The food comes out fresh and quickly. They have good management of when to take orders and when to slow it down so it won't be backed up. (I've been watching a lot of The Great Food Truck Race.) The food itself was pretty large portions! I'd say it's enough to split between two meals. This time I ordered the shrimp tacos, avocado fries, and the horchata. I liked the shrimp tacos. The avocado fries were a touch salty for my taste. And the horchata was a nice level of sweetness I am interested in trying Heritage Eats if I'm in Napa.

I literally had a friend text me earlier today saying he is still "dreaming" of those incredible tacos! Carlos was warm and communicative from go, always professional and responsive. He arrived early to the venue and quickly and efficiently set up his stations and tents and got to work making some of the best food I have ever had the pleasure of eating. We ordered 3 meat varieties and each was flavorful, savory, and perfectly seasoned. There was not a single guest who didn't comment on the tacos and more than a few asked for his card hoping to hire him for their next event. The next day, I order two chicken tacos since I liked it so much the first time. The second time around, my tacos were ok. The chicken didn't taste the same as the first time. It was a little bland, not much flavor. I was a little disappointed. The fries I order the second day, was a little dark, over seasoned, and a little over cooked as well. Too salty.
