My go to spot in Lancaster! Small local mom and pop vibes. No big fancy processed food. All cooked fresh and made ready to order! Prices are decent and food portions are good! Staff are always nice and take care of me everytime I go! Definitely recommend this place!

    Chile Relleno and asada burrito

I had the best burrito Gonzalez has to offer. Asada and chile relleno. This burrito is worth every dollar spent. Be prepared it's a lot of burrito. One of the best hidden taco places out here.

The tacos were delicious, just as if my mother made them. I recommend the Asada. The girls that run this place keep a clean operation. They were very nice

Chicken nachos my fav! Forgive the pic, had to make it home across town

Cheap and tasty. 1.50$ tacos with hot chips. Can't go wrong with a dozen for 20$. Quick and always good.

Best Carne Asada tacos in the Antelope Valley! I also love the carnitas tacos and the machaca!…read moreJust awesome! The place is always so clean and proudly display their A rating right by the door. They've got about eight styles of meats to choose from and the prices for the tacos are SO affordable. They also offer a full menu of classic Mexican plates which include rice and beans... they also have menudo and lots of other stuff. If you're dining in be sure to get the complimentary chips and salsa while you wait. The table salsa is to die for... it is superb. The owner is the nicest person you'll ever meet as is her whole staff. Highly recommended.... go try it! Mike Piccirillo West Palmdale/Quartz Hill

There was one cashier on the phone and two other girls serving tables, so it took a minute before we could place our order. It's a small, casual spot with people constantly coming in and out. I ordered a sopes plate with a taco de tripas. The sopes themselves were actually really good, but unfortunately my rice and beans were cold, so I didn't eat them. The tripas were overcooked. So crunchy they felt like eating popcorn, which was disappointing. My husband ordered a torta de carnitas and a taco al pastor. The al pastor marinade was pretty mediocre, nothing special, and the torta was just okay. We also ordered a burrito with asada and rice only and again, the rice came out cold while the meat was hot. They did bring us chips and salsa, and the red spicy salsa was actually good, probably the best part of the meal. Overall, this place is okay but very mediocre. With how expensive eating out is these days, I'm really picky about where I spend my money, and this didn't feel worth it. There are definitely better, Mexican spots in Lancaster that I'd rather go to. I probably won't be coming back.
