I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. After placing my order, I waited about 20 minutes before asking how much longer it would take. The staff told me they were backed up and needed a few more minutes. Since I had to pick up something across the street, I let them know I would be back shortly. When I returned, they again told me my order wasn't ready yet but would be out soon. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited another 10 minutes. When I asked again, the staff seemed confused and couldn't figure out what had happened to my order. They started blaming each other, and in the end, they were unable to provide my food at all. I requested a refund, but I was told they couldn't process it because only the owner or manager had that authority. They gave me a phone number, and after calling three times, she finally returned my call. She apologized and confirmed that my refund had been processed. While I appreciate that the owner eventually handled the refund, the overall experience was unacceptable. The lack of communication, poor organization, and customer service were extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, this experience has convinced me that I will not be returning to this establishment, and I cannot recommend it to others. read more

Don't listen to the bad reviews, this place definitely deserves a higher rating. The ladies at the counter were friendly, and the food came out quick. There's a ton of seating inside to enjoy your food and it felt like a warm atmosphere. I ordered a chicken burrito supreme and horchata. The horchata was delicious. The burrito was good but they definitely did not put hot sauce on it like it said in the description which I think would have helped the flavor more. I was so happy to find a Mexican restaurant with a drive through! This one checked all the boxes. I ordered the 3 taco number with a chorizo taco added (86 onions) it also came with "salad" which was lettuce, beans and rice. Ive called and they either talk over you, are speaking to someone on the side or have you hold or even hang up and when you try calling back the line is busy. My encounter with Maria an older woman that works there was horrible. Saturday I was near by and decided to call in, she is so rude over phone was speaking to someone else didn't even ask me to hold, I was saying my order I heard her speak so I said " I'm sorry". Mi Ranchito Catering Truck at the AV Alta Game 8/16. Hispanic male orders the $10. nachos and gets a box filled to the top with chips, cheese, beans and covered with meat. Cool. Really enjoy coming to this location the food is great and the service as well. The traffic in here varies they have slow and busy days . The cooks step up to give your food if the ladies are busy helping with orders. For that reason I would hate to rate this location poorly over one employee but Nancy "that's what our receipt said" from this location needs to be retrained on her costumer skills as she's extremely rude and unpleasant . Today I went there after work and ordered what I have always ordered in the past only to be told that I could NOT order without beans. I have noticed that both locations in Palmdale the one on 47th & S & the one on P by the Mall both sell this small burrito & the one on Ave J & 17th East is wayyyyyyy better. Size & quality! But then their are times like tonight where the food was excellent, the salsa was amazing and the service above and beyond! We were on Yelp looking for something nearby for dinner. We decided Mexican food. I placed my order on the Yelp app which in turn turned out to be GrubHub. Everything was smooth until I went to pu my order. The pico de gallo tasted mostly like raw onions. I also got a combination burrito which wasn't good and honestly was smaller than I expected. I also ordered the birria and chorizo 2 of each the chorizo wasn't bad but I had to keep a lot of sour cream on it to eat it. Birria taco was bad it just didn't taste right, the texture was very chewy/rubbery and with the flavor it just made me feel uneasy so I didn't finish it. The price for everything was pretty expensive for what it was. I'd say if you're looking for something to eat just skip this place and find another.
