Absolutely amazing and the owners are awesome and make you feel part of the family. Everything on the menu is super yummy and authentic.

I was really disappointed with the food from start to finish. The tacos looked decent at first, but the moment I tried the meat, it was clear something was off. It tasted old, dry, and had that stale, almost reheated flavor that makes you question how long it had been sitting out. The texture wasn't any better-tough in some spots and weirdly chewy in others. The onions and cilantro didn't help much either because they couldn't cover up the lack of freshness in the meat. Even with the lime, the overall taste just didn't come together. Instead of being flavorful and juicy like you'd expect, everything just felt bland and kind of unpleasant. For something as simple as tacos, this was a big letdown. Freshness is the bare minimum, and this didn't meet that at all. Overall, the food just tasted old and honestly pretty nasty. Definitely not a place l'd go back to or recommend. It also took 20 mins to get us the food and for it all just be heated up pretty sad. I had been wanting to stop in to try this place since I saw it just opened up recently. I just got a couple of tacos to try. I thought it was pretty good! I got a carne asada and a pollo asada taco. I just got the two tacos and it was filling. They make the food fresh to order and it took about 5 minutes to get my food. I'm a sucker for a good salsa bar (which they have!) with salsas ranging from mild to extra spicy. If you're a spicy food addict like I am, you'll definitely enjoy their salsas. I had to try every single salsa of course! There were quite a few other people dining in while I was there. Also, the people that work there are so sweet! I will be going back to try some of their other items some other time. read more

I stopped by yesterday and ordered the same thing I had the last time I was there which was a Carne Asada burrito. This time I wasn't as impressed. It wasn't as flavorful and the meat didn't taste as fresh as it did the last time I visited. It was still ok, just not stand out yummy or a five star experience like my previous visit. I originally was going to a different taco shop that I'm assuming used to be located in this storefront. I was hesitant to go in because it looked like a full blown restaurant. I walked in and the decor is beautiful. It's a really nice atmosphere. The man at the register was super nice. They have a decently sized menu with all the typical taco shop choices. I will say though, it was a little differently made than I'm used to. I ordered carne asada tacos for my kiddo, but there were pinto beans in them. I've never seen that before and the kiddo was not a fan. I just wanted rolled tacos, but they only had flautas. The flautas were really good, but I could have gone without the beans and rice. Both really lacked any flavor. I really loved that they had a salsa bar. Avocado salsa is my favorite and I do not find it often. I will definitely give this place another shot, but I'll dine in next time. read more

Stopped in for lunch and had a great experience! Love that this place has authentic tacos, a great addition to North East Colorado Springs. Staff was super friendly and the interior is inviting and clean. Ordered a few tacos Carne Asada, Carnitas, Fish, and Crispy taco. They were all delicious and all their salsas at the salsa bar were fresh and yummy. The fish taco was soo good, I immediately ordered another along with the shrimp taco. First time trying this new spot and wow we were blown away. These tacos are the best we have tried in the Springs. I had 2 Lengua (cow tongue) tacos and 1 carne asada (steak) taco. The Lengua was so tender and juicy. I definitely recommend this place. There's so many options on the menu as well. Restaurant was clean, service was great, and we'll be coming back soon. This place is complete garbage. We've been attending this location when it was other Mexican taco shops and this is by far the worst. Typically my wife and I would go on the weekends for breakfast burritos and when they first opened up, we went and it was all potatoes flavor and virtually no meat. My wife got a bacon breakfast burrito and it's almost like they had bacon flavor in there, but no actual bacon. I ordered Teresa burrito same thing mostly potatoes a hint of chorizo flavor but if there's any actual chorizo in there, I wouldn't be able to tell.. Now we decided to give another chance to get their nachos and it's basically a pile of chips and a hint of actual toppings I'm having to dip my chips in the salsa they provide because there's almost no toppings whatsoever, and the flavor is horrible. And the car auto meat is terrible and it's like they just chopped it up with a pair of scissors and it's basically shoe leather with some weird crappy white cheese my worst experience of a supernatural ever. So yes, I would not recommend this place to anyone and it will be our last time. We gave them two chances and they failed. read more

I've been a few times now since they opened and always get the same thing (queso taco w/chicken). They are so good! I want to try some other things on the menu, but it's hard when I know how good those tacos are. And they have a salsa bar, which in my opinion is an incredible bonus. The chips are really good.
