We also tried the fried squid rings, which were mostly good, though one of the larger pieces had an odd pasty texture--possibly under-fried or over-battered. The kalbi Tang wasn't as tasty as i remembered. Yes the broth is lighter than most Korean soups, but i recalled that it was still rich in taste. Today it tasted a bit watered down and the meat wasn't tender at all. The ginseng chicken soup was also mediocre...perhaps they forgot to season the food?
