Saw this truck on my way into town Saturday noon-ish. Had some business to attend first but figured I could stop on the way home and save time and effort on lunch :-) especially since my lovely bride has a dose of the malingering crud :-( Guy in the truck is friendly enough, seems a decent fellow. Had just enough time to submit a new business to Yelp before my food was ready, then I traded a small stack of cash for two beef tacos and two chicken. Tacos were quite tasty! Nice pile of meats double wrapped in soft warm tortillas + onion and cilantro and sliced radish. Good quality meats have nice texture and flavor, warmly seasoned and firm; tortillas were top shelf as well. Slowly working my way through the menu; it's hard for me to find this family operation, but everyone is happy when I do. Lime wedges and salsa verde on the side to suit any pallette.

This taco truck is the best, hands down. This beats out Mexican restaurants here in mooresville. They have a variety of meats to choose from and varying from burritos, tacos, and tortas. The pastor is the best in my opinion. It is marinated in a delicious marinade that has so much flavor. The steak is very good as well, but I personally think the pastor is the best. If you have a craving for tacos this is the place to come. My husband and I either take it home or eat it in the parking lot at the Valero where they are parked at. They dont have a seating area, but that doesn't bother me. Its definitely worth a try. You won't regret it.

We came to this food truck for the first time and well... The cashier was nice! Very attentive, and quick. But the food is not so good, we got al pastor tacos and the tortillas are somewhat hard and stale. We also got chips and queso, and the queso appeared to be the same ones you get from gas stations or amusement parks. Won't be coming back, it was 45 dollars for two horchatas (the horchatas are not authentic or natural), the tacos are ok but hard tortillas and the chips and queso are just chips and queso to buy at a gas stations. read more

So I have gone to this food truck for years since they were in front of the Waffle House. Now they are right across the street from Moore'sville Ford. I work at Ford, so I go once a week at least. Myself and everyone I Know is hooked once they try it. As far as people saying that the tortillas on their tacos are somewhat hard, they are corn and not filled with fillers and artificial ingredients, and I believe people are not used to real food. Also, the portions are great. Give them a shot, and I believe you will love it. read more

We moved here from Austin, TX and miss great tacos. This food truck nailed it with the Pastor, and Carne Asada taco. Their burritos are packed with deliciousness, and are huge, could ask them to cut in half and share. Tacos and burritos came with a spicy green sauce. Love this food truck ! Family mom and pop run and has amazing tacos and other classic Mexican dishes. Used to buy food from them weekly when they were parked on 150 near Walmart. Usually check them out now when they show up at King Canary's brewing or other events. Support great local food ! read more

This taco truck is the best, hands down. This beats out Mexican restaurants here in mooresville. They have a variety of meats to choose from and varying from burritos, tacos, and tortas. I had 3 steak and 1 pastor, these compete with mi terrieta down the street. You can tell they put love into making them. Flavor profiles build from the seasoned meat to the cilantro salsa and tortilla. Only thing I would improve or ask for next time would be more of a crust on the meat to give it a crunchy texture and of course more salsa as I pile it on. Will be back. amo tus tacos ! read more

I knew once it smelled good that it would taste good. Right. Anyway... Eating this was interesting because each bite kept getting better and I didn't want to stop. The only mistake I made was the wonton noodles. They were very good but they really just got in the way of the fresh ingredients, which were cold-yet-cooked grilled chicken, cucumbers, shredded carrots, mixed greens, white rice, and a mix of soy sauce and a soy base. When I left here, the freshness of this meal invigorated me. Another big plus is the friendliness of the staff. I can assure you that this is not the case for all restaurants in Mooresville. I would say half are genuinely friendly, 25% are faking it, and 25% are rude or just have no personality. The staff here is genuinely friendly, polite, patient, and happy to help. I highly recommend Poke Bros! I know there is more than one location so I can't speak for the others because I haven't been to them, but if you live in Mooresville, the other locations don't matter much and this one should be on your to-do list!

Hubster and I love this truck! We lived in Mexico and can attest that the food is about as authentic as it gets north of the border. The Tacos al Pastor are our favorites.
