I stopped by Tacos Hidalgo and ordered a quesadilla and 5 tacos supreme and I have to say the food itself was really good. The flavor was on point easily a 9/10. The meat was well seasoned the tacos were loaded and the quesadilla was cheesy and satisfying. Definitely the kind of spot you go to when you're craving solid tacos that actually hit the spot. The only reason I'm leaving 4 stars instead of 5 is a couple small things. They don't automatically give you any salsas which was surprising because most taco spots will at least throw in a few. Also I paid with a credit card and there was a $2 charge on a $25 order just for using a card. That said the food quality really carries this place. If you're looking for flavorful tacos and a good quesadilla this spot delivers. Just be aware of the card fee or bring cash and make sure to ask for salsas. It's pretty simple, the wait time can be long... very long. You must put a lot of love into making every hand-crafted taco because sometimes it surprises me how long it takes. Definitely took the advice of others who said to call ahead if possible. It's also important to call ahead because sometimes you aren't even there!! So definitely call, make sure they are there, and then order ahead. Also a bit disappointed in your pastor. Usually a staple for me. Younger lady there was taking my order over the phone , she thought I said something else and I tried to politely correct my order when she had it written down wrong and she said " okay bitch" , out of no where . Super rude and uncalled for to ANY CUSTOMER! I will definitely not be ordering here again. There was no need for her to be rude to anyone like that especially taking a customers order , she just had to call me a "bitch", like it was literally uncalled for and came out of no where . If your doing a keto diet, you can not miss out on these tacos, they are the best thing I've found around here for a quick meal that's still fully keto.
