Decent. Convient since there isn't much in this town. Just want to be clear I've only had their chicken.

My work had set up food trucks for lunch a couple of days. Mumphys came to my work two days in a…read morerow. The first day, I ordered two tacos and an order of fries. I got one chicken and one pork taco. I thought the chicken taco tasted really good. The chicken was flavorful. The pork was ok. The next day, I order two chicken tacos since I liked it so much the first time. The second time around, my tacos were ok. The chicken didn't taste the same as the first time. It was a little bland, not much flavor. I was a little disappointed. The fries I order the second day, was a little dark, over seasoned, and a little over cooked as well. Too salty. The food wasn't consistent.

I was excited to try out Mumpys since food trucks are a true foodie's indulgence. They have a wide…read moreselection of street eats such as sliders, fries, tacos, rice bowls. I decided to try the lumpia and miso garlic chicken bowl. Lumpia: A- Lumpia is my favorite egg roll variety and the ones here are pretty good. It's topped with Sriracha Mayo, green onion, served with a side of sweet chili sauce. Solid use of Asian flavors. Miso garlic chicken: D+ This dish disappointed me. The flavor of the chicken was fine but there was so much sauce it ended up being a soggy mess. The photo and description gave me the impression it was going to be crispy. The coconut rice had a strong coconut flavor but was very mushy. Brussel sprouts were fine but on the bland side. Kimchi was decent. Hope to give this spot another try but will probably stick to the sliders and fries next time.

the Regular burrito was way better than i expected!…read more for road trip food.... on a random stop---- id say this is a hidden gem. the spicey salsa complimented the steak burrito quite well. that "out in the middle of no where" vibe kind of hits you and it almost felt like this place was a mirage with awesome burritos--- and a nice clean bathroom to use.

We ordered the chile relleno plate. The chile relleno itself was flavorful and probably the highlight of the meal, but the beans were disappointing. They lacked flavor, and the appearance wasn't very appetizing. Based on other reviews, we wanted to try the carnitas on the side, but were told there would be about a 1.5-hour wait. We also attempted to order a breakfast burrito and were told that if we "really wanted it," they would make it. That response felt a little odd and made us unsure whether it was something they normally offered at that time. We also ordered an al pastor quesadilla. The meat was flavorful and enjoyable, but it only came with lettuce and tomato. There was no sour cream or guacamole included, which was surprising compared to what we're used to receiving with similar dishes elsewhere. The chips served were store-bought rather than house-made. Overall, there were a few good items, particularly the chile relleno and al pastor, but between the strong bleach smell, inconsistent menu experience, and sides that fell short, this wasn't a place that stood out enough for us to return.
