$3 tacos and guac is only extra 25cents?? They're not stingy on the meat/guac either! My go-to taco spot in the neighborhood. My fam and friends come here often too. Top three for me are the al pastor, beef tongue and carnitas. I love the spring onion bulbs that they give on the side as well!

Tacos Lupita is a taco truck on 18th ave by the chase bank I ordered a steak burrito because I figured it would be better than chipotle Big mistake I paid $11 for a worse low quality slop The cheese tasted a little sour too The steak was the cheapest low quality cut. Only thing good was the rice and the shredded lettuce on top. Gross Nope Never again
We love taco trucks! This spot is so convenient and easy to spot, also hard to miss since the crowd be around the truck. We ordered shrimp taco(new menu items), chorizo, campechanos, oreja, and pastor. My mans got the chorizo and campechanos so i dont know the details but he said they were good4/5. Pastor was a lil tough and dry, shrimp was good but not much seasoning, oreja was crunchy and fatty, and the sauces was right yet not spicy enough(for me at least) The prices here is very nice to you, $2.50-$3.00 for each taco. Theyre also very nice. There are some chairs you can sit while waiting for your order.
Always drove by here and decided to give them a try. You literally can't mix it. It's right outside of Chase bank. The tacos are super cheap and pretty worth it. Most of them are $2 and some are $2.25. I went there last night and ordered some tacos and it took around 20 minutes. They come with cucumbers, cilantro, green, and red sauce The carnitas taco is probably my favorite. It was juicy and flavorful. My biggest fear with a lot of taco places is the meat being fry but definitely not at this place. Both the green and red sauces are delicious. They are creamy with a little bit of spice. The chorizo taco was pretty good as well. It was spicy but a little bit in the dryer side. The pastor taco was okay since I've had better ones. The meat wasn't as juicy and the pineapple flavor wasn't as enhanced as I've had at other places. Hands down though, the carnitas is prob the best taco here and only $2 so you can't lose! A MUST TRY!!! I swear by this taco truck. I've been to so many different taco spots in NY and the east coast and nothing else compares to Lupitas. I wish I was kidding when I say I order here at least once or twice a week. So affordable ($2.50-$3) and so delicious. I usually get the carnitas tacos with pico de gallo and guacamole. The only thing I don't like is that sometimes the cashiers charge me differently each time (based on who takes my order). And sometimes they're stingy with the sauces. Other than that, I LOVE this place.
This review is so long overdue but It's definitely a good one. I discovered Tacos Lupita through my boyfriend who heard good things about this taco truck. I can't even describe just how good it is and how the quality is always top notch every time. They had me hooked from the first time we bought from the truck. I had some of the BEST tacos in California, I'm talking fresh made tortillas right in front of you with lines for it almost everyday during the hot summer months and tacos Lupita's really fills that void. The truck is parked in front of a Chase bank so super convenient for cash withdrawals if you're a Chase user. There's also a Santander, Citi, and Bank of America al within a block so no excuse for you to not get some of what they have to offer! My favorites for tacos are definitely chorizo, al pastor (the pineapple is so good and they give you nice chunks of them too), and the lengua (not dry like some other places, it's hard to get this one right). The tacos are amazing but you also have to try their cemitas. Those sandwiches are stuffed with Oaxacan cheese and just so good!! They also do delivery if you're in the nearby neighborhood so super convenient for those around. It's definitely a must get if you're in Brooklyn and even if you're not (like me), make a visit to try this truck!

They are all fresh, juicy, and so flavorful. My favorite tacos are: Al Pastor, Carnitas, Chorizo, Lengua(beef tongue), Suadero, and the fish! Explore the neighborhood & support small business!
The neighborhood needs more food diversity and luckily, this truck is a delicious option. The portions are huge and the prices cheap = win win. The tacos have a good amount of filling for $1.75 each and $9 burritos are overstuffed and includes a dollop of guac and salsa on the side. Each option has been delicious so far. Can't go wrong!
Called to place a pick up order, took them less than 10mins to have the order ready and they were busy! Cheap and delicious tacos, can't go wrong with them.
If you're in the neighborhood, do not hesitant to give this truck a try. We ordered 8 tacos and a plate between the two of us. Loved the chorizo, bistec, lengua, and carnitas tacos! We placed an order for pick up about 10 minutes in advance and everything was ready by the time we arrived. Hands down will be visiting again soon!
It's awesome having a food truck like Tacos Lupita that's open late. They are cash only, but there are plent banks in the area - Santander, Chase, Citi, Capital One, Bank of America. They offer a good assortment of different kinds of meat choices like beef tongue, pork skin, and pork stomach. You can find items like these at restaurants, but not always at trucks. I love venturing different meats and this is as convenient as it gets - especially late at night. They were out of steak when I got there... pretty disappointing. Although it was late at night, you can't run out of steak! I was going to try the steak taco and the steak with Mexican sausage taco, but I had to settle for two beef tongues, one spicy pork, and one pork stomach. All were flavorful and good. The limes they came with were old and dry. Pork stomach - The pork stomach had a soft outer layer and had a nice little chew to it. I thought it was okay, but I had someone else try it and said that it didn't taste too fresh.
I stopped by here for some tacos on our drive home. I was very excited to see that they had cabeza tacos because it's not very common at many places. The cabeza tacos were SO GOOD. If you've never tried them but love fatty meat in tacos - this one is it! I also tried the carnitas tacos and it had a good crisp around the tender meat as well. The tacos may seem small but they are packed with meat and very worth their price! read more

I've only recently discovered this taco truck popping up in front of Chase on 65th St and 18th Ave. They have an extensive menu for a food truck with tacos, burritos, and quesadillas. My friend ordered the steak burrito $8.95. I was craving tacos and wanted to try all of them so I ordered the roast pork, chicken, steak and chorizo tacos. All tacos are $1.75, but the chorizo and campechano is $2.00. I ordered at the truck, and it only took around 5-10 minutes to prepare all the food. The order came with green and red spicy sauce. The steak burrito was HUGE. The entire takeout box was filled to the brim with the burrito, with a side of lettuce, guacamole, and tomatoes. My tacos came with cilantro and onions, but unfortunately no tomatoes. Nonetheless, all of the tacos tasted great. The meat was seasoned perfectly, and none were dry. For $1.75 a taco, I'll be returning almost every weekend or every time I'm craving tacos! Previous reviews stated the times are a little off compared to what they advertise, but I can confirm they're there on Sundays in the afternoon! I do recommend calling ahead of time and picking up afterwards to minimize wait time. But they do offer free delivery with a minimum of $10. I'm almost certain they are CASH ONLY, so come prepared. read more

Great Mexican food truck. Tasty tacos and burritos; fresh and inexpensive. Very authentic in taste and style. Large variety of meats to choose from. Conveniently located in the heart of Bensonhurst next to Chase bank. Cash only. Good place for a late nite snack since it stays open well into the late nite. Busy at times especially during prime meal times but service is fast. You will find people eating there no matter what time it is. read more

Tacos Lupita is my go to spot for whenever I'm craving tacos. They are always open late night and their tacos always hit the spot. Their tacos are always so good and juicy. Super affordable as well! They take phone orders and you can pick up once you get there. Super quick and hassle free. They are even have chairs so you can sit and enjoy your tacos if you want. read more

I pass by this truck almost everyday and finally decided to give it a try. I had the roast pork, chicken, steak and spicy pork tacos and it did not disappoint. The chicken was topped with raw onions. The spicy pork was topped with pineapple chunks. For $1.75 a taco, it's a steal! Will definitely be coming back to try the other items on the menu. read more

Amazing food for great prices! They have a large menu so you have a lot of options to choose from. I love to get the quesadillas from here because of their large portion and the sides of guacamole,lettuce, and salsa. The nachos are also soooo good. They recently created a specials menu which includes shrimp tacos and fish tacos, both of which that are definitely a must try . The tacos come with a slice of lime, a few cuts of cucumber, and sauces on the side. read more

I just came back from San Diego, yet was still craving tacos. So I was happy to see this truck parked in front of Chase bank. It was around 12:30pm and the truck had just gotten there, so it took a bit longer to get my food than it normally wound since they were still setting up. I just got two tacos since I had already had lunch. Went with pastor and suadero. I wanted lengua, but turns out they didn't have it today. The tacos are relatively small, but with a good portion of protein per taco. They're fairly priced. And they were delicious. Al pastor is usually my favorite, followed closely by lengua, but this suadero really stole the show. The suadero was so soft and tender, with a really nice beefy flavor. The pastor was a bit tougher by comparison, but had great flavor as well. I liked that the pastor comes with chopped pineapple without having to ask for it. Both tacos were topped simply with cilantro and onion. A splash of lime and some of the included green sauce topped off each taco. The corn tortillas were really thick and stood up to the filling well. I would have liked a tortilla that was a bit more delicate. It felt like there was a lot of tortilla to eat per taco. I paid a total of $3.75 ($1.75 for the pastor and $2.00 for the suadero), which was decent. Go into Elmhurst and get much larger tacos with much more meat for $2.50 each, but here in Brooklyn, that pricing seems very appropriate. I'd definitely return. I hope they have lengua next time. read more

I came because of all the great reviews from the yelp nation!!! I trust in the yelp nation!! Had to try the steak, pastor, and chorizo tacos... keep in mind these are smaller tacos but they pack a lot of flavor. The tortillas are definitely homemade. The green sauce that comes with it adds the perfect bit of acidity and kick. It compliments the fattiness of the meat perfectly. Tacos are very hard to make well and easy to make average. These are made well. Some of the better tacos I have had in brooklyn. Definitely recommend. I was going back and forth between 4 and 5 stars.... I gave them the 5 but 4.5 is a more fair score! read more

I will say this. Tacos are 5 stars unbelievable much better then tacos del Broncos. Amazing thats the thing to get all are excellent al pastor. The burridos are ok average, guacamole same average. Get tacos and a Mexican soda that's a 5 star meal on the cheap read more
Love tacos! This is right outside Chase bank on 65st & 18th ave. Their tacos are pretty good. My bf & I like to order the spicy pork, spicy chicken and spicy chicken tacos. My sister likes their burrito. The burrito is HUGE. Very worth when you're super hungry or else u wont be able to finish it. Matter of fact, my sister never finishes it lol. I usually order the chips & guca. It used to be cheaper. Now is $6.50 but is ok once in awhile. You can also call them for delivery. :) read more

Excellent tacos, very fresh and fast as well as tasty. my favorite has been the enchilada tacos and the tinga tacos. I've been stopping by this food truck on my way home just to order from them. Even willing to take a detour for their tacos. read more
