Carne asada quesadillas are literally the best I've had. So simple and flavorful. I wish they made burritos

This place has some of the best tacos in town. The menu is limited to carne asada and al pastor, you can get the meats in a few different preparations. With the limited menu, it really lets them focus on quality and they prepare both kinds of meat perfectly. The carne asada is flavorful and seasoned perfectly and the al pastor has an immense amount of depth and the perfect amount of fat the melts away as you chew. The tortillas they use for the tacos are super fresh and soft with the right amount of chew. All items come garnished with onions, cilantro, guacamole and tomato sauce. They bring out a bottle of salsa for you and garnish the plate with a lime wedge as well. Nothing is forgotten here in my mind, it's simple, properly prepared tacos and I always look forward to going back. A true gem for the west valley. Service is missing these days and tacos Tijuana is the beacon of this example... Food, OK? But order was paid for however food was missing from delivery and not a care or solution offered to rectify their oversite. Only Excuses and a dismissive response to our concern. We discovered Tacos Tijuana a couple weeks ago and went twice in 2 days the first weekend! It is just that good. These are perfect. Not too fancy, not too dinky. Small menu but it doesn't need to be bigger. Was packed a couple times we went but the wait still wasn't bad, they were quite fast! They have carne asada tacos and al pastor tacos. I'm a bit obsessed with street tacos and I love their al pastor. There's just something about the meat that seems more tender, less fatty/low end cut. I really do love this place!! read more

I ordered 1 steak quesadilla 3 el pastor and 3 steak tacos. Drove all the way back to work and was missing the quesadilla and had 6 steak tacos instead. My order was 21 bucks and was very disappointed. Driving all the way back for a 4 dollar item is not worth my time. read more

Cheap little street tacos that are fantastic. Can easily do 4-5 in one sitting. Simple yet gets the job done.

This place really has some great tacos however, their setup/process is subpar. There are no complimentary chips and salsa like most places I go. The line gets super long and anytime you want another drink or refill you have to wait in the long line all over again which makes it not worth it. I think they have great bones but not I will not be rushing back here except maybe pick up some tacos and leave. read more

Good fast food with great flavor. The restaurant is very clean and inviting. The hot sauce is overwhelmingly hot so be careful. The only thing I would have liked to have more of is the cheese. They seem to use very little on the tacos and you have to pay extra if you want any at all. read more

First time here, tried the tacos with cheese with Asada and al pastor. The tortillas were a little cold and soggy not sure if it was because of the rush they had that they were popping the food out quickly and not taking there time. The al pastor was okay, in one of the tacos there were dry and hard pieces in it and the Asada was chewy. The cheese I thought would be melted like tacos from Tijuana kind of felt like I was eating a soggy Taco Bell taco. read more

I wanted to love this place, I just didn't. The tacos were good, but not amazing. The menu is small and not very descriptive. The service was very slow. The person taking the orders was also the food runner from the kitchen window, the busser, and was taking phone orders. They needed more help, and if your menu consists of a few variations of the same thing, you better kill it with those items. The food was good, but not great. So glad I tried this place. My buddy told me how good their Taco Truck location was but I never got a chance to see for myself. Saw the sign for this place and realized it's a brick and mortar affiliated with the other location. It did not disappoint. Both the Carne Asada and Al pastor were delicious. The home made tortillas were to die for. The red chili had the perfect amount of heat and flavor. I even liked the guacamole which I'm not a huge fan of. All and all you need to give this place a try. The price is very reasonable. 3 tacos and a Mexican coke for around $7 fills you up. I will definitely be going back with my whole crew. read more
