We were in bellingham for a ultimate frisbee tournament and some teammates went over to pick us some tacos up for lunch. By the time it got to us a bit after ordering, they were still nice and warm and my 3 tacos were still sitting pretty on their paper plate wrapped in foil. Hands down, my favorite spot for tacos. They serve the "fun" meats like buche and tripa as well as the classics and everything is cooked and seasoned perfectly. They're super friendly and happy to answer questions and it's just a great spot to grab some delicious tacos. The taco truck version of their strip mall bricks & mortar store. Best taco truck within a 70 mile radius. Great outdoor seating area, too. Mostly Latino folks eating here and they carry some Mexican candies, chips, sodas, etc as well. Super friendly staff. Adobada, carnitas, and lengua are outstanding. Carne Asada and cabeza are ok. I ate at this food truck because my girlfriend told me they had the best tacos she had ever eaten. I was skeptical to say the least. I initially ordered just one lengua and one carnitas taco. And I'll be damned if they weren't the best tacos I ever had. The lengua was tender and meaty and the carnitas were salty and chewy in the best way. Each taco was served on two soft tortillas with just the slightest crispiness to them. I went back and ordered three more, and I wouldn't have stopped had she not cut me off. read more

This is a taco truck located in the gravel parking lot next to Glen's Pub. Hands down the best tacos I have had anywhere in Bellingham other than their sister location Taqueria Tecalitlan near Sunset. I go here for lunch sometimes multiple times a week. The Adobada tacos are amazing, but I don't think I have ever heard a complaint about anything on the menu. Can't beat a $1.25 for a delicious traditional open faced soft shell taco! I generally order four with a horchata for the drink. I've even heard some Canadian customers saying they cross the border just to come to this truck. They are now cash only unfortunately, but that is the only bad thing I have to say about them! read more
