So I have had this place twice now and have enjoyed them both times. The first time I got their asada muleta and it was soo filling. I didn't know how big they were so I got four and only could finish 2. Lol I also got a side of consome to dip it in. It was flavorful and with lime, perfection. Today I ordered for myself and my friend. She got the pastor tacos and a side of rice. I got an asada quesadilla and side of consome again. The taco looked like a regular street taco. They weren't stingy with the pastor meat which I LOVE. Wasn't my favorite but it wasn't bad either. Same with the quesadilla. Loaded with asada, onions, cheese, and cilantro. Flavors are definitely there but for me I wouldn't travel to get to it, but its perfect for an afternoon lunch if you're on this side of town. I hope that makes sense. I don't hate it though. I would order again.

The tacos are amazing. Service was fine but who cares when you have BOMB tacos. You could throw these tacos at my face and I'd still eat them. Simple restaurant, lots of seats. A TRUE HIDDEN GEM FOR TACOS. Mexican approved.

I have been here before and it's still a good place to get taco's. The prices have gone up since my last visit like everywhere else. I had 2 tacos carne asada pastor and both were delicious.

Came to this little taco joint for lunch and the tacos are good. The burrito ms are big and delicious as well. The only thing I saw that I didn't like was the girl cleaning the tables with no gloves and then going to the condiments and cleaning and handling the salsa bottles. Opening them to pour salsa into another bottle to fill it but not very sanitary if you just cleaned the tables with no gloves.

I usually order from the Tacos Tijuana on 51st & Peoria, but since they were closed on Wednesday, I went to this location instead and placed my usual order: two carne asada burritos and two al pastor tacos for myself and my girlfriend. Unfortunately, neither of us could finish the carne asada -- and I always finish my food. The meat tasted off, left a foul aftertaste, and seemed spoiled or like it had been left out too long. We called and left a voicemail the same night but received no response. I called again the next day, and the manager refused to do anything about it. To make matters worse, both of us woke up with stomach aches the next morning. Thankfully, we didn't eat more of it. As Shawna stated in another review it also smelled like sewage inside when I came to pickup food. Having worked in restaurants for nearly a decade before COVID, I know how customer complaints should be handled -- and this was a shameful response. The manager said, "No one else had issues last night, so we're sorry." That's not how you handle food safety or basic customer service.

What happened to this place? While it still tasted good, this is half the size the burritos used to be.

Tasty meat flavors, juicy as well for the tacos and quesadilla. Quesadilla had not that much cheese so all fillings were falling apart- our muleta had more cheese than our quesadilla. Appreciated that they had a salsa bar.

Very good! Fresh ingredients! Good price! Fast & friendly service! Def try this authentic street taco place. Had all corn shells, so I cant comment on what their flour option tastes like. All was excellent and my fav is recommend in this order: veggie, pastor, then steak. The mild salsa isn't spicy at all, so don't be afraid to try it! So happy and thankful for this wonderful spot that does their minimal menu right. It's located in the same plaza as the Walmart Super center parking lot.

Very limited choices. Just carne asada and pastor, however, they do it well. The inside is bare bones just some backyard tables and a trash can that reminds me of Oscar the grouch. I am so grateful this is close to home as I crave street tacos often. I just wish they had chicken as well! read more

I was very disappointed they only have two kinds of tacos if the owner newf being from San Diego Moana is and if you want out there very popular for seafood Taco fish and shrimp and it had nothing like that only had two kinds of tacos then I answer server to please do not mix the beef with the pork and they could still put it in there the food was already cooked and she'll take them 25 minutes to get me my order and a girl in the back only had that one or two do I got an till 945 I didn't get out of the till 1010. read more

The tacos are amazing, even though they don't have a wide variety. I was surprised that they served them on paper plates! I would think that presentation is everything, but I guess that's part of how they keep the prices affordable. I always enjoy my tacos with grilled onions on the side and the kitchen does a poor joint please the first layers of the onions, so when they serviced them you need to separate the thin layer aside. Once the waitress delivered the tacos, she didn't return to check on us. The food is great, but not the service. read more

Delicious tacos but someone needs to wake up the cashiers. One of the young ladies was trying to make-up for the other one. People kept coming back asking about their wrong order. My family said this place was all the rave. Don't get me wrong, they are good tacos but not sure the price and lack of choices are what I was expecting. I ate at the food truck and the quality seemed better. IMO the restaurant needs more selections or stick to food trucks. read more

The tacos were the only thing that saved a one star rating. Without question the worst service I've ever had. After waiting in line for 20-25 minutes they decide to tell us they're out of basically everything and have been for a while, just didn't feel like putting a sign up or letting anyone know ahead of time at the door. So, since we've been here damn near a half hour by now we order some tacos and horchatas. 15 minutes later the kid comes by and tells us they're now out of horchata. Awesome. Another 15-20 minutes later I get my tacos which were pretty solid, but not an hour wait solid by any means. Took me about 3 minutes to eat. First and last trip to this spot. read more

Recently had these tacos for lunch. Let me tell you they are so good! The restaurant has a very chill vibe. It has an easy menu. The tacos we're so good! Established in 2016.

The Torres family has a rich tradition of making delicious tacos that goes back over two decades. In April 2016, they decided to open their own taco stand in Peoria, Arizona and the local community embraced them with open arms. Just one year later, they opened their first brick and mortar location in Glendale. Now there are 3 locations in the West valley, 2 in the East valley and one in Central Phoenix.

Horchata. Homemade Horchata. So good and creamy and delicious :) I like how the menu is simple but very well made food. When I came here the service was excellent and my good came fast. My tacos were hot and tasted amazing. Did I mention the outstanding Horchata? My favorite drink and you rarely find a place that does it themselves, most places use those automatic machines that dispense lies labeled as Horchata... But this place... So you have like three items on your menu and you're out of guacamole on a Saturday night at 9:00 poor management or don't care? Who wants carne Asada tacos with no guacamole. Is it that hard to run to Frys for a few avocados so you can please your customers, just shows you they don't care. The place was trashed as well with garbage piled up on the trash cans. I've been driving past here for weeks and finally stopped by. I'm glad I did. They have a very limited menu and that is why they are so good. I had the Mulitas, two fresh corn tortillas filled with Al pastor, guac, cilantro, onion cheese. Wow! Also so inexpensive. For less then a boring burger you get good street food! read more

Best Tacos in the Valley no doubt! A family owned business that started as a food truck at 67th and Thunderbird. I got the steak burrito. The ladies working were super nice and explained what was in the burritos and tacos. It was fresh. We got there around 1130 and it was starting to get busy. The prices aren't too bad compared to other local restaurants. Will go back again when I'm in the area. read more
