a chili relleno combo. It comes with rice, beans, tortillas, and a drink. Hubs ordered two carne asada tacos, and a carne asada sope. I didn't try anything my husband ordered. ( I was laser focused on my meal lol) But it looked really good. He said, you can tell, they make their food with love. Yes, yes, yes, you can. My dish, was the best chili relleno I have had the entire 5 yrs I have been living in AZ. And the beans were phenomenal. Honestly, I prefer eating at places like this. We came for an impromptu date night. I can say it was one of the best meals and date nights I've had in a while. Thank you. Y'all are gonna see me alot. :)

No matter how busy, the wait is never long but your food is made to order. They have an abundant salsa bar and, if you sit outside, an employee is cooking up something on a plancha. We don't know what. We have only ever sat inside or carried our tacos home. Next door there's a modern bakery next door with cakes, bars, cookies and traditional Hispanic treats. We're looking forward to checking it out at some point. Stay tuned!
