Looking to switch up my lunch from the usual tacos or boring noodles I decided to give "impeckable" a try as they have a food truck that visits regularly. I actually tried an initial visit and they were sold out of every sandwich save for one and decided to hold off. This only made my interest grow and wasn't disappointed on my follow up visit. I got the Crispy Chili chicken sandwich and boy was it good. First off it's one of the few places that pulls off how the picture looks; you know what I mean? When the picture hardly resembles the food. Not with Impeckable The portion and flavor hit, the crispy skin but not too crispy hit just right. Snag? The price. A sandwich which comes bundled with fries and a sauce of your choice will run you about $18, worth it maybe, but still pricey for what is a premium chicken sandwich. If you're a fan though, give them a try. I'll give them another go; a good chicken sandwich is tough to come by. read more

Wow, Impeckable chicken is absolutely incredible on all fronts. I've been here twice over the last few months and both times, I ate the best fried chicken sandwich of my life. The first time, I had the chili crisp one and the second time I had the "sweet & spicy". I found Impeckable on a random street in Bellevue one day while walking around and decided to try it. They were like 40 ft from where in the pre-COVID days there'd be 4 different bustling food trucks every day (near the barnes and noble parking lot... /cry). I miss those days - so many options, so vibrant and fun. But whatever, I saw this and was like YUS. They do a good job of posting where they'll be on their website, so if you're on the hunt for them... its at least easy. This place only does fried chicken sandwiches. They have like 6 fryers in the truck and fry your chicken fresh when you order it (maybe a par-fry and final fry situation -- dont know... but it doesnt matter). This makes the chicken PERFECTLY PIPING HOT when it comes out. It's fried literally perfectly - they have their ish dialed in. It's crispy. It's juicy. It's flavorful. Well seasoned. It's fast (like... 5 mins?). There's nothing to complain about -- literallyy. The chili crisp was super flavorful, pretty spicy and greasy, as expected... its like... fried chicken with extra oil on it, lol. But it was just so GOOD. The sweet and spicy, i thought, was more balanced and less messy - sweet, still a good amount of spiciness with a mango-habanero sauce. Both came with slaw on it to kind-of cool it down and add a little bright crisp. The fries on the side were solid, and they give you a dipping sauce to dip them in. Great! I loved how the chicken was around double the size of the bun, you were really eating a fried chicken with a side of bun. The seasoning on the chicken was perfect and the breading was also on par. We make a point to grab sandwiches from Impeckable Chicken whenever we spot them nearby - they're just that good. I can't believe it's taken me this long to leave a review. These are easily some of the thickest chicken sandwiches you'll come across. Perfectly breaded, served piping hot on a toasted bun, and paired with a small side of fries - they really deliver on both quality and portion size. The sandwiches are deliciously messy (in the best way), so I definitely appreciate how well they're wrapped. Tonight, we tried the Sweet n' Spicy and the Chili Crisp sandwiches, and both absolutely hit the spot. Great flavor, great texture, and super satisfying. The only small hiccup this time was that our fries were missing the complimentary dipping sauces, which we were a little bummed about -- that's the only reason for the 4-star rating on this visit. We are so back! Impeckable once again earns my highest praise Impeccable has been my favorite chicken spot in downtown for several years. I had a bad experience a little while back with one of their sandwiches, but after messaging the owner it seemed like it was a one time quality control miss as they were trying to dial in some proportions. I was really disappointed but a quick response from the owner and it seems like they have since tightened things up. I've been secretly inspecting other people's sandwiches and fries on the street for quality, as well has having gone there a few times to check on things. This is both my husband and I's favorite chicken sandwich and is in our usual rotation when we're hungry! I think they have 3 food trucks and their newest spot is in the new development in MLT right outside of a new bar/bottle shop. We took advantage of this and stopped by to pick up some drinks to go with our sandwiches this time. My go-to sandwich is the sweet and spicy which definitely has a kick! I need the ranch on the side so cool it down haha. The chicken is a huge, juicy piece of meat that's somehow still super crunchy even despite the sauce it's tossed in. The fries are also top tier and they have a variety of dipping sauces to choose from. Friendly service and pretty quick. I've probably already been here like ten times. I discovered the food truck when I went to a school nearby. It is hands down the best fried chicken sandwich you can get in Seattle (or actually maybe anywhere). Chicken thigh is juicy and tender on the inside and crispy on the outside. Chicken sandwich cannot get any better than this. I haven't had it in a few months and today I got the cravings for their sweet and spicy sandwich, so off I went to the SLU truck location. My god it was so satisfying! You can ask for the sandwich without the fries and they'll take off a few bucks from your order - this is what I usually do because I'm not a huge fan of fries in general. IMO the sandwich is so big that it doesn't leave room for fries. By default, they give the sandwich in a tray, but you can ask for a brown bag to go. Service is friendly and fast. read more

Per multiple sources, Impeckable Chicken serves some of the best fried chicken sandwiches in the city. I decided to visit this food truck empire (at least 3 different trucks on all days of the week), specifically the location normally found on Stewart St, for a weekday lunch. This was a bit past 11 and there was no one else around, making me the first order of the day. I believe everything is made fresh and it took around 5 minutes for my sandwich. Since this is a food truck, there isn't any seating - seems like most people who order from the truck work nearby and just bring it back to the office. Unfortunately, I'm not one of those people, but luckily I found some red benches around the corner to enjoy my food. Impeckable Chicken Sandwich ($15.99) - The chicken is seasoned well but has a bit of fryer oil taste, but it doesn't detract from the overall flavor. It has a superb breading which looks to be AP based, very evenly applied, crackly and crunchy. The interior is tender and juicy thigh meat. The cook is very even on the chicken, so everything is the same flavor and texture. In terms of condiments, they keep it simple with pickle, mayo, and lettuce. I think they might put a bit too much mayo because a lot of it drops out while eating, creating kind of a puddle. Everything is on a buttery toasted bun. The sandwich comes with small side of fries. These are normal commercial battered fries, but fried well, making them crisp, hot and tender on the inside. The meal also comes with a dipping sauce, of which I went with the Garlic Parm. It's thick like mayo with decent garlic flavor. Honestly I think I'd rather have just dipped the fries in ketchup though! All the food is served in a paper tray, so it's not very convenient to carry around while looking for seating or going back to the office. I found the sandwich to be very good, living up to all of the high ratings. WOW!!! This place does not disappoint! I've been here multiple times and it has never disappointed. Always fresh and mouth watering deliciousness. It's juicy and the right amount of crispiness. I love a good fried chicken and when I have a craving for it, this is the place I would hit up for lunch. I've come to Impeckable chicken a couple times now at their food truck location in Tacoma! Originally tried their regular chicken sandwich to get a baseline for their food. The chicken is super tender, flavorful, and crispy! It was probably one of the better chicken sandwiches I've had in awhile. Their fries are also super yummy. Next time around I tried the chili oil and sweet & spicy sandwiches and YUM! Both had different flavors and spice levels. I appreciated that they put lettuce on the original, shreds cabbage on the sweet & spicy, and cole slaw on the chili oil. The variation makes for a different experience while eating each different sandwich! Got a chance to come back to Seattle and of course I needed to stop by Impeckable Chicken again - lines were long still but they move fast. I got the sweet & spicy sandwich this time and while the flavor was great, it definitely was a bit less crispy than the normal unsauced sandwich. I ate it immediately after getting it and it was still soft, so I think the sauced chicken does sit in the sauce for a bit before being served. I mean, who doesn't love a fried chicken sandwich? The menu is straightforward, with a handful of different chicken sandwiches, and all of them include fries and choice of sauce with. Some a la carte items included popcorn chicken, broccoli salad, etc. But the chicken sandwich with fries seems to be the popular, go-to item. The buns are super pillowy and soft and make the perfect contrast to the crispy chicken. Probably the best fried chicken sandwich I've ever had in my existence...and I typically don't even like burgers of any sort. You can tell the ingredients are clean and not fast food quality unlike your typical fast food joint. (I didn't find myself constantly reaching for water after my meal.)
