The people were friendly, the price is right, but the quality of the food was not good at all. Freshness counts, and if the food tastes like dirty tap water, then stay away from this place. Better to try other birria spots here in Palmdale as this was the worst birria tacos I've ever had. I really wish I could give it two stars but it does not deserve it. Hope this was helpful. By the way, this is a food truck, not a sit-in. Flavor is there, but it is literally washed away by the taste and smell of dirty tap water.
