Easy walkup food truck, lots of options to choose from, friendly and quick customer service, nice place to sit and wait or eat and covered. I got a steak burrito and agua fresca 10/10. Burrito was good and good size and the drink was great. Price for burrito and drink was 18$ before tip. Would come back.

I've driven by this place countless times in Greenwood, and seeing the bolden words of Tortas, Tacos, and Gorditas always seemed so tantalizing. But upon finally making a pit stop at this humble truck, I was met with mixed feelings on the quality of the food. One thing I immediately noticed was the uptick in prices, as they have whited-out some of the pre-existing prices and replaced it with elevated fees. That's not a problem, as inflation has hit the best of us, but it's something to note in mind. Onto the food: I ordered a Lengua Gordita an Asada quesadilla. Lengua Gordita: this was a highlight of the two, with the lengua being very flavorful and tender, despite, in my opinion, a lack of quantity of meat for the up-charge in price for lengua. However, the cornmeal dough lacked any flavor whatsoever and was pretty bland. The filling definitely served as the saving grace to this dish. The quesadilla. Oh, the pain. I love quesadillas, but this did not even hold a torch to some others out there. The pro: definitely a healthy and generous serving of guacamole. Plus, I don't know if it's the sauce or the filling itself, but there was this acidic lime flavor that went beautifully with the quesadilla and was pretty prevalent with the meal. The con, which pains me so: the meat was so dry and it was a workout for my jaw to chew the meat. The meat was flavored pretty well, but each slice of quesadilla was overshadowed by dryness of the meat. Also, the quesadilla just looked so paltry and dry in general. What a shame indeed, and I had to put a mountain of guac and sauce on top in order to add some enjoyment to the experience. All in all, sorry to break the chain of positive reviews, but I felt that my experience was subpar, especially for the price you pay. Definitely a friendly crew of people manning the truck, but I'll be heading up the street to La Cabaña for my craving of Latin food.

Best torta in town. So good. Good bread. Juicy but not too juicy. Highly recommend this taco truck.

Located in a gas station with a liquor store. Its a cute mexican food truck. With few shaded sitting spaces as well. It seems as majority of the customers just order to pick up. Parking space is limited but easily available when we came. The lady taking the order was nice and jolly, not that comfortable understanding English language, tried to tell her what we wanted quite a few times but see did not seem to get it. Always on a hunt for a place that serves good Vegetarian mexican food specially Torta, so came here seeing the good reviews. We ordered their:- Egg Torta:- It was ok ok. Liked the Torta from "Casa del Mariachi" better. Tacos Dorados De Papa:- 4 crispy mashed potato tacos, which was suggested to us by the lady and was good in taste. Roasted Jalapeño's:- It was good Not many veg options available though. Search continues.

The menu is great and delicious.Tortas have a good size, filled with avocado, lettuce, tomatoes, and of course the meat you choose. Very tasty. The owner is very friendly.

Come on over. The water is fine.

I have driven by this red truck so many times and I WISH I HAD STOPPED BY SOONER! I ordered a Mexicana Tortas (chorizo, two eggs) and it was the brunch sandwich I didn't realize I needed. Soft warm bread... drool!! Friendly staff greets you with a smile too!

Have loved going to this place since I moved to the area. If you call in it takes 10-15 min to get ready $30 for 20 tacos!

    Cute little seating area!!

Popular neighborhood food truck with great Cuban and Mexican options as well as some playful fusion options ) There was a line-up of 10 people behind me waiting to order!! Worth coming here.

Stick to the tacos here to know what you're getting. Tacos are solid. Burritos seem to be a grab bag of ingredients, specifically the rice. Would not suggest a Torta. The "ham" is actually a split hot dog with a piece of cold cut ham on the sandwich. Seeing things like this don't make me feel like the food is fresh and that they are passing off cheap ingredients for a higher profit margin. This place is ok in a pinch but would never go out of my way.

    Great location

We came to check this place out all the way from Chicago the service was excellent, staff was every friendly. The food was great hot and fresh came out quick and was delicious! I highly recommend Tacos Las Delicias to anyone visiting from near and far

But this place was not good. I ordered 1 veggie taco and 1 veggie tamale. My partner ordered a chicken burrito. We also got a side order of chips & churros. The veggies in the taco were super soggy and bland. The corn tortillas were soggy, floppy, and seemed hardly cooked. The pico de gallo did not have good flavor. The tamale was wrapped in a banana leaf, and the tamale itself was also soggy and bland. It had a weird "vegetable soup" taste and was frankly inedible. My partner said the burrito was fine but not something he enjoyed or would crave. The churros were dry, stale, and also inedible. The chips were fine, but we only liked 1 of the 4 salsas we tried. Service was friendly, but we paid almost $40 for mostly inedible food.

The sandwich was great. Hot, fresh, flavorful (quite spicy - but I like it), moist, and large - about enough for 2 people. Packed with meat, cheese. onions, and peppers. I'd order here often if I lived in Seattle. The zucchini fries however were not good, especially for $12. Very bready, the slices of zucchini were too skinny, and portion size was kind of small. It was only good because it was hot and fried. But the zucchini itself had a strange flavor..kind of fishy? I would not recommend these, maybe just stick to fries but everything else was good. I actually tried an initial visit and they were sold out of every sandwich save for one and decided to hold off. This only made my interest grow and wasn't disappointed on my follow up visit. I got the Crispy Chili chicken sandwich and boy was it good. First off it's one of the few places that pulls off how the picture looks; you know what I mean? When the picture hardly resembles the food. Not with Impeckable The portion and flavor hit, the crispy skin but not too crispy hit just right. Snag? The price. A sandwich which comes bundled with fries and a sauce of your choice will run you about $18, worth it maybe, but still pricey for what is a premium chicken sandwich. The first time, I had the chili crisp one and the second time I had the "sweet & spicy". I found Impeckable on a random street in Bellevue one day while walking around and decided to try it. They were like 40 ft from where in the pre-COVID days there'd be 4 different bustling food trucks every day (near the barnes and noble parking lot... /cry). I miss those days - so many options, so vibrant and fun. But whatever, I saw this and was like YUS. They do a good job of posting where they'll be on their website, so if you're on the hunt for them... its at least easy. This place only does fried chicken sandwiches. They have like 6 fryers in the truck and fry your chicken fresh when you order it (maybe a par-fry and final fry situation -- dont know... but it doesnt matter). This makes the chicken PERFECTLY PIPING HOT when it comes out. It's fried literally perfectly - they have their ish dialed in. It's crispy. It's juicy. It's flavorful. Well seasoned. It's fast (like... 5 mins?). There's nothing to complain about -- literallyy. The chili crisp was super flavorful, pretty spicy and greasy, as expected... its like... fried chicken with extra oil on it, lol. But it was just so GOOD. The sweet and spicy, i thought, was more balanced and less messy - sweet, still a good amount of spiciness with a mango-habanero sauce. Both came with slaw on it to kind-of cool it down and add a little bright crisp. The fries on the side were solid, and they give you a dipping sauce to dip them in. Great! Overall 5/5 stars every single day. Consistency. Flavor. Perfection.
