I texted for information and Kristin was so prompt, polite and informative that I took a chance on them for a graduation party for 55 people. I am so happy I did. Kristin is who you'll speak to first when booking. She's super friendly and accommodating. She responds quickly and is also very helpful in answering any questions you may have. On the day of service, the Ocampo family will arrive in a timely manner and set everything up. They'll start cooking up the food and the smell will surely make you drool. My family usually orders the base tier with chicken, carne asada, and al pastor. It comes with a salsa bar (3 different salsas, limes, sliced radishes, cilantro and onion, and grilled onions and peppers) and all the necessary plates and utensils. The great thing about having taco catering is that the food will always be HOT and FRESH, which makes a huge difference. This last time, we added on a pineapple agua fresca. It was so good and so refreshing! You can really tell that there was a lot of love that went into the cooking and preparing for each individual food item. Needless to say, I'm very happy with the food and service that they provide. From the moment you order to the minute they pack up and leave you the left over food, you won't be disappointed. Super helpful every step of the planning process and extremely accommodating in making sure the set up of everything looked presentable and matched my wedding. They were extremely professional and everything looked beautiful. The food was even better!! From the ceviche to the tacos and condiments, we received compliments ALL weekend long after our wedding. My mom is very traditional so was skeptical when it came to having tacos as my main course, but she was also extremely pleased! We hope to use them again soon!
