Finding parking wasn't difficult, and I found that it wasn't too busy, and the drinks I ordered came out quickly. This place mostly serves Vietnamese-style coffees, matcha lattes, and milk teas. The menu is not too big as to be overwhelming, but it still offers a couple unique items as well as your standard fare for this type of shop. There isn't really any food. I tried their Signature Saigon, which was interesting and unique. It had almost a salty-sweet taste that I found very intriguing. I have also tried some of their other cream-top coffees, which I like. I'm not convinced of their matcha options just yet, but maybe they'll grow on me. Fair warning, their drinks do run sweet, so I'd recommend picking a lower sweetness option when ordering if you do not have a crazy sweet tooth. Overall, I find this spot really pleasant--it is a lovely spot with good coffee. The prices are medium to high when considering comparable establishments (with most drinks around $6-8), but I don't mind too much, as I enjoyed being there. I would recommend you give it a shot.

On a Sunday, there was a longer wait to order. They didn't take face to face orders, and relied on self service pos. It took some people in front of us over 10+ minutes to order on the SINGLE pos. The wait after ordering was relatively long as well, where we had to wait another 10 minutes. We ordered an eggspesso hanoi and signature saigon. The sweetness is subtle but the phin coffee wasn't too bitter. Would be 5 stars if they added another pos system, or prioritized face to face ordering.

The whole vibe of the place is relaxed and like a European cafe. The coffee even tasted like European espresso. It was perfect. They do take card. I ordered the linguica sandwich with tomatoes and onions and let me tell you, extremely well balanced sandwich. A little acid from the juicy tomato (not watery) salt and spices from the linguica, butter, and a light fluffy but crispy roll was amazing. He delivered the food to our table one by one and I wouldn't say he was hustling but was working effectively while chatting with what seemed to be regular customers. Extremely friendly and relaxed. I think that it's nice that it's a "pay when you're ready" kind of place rather than a "pay upfront". It adds a lot to the laid back atmosphere. If we are in the area, we'll 100% come back as there's not many places that have the European cafe vibe in the Bay Area.

The coffee is great, the sandwiches are delicious and everything is priced fairly. Just remember to bring cash. I could barely taste the egg cream and the coffee cream. The only thing that was disappointing about the drink was that the cups were literally filled with ice to the top. Ice was sticking out on top, and not because they were floating; the ice was literally stacked to the top that's why it was sticking out. So the amount of drink in the cup was hardly anything. It could be finished in minutes. The combination of both drinks probably could equal one drink! Haha When I ordered with the cashier, he didn't ask about how much ice I wanted , so not even sure if that was an option. Also, the cashier didn't seem like he enjoyed his job. When I said I wanted the BOGO, he just immediately entered it and the screen went to the payment. I had to tell him that I wanted one with egg cream and the other with the coffee cream. So he had to fix it. I did originally go to the kiosk to order, but for some reason when I tried ordering the BOGO, it wouldn't work. So since there was no one in line, I went up to the cashier to order and pay.

The coffee is rich, sweet, and thick. For me, this reminds me of home, of that Classic Vietnamese-style coffee. Hands-down one of the best viet coffees I've had in a while. Although the cafe was jam packed, the line moved quicky. Drink came out timely and the employees did a great job! This is def the hangout spot for the family - both the kiddos and aunties and uncles are posted up inside and outside. Pro tip: let the ice melt a little bit to thin out the coffee if its a little too thick or strong for you.

It was a Wednesday and Devin and I were looking to make it a productive work day. We stopped by later in the afternoon. There is ample seating but most of the booths were occupied when we arrived so we sat at a table. Club music was being played loudly so working here would not be ideal if you have to present in meetings. The tropical paradise fruit tea would've been better with a topping or two, but in an attempt to cut down on calories consumed I've began getting drinks without toppings. Unfortunately fruit tea without toppings is just not the same, but this was totally my choice and on me. The WiFi worked well. There are some outlets under the booths but none at the tables. I've been to other Rose Tea Lounge locations and I'd say that this one is definitely more club-like than others. Not the ideal place to work remotely by any means, but that's not to say that the drinks are bad or ambiance is poor. If you're looking to chat and catch up with friends, this spot would be a good choice.

I got the Mazapan latte and a Cookie Butter latte (I'm obsessed so I had to), and my husband went with the Coco Puffs latte after struggling to pick because there are so many choices. The wait wasn't bad we got there right before a rush which worked out perfectly. As for the drinks, my mazapan latte didn't have much flavor. Mazapan is subtle in general, so I kind of expected that, but I feel like it needed a little something extra to bring it out.. maybe caramel drizzle? The cookie butter latte was really good but definitely on the sweeter side I couldn't finish it, but if you love sweet coffee, you'll probably love it. My husband didn't love his drink because it didn't taste like it had much coffee in it more like flavored milk. I would come back, but I'd probably ask for less sweetness next time. Overall, fun spot with unique drinks just depends on your sweetness preference!

Meat was tender and juicy. What a combo! Would try the ribeye version next time. We ordered some desserts to close out our meal. First, we had the avocado cream. I suggest mixing the two cry cream with the avocado cream. I was ok with it. We also ordered the sweet dessert. It came with lychee, Pandan, and seedy drink. Great way to end the evening. I said that's fine, maybe they have a bigger table, let's wait. So we sat on the side to wait. Then a family ( parents and 2 young kids) walked in.. a server walked up and again they spoke in Vietnamese and was seated RIGHT AWAY. We couldn't even catch the server's attention, they just walk past us. We decided to leave and take out hungry asses to another restaurant who acknowledged our non-Vietnamese speaking presence.
