They have some awesome deals as far as prices go for their food. $7 for a super burrito is insanely good and $2 tacos is also pretty great! The service was overall pretty quick and just keep in mind they take cash only. The taco truck looked pretty standard and due to space there is not a seating near their truck. The parking lot was the only downer to this place as it was tough to find parking in a very busy and small lot. But overall a great place to stop by and grab some tacos for takeout. read more

want to start by saying the service was great and the guy at the window was so friendly! this place has great prices. like really good. for four tacos, a giant quesadilla, and a burrito it was $24. that's a steal. unfortunately, the food was just not great. it was mid, edible, but not amazing. the salsa was pretty good and is a must for the meat or else it's just kinda plain. the quesadilla was so big and pretty loaded. again, the meat just wasn't well seasoned and had very little flavor. we also got a bean and rice burrito (just beans and rice) and they got our order wrong and added meat. we noticed right away and let them know and he remade it and apologized letting us know he got confused. very very kind. sadly, as a rice and bean burrito connoisseur, this was just wasn't good. it had a weird flavor i couldn't quite figure out. as someone who has eaten a lot of bean and rice burritos, this one is probably close to the bottom of my list. yes, it is possible to make a good bean and rice burrito. i promise. read more

On Taco Tuesday where they advertise $1.50 Tacos the skinny guy in the yellow jersey charged me $8 for 4 Tacos and I saw him put $2 aside. I asked for Hot tacos and he gave me mild. Looking for late night eats during our drive and passed by this taco truck. There was one man working and he was very friendly. Took our order and the food came out within a reasonable amount of time. He even gave my son a mini Spanish lesson and made my son smile. :) Ordered 2 super burritos, one with asada and the other with 1/2 asada and 1/2 pastor. The size was fairly large filled with a lot of meat. The sauce was good, gave the burrito a ton of flavor. Chicken quesadilla had a crispy tortilla and came with 2 of the largest slices ever. That tacos here are cheaper then other places, but you get what you pay for. They overall lacked in flavor. The chicken in my taco had skin still attached which was rubbery and gross. The carne asada was fairly good, but was over shadowed by the bland salsa. I asked for grilled onions which aren't standard, but the guy working was very nice and grilled then for me. This truck sits in one of the best places in Stockton. It is always busy. Sometimes I come here for the meat only carne asada quesadilla or chicken tacos. Though they may be busy they offer good customer service and offer the better food. Even though they are in a parking lot where Family Dollar, Hi & Bye liquors, a BBQ place and a Nail Salon and across the street from a School a flower shop and a funeral chapel, I think most of the customers are those who know the truck. Which is sad because I would eat there if I were that close. Not that I live that far, but come on it's one of the better trucks in Stockton. read more

I ended up trying this taco truck by default, it was New Year's day and my usual nearby trucks were not available. I ordered asada tacos & a quesadilla. The quesadilla was more like a taco with cheese, didn't like the tomato in it, not used to seeing that in a quesadilla. The tacos were good, I didn't have to ask for lemons and the jalapeño was fresh and whole which is a plus for me. The onions were chopped into big pieces (for me it's a good thing since I love onions) but it's better to have finely chopped onions. I would return again if it's the only truck available. Ehhh the tacos didn't really do it for me. Ordered 4 asada tacos w/ everything + spicy salsa. They were put together nicely but fell short on flavor/heat. Meat seemed a little low quality. Was getting gristle and or chunks of fat in almost every bite. Meat was slightly bland, I would have liked a little more seasoning. The spicy salsa was not spicy at all. This was disappointing. I used to love this taco truck when I first came to Stockton but now that I've been coming here for about 2 years I've noticed in the last few busy that the food has been disgusting the nachos is just a bunch of dried chips underneath the meat and very little effort given to making it taste good. Another thing no matter how many times I order burrito and I asked him not to add no beans to it soon as I get home I noticed there's beans all up in through it it's almost like they don't even listen they just make what they want you to have and you still have to pay the money. read more

Honestly the best asada steaks and el pastor in Stockton. The meats are grilled to perfection and not dry at all and they are so flavorful.
