I can sort of justify it by thinking that I'm also paying for the lovely space to work as well. The desserts are also a bit pricy, at around $10 per piece (and the pieces aren't huge). There are several very large tables we can sit at, but the booths are reserved for Joyheart Cafe dine-in customers, which makes sense. I ordered the Brown Sugar Hojicha Latte and my friend got the Strawberry Matcha Latte. The drinks were served in medium size glasses with glass straws as part of their commitment to no plastic. I believe you have to pay for a mason jar if you order drinks to go. My friend and I both really enjoyed the refreshing drinks and would definitely come here again to hang out!

There were a few other tables of people with their laptops out, and I was excited to see that they have expanded since my last visit and added more seating for customers. The lotus milk tea is still one of my favorites in the whole city. We sat at a table so there was no outlet, but I can't remember if there were outlets along the walls for the booth seating. The WiFi worked well and if there was background music it was not being blasted loudly. I would definitely keep this spot top of mind if I needed a reliable spot to work remote again, especially since there is now more seating than there used to be.
