This place is absolutely From my experience, you can't miss no matter what it is that you order off their menu. It's a tiny place and costs a couple of bucks more than your typical taqueria but their food is worth every penny. We had the barbacoa tacos with a side of rice. The barbacoa just melts in your mouth; it's so tender!!! Add a twist of lime and it's perfecto!! We also had carnita tacos that were equally delicious, no complaints there. We tried the chicken taco last and unfortunately it was not as good as the other taquitos. It was very bland. But their steak quesadillas we're phenomenal. A little greasy but seasoned beautifully. We ordered the cemitas for carry out and it was a disappointment, there was no flavor at all the meat was tough the bread was really hard and the food was cold and there was a hair in one of the cemitas. When order was picked up the waitress asked for a tip, when I was taking out the money to leave her a tip. Definitely not going back to that place. read more

It's nice to have real table service where delicious salsa and chips are brought to the table to enjoy before your meal arrives. The salsa was delicious and I suspect they make the chips homemade. As I wait for my taco dinner, I see several things I would like to order like fried whole fish, chicken wings for 1.20 each. My tacos plate came and everything was very fresh, colorful, flavorful, the meat was tender. very well done. Some of the latest generation of fancy taco places have left me feeling hungry when I leave and this place doesn't skimp. Tacos were plump and well adorned with cilantro and onion with a side of lime. well I've only tried a taco plate and the salsa I will definitely be coming back to try several other things. that I five stars for now- definitely recommend it. read more

Great spot for tacos. Last couple times they messed up my take out orders couple times. 2 al pastor, 1 steak when you get home it will be 2 steak, 1 al pastor. It's annoying when it's the special meats because the price is different. You pay more but don't get what you order. My advice is check your order before leaving the restaurant. read more

For a hole in the wall, this place is perfect! First of all, they have baby tacos. Baby. Tacos. You can't hate on a place with baby tacos! We always have the same waitress and she's really nice and attentive. They have great weekday deals and their tortas are out of this world. I've tried a few, and so far my favorites are Adobada (spicy for a gringa), Lambada (also very hot for a white girl), and the Mexicana (not spicy, but lots of flavor). Like I said, baby tacos! I sometimes get those and they are only 99c on Tuesdays! They have a lot of great meats and toppings to put inside them and their regular tacos are also good. My husband usually gets a burrito and we have yet to be let down by anything here. I visited the taqueria for the first time last week and I will never visit any other places in Addison. The food was not only delicious but they have the biggest tacos portions. We ordered plain for my son and he had two large tacos. That has never happened. The burrito was delicious and also filled with lots of meat. The girl behind the counter was very nice and even though I do not speak Spanish and she didn't speak too much English it was a no problem. A Mexican neighbor recommended the place for its portions size and price and I am so glad we went. I will definitely be back. Nothing tastes good now unless we go there!
