The side dish of beans and rice with the fajitas is clearly not fresh and has an off taste. This chain is probably growing too quickly and losing track of quality. I saw this happen with Mi Cancun. The location in Apex is already losing business. You can tell it's not as busy as it used to be. Wake up management you're about to lose a good thing.
