Tried all THREE of them (smoked brisket, smoked chicken and smoked pork) and that very first bite into the smoked brisket was damn near audible. In fact, it WAS audible by both of us. Perfectly done, minimal grease if any really. That sweet chili sauce... is cooled off by his cilantro-like sour cream. The pico is super fresh, excellent bite ratio where just about every bite... has ALL the flavors. These are not your average taco! The smoked chicken was also amazballs. Great flavor, well seasoned, tender. Each bite getting better than the next! Smoked pork was next, and just as flavorful. Can you tell which one really shook our 11:30a hour?
